本发明公开一种金花葵面膜及其制备方法,所述金花葵面膜的原料配方如下:水75~88份、金花葵提取物0.5~1.0份、小麦胚芽提取物0.02~0.05份、保湿剂6~10份、防腐剂0.02~0.06份、抗氧化剂0.2~0.5份、增稠剂0.2~0.4份、甘草酸二钾0.02~0.05份、烟酰胺0.25~0.30份、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.02~0.05份、蚕丝胶蛋白0.02~0.05份、PEG/PPG‑17/6共聚物0.2~0.5份、香精0.02~0.05份。所述的面膜添加了金花葵提取物,具有抗衰老、抗氧化、消炎、淡疮及嫩肤的功效,且各项指标均符合QB/T2872—2017,性质温和、天然无刺激。

本发明涉及护肤化妆品领域,具体涉及一种金花葵面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
金花葵(Hibiseu smanihot L.)别名菜芙蓉、野芙蓉、黏干或山榆皮,为一年生草本锦葵科秋葵属植物。金花葵含有天然黄酮类化合物、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素E及多种微量元素等生物活性物质,具有良好的解热、抗炎、镇痛、降血脂、抑制肿瘤细胞、免疫调节、抗氧化等作用而具有较高的药用价值。
除此之外,金花葵还具有一定的护肤作用。《嘉佑本草》记载: 金花葵花主治小便淋漓及催生、治诸恶疮。金花葵含有的全价蛋白质、高聚糖胶等物质具有抗衰老的作用;金花葵含有丰富的黄酮类物质例如金丝桃苷而具有一定的消炎功效;金花葵含有的多糖具有抑制黑色素瘤以及抗氧化的功效;金花葵中丰富的天然植物雌激素能够延长女性青春期,是广大女性的“美容加油站”;金花葵含有的维生素E能够稳定细胞膜的蛋白性结构而保持肌肤的弹性,并直接帮助肌肤对抗自由基、紫外线和污染物的侵害,防止肌肤因一些慢性或隐性的伤害而失去弹性直至老化。
面膜是护肤品中重要的一个类别,其主要目的是弥补卸妆与洗脸仍然不足的清洁工作,在此基础上配合一些其它精华成分可以实现补水保湿、细化毛孔、美白嫩肤、平衡油脂等功能。将金花葵提取物添加到面膜液中制作成护肤品,可以发挥金花葵的护肤功效的同时,提高金花葵的附加值并扩大金花葵的消费市场。

本发明的目的为提供一种金花葵面膜及其制备方法,以此来提高金花葵的附加值。
本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种金花葵面膜,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,其原料配方组成为:
水75~88份、金花葵提取物0.5~1.0份,小麦胚芽提取物0.02~0.05份、保湿剂6~10份、防腐剂0.02~0.06份、抗氧化剂0.2~0.5份、增稠剂0.2~0.4份、甘草酸二钾0.02~0.05份、烟酰胺0.25~0.30份、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.02~0.05份、蚕丝胶蛋白0.02~0.05份、PEG/PPG~17/6共聚物0.2~0.5份、香精0.02~0.05份。
所述的金花葵面膜,其中,所述的保湿剂为糖基海藻糖、泛醇、透明质酸钠中的一种或者多种。
所述的金花葵面膜,其中,所述的防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯、苯氧乙醇中的一种或者多种。
所述的金花葵面膜,其中,所述的抗氧化剂为肌肽、尿囊素中的一种或者多种。
所述的金花葵面膜,其中,所述的增稠剂为三乙醇胺、羟乙基纤维素中的一种或者多种。
一种如上所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
金花葵提取物萃取:将金花葵的花朵,叶片,茎秆收集破碎打粉后,与乙醇溶液混合均匀后,进行低温低压回流2h,即得到金花葵提取物。
小麦胚芽提取物制备:将小麦胚芽与离子水混合均匀,在4℃的条件下,进行300w超声15min,即得到小麦胚芽提取物。
面膜液制备:按照上述的比例将水、金花葵提取物、小麦胚芽提取物、保湿剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂、甘草酸二钾、烟酰胺、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、蚕丝胶蛋白、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物、香精按照一定的顺序进行混合得到面膜液。
面膜浸制:将剪裁合适得当的面膜贴浸放于上述得到的面膜液中,使其充分吸收面膜液,时间为15~20min。
将将浸制好的面膜贴,平铺于剪裁得当的蓝膜(PP)上,最后,在面膜膜上再覆盖一层珠光膜(BOPP)。
将上述得到的面膜进行包装。
所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法,其中,所述的金花葵提取物所用的萃取剂为5倍体积的12~25%的乙醇溶液。
所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法,其中,所述的小麦胚芽提取物的制备所用的离子水为5倍体积的弱酸性离子水。
所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法,其中,所述的面膜液制备方法具体为:先将水与增稠剂、甘草酸二钾、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物混合,并于80℃的条件下混合10min,使其充分溶解,待温度降到60℃时,加入甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烟酰胺和香精并混合10min,使其充分溶解,待到温度降到45℃后,再加入金花葵提取物,小麦胚芽提取物、蚕丝胶蛋白、保湿剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂,并充分混合均匀15min,最后将混合液冷却到室温,即得到金花葵面膜液。
所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法,其中,所述的面膜贴的材质为无纺布、蚕丝、概念隐形蚕丝、生物纤维素中的一种。
所制得的金花葵面膜的面膜液澄清透明,温和且无刺激,呈弱酸性,耐热并耐寒,在较热以及较冷的环境中均无浑浊、沉淀、分层现象,且无异味。所制得的金花葵面膜贴敷后具有良好的抑制炎症,缓解痤疮的作用,并具有一定的补水保湿、美白嫩肤的功效。
具体实施方式
采用新鲜的金花葵植株为原料,所有配料均为市售。

其中,以去离子水作为溶剂,溶解以上所述的各个成分。金花葵提取物:含有全价蛋白质、高聚糖胶、黄酮类(如金丝桃苷)、多糖、维生素E等物质而具有抗衰老、抗氧化、消炎、淡疮及嫩肤的功效。小麦胚芽提取物:小麦胚芽水解小麦蛋白能够滋养肌肤、提亮肤色;含有的天然维生素E能够紧致肌肤、提升弹性;含有的麦胚醇,能够起到补水锁水、柔嫩肤质;含有的谷胱甘肽能够匀净肌肤、提升防御力。甘草酸二钾:具有抑菌、消炎、抗炎、抗过敏、保湿等多种功效,在医药、化妆品日化、食品等行业有广泛的应用,亦用于增香调味。烟酰胺:是维生素B3的一种衍生物,也是美容皮肤科学领域公认的皮肤抗老化成份,可以减轻和预防皮肤在早期衰老过程中产生的肤色黯淡、发黄、菜色,也可以修复受损的角质层脂质屏障,提高皮肤抵抗力,还可以深层锁水功效。甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯:水溶性透明凝胶,是多功能性的保湿基质,可以增加肤感和润滑性,提高保湿性。蚕丝胶蛋白:美白:深入肌肤底层美白肌肤而无副作用;能够长效保湿:NMF因子十倍于常规植物或化学保湿剂,给肌肤持续高效补充水分;滋养调理:渗透力强,为肌肤提供必需的养分,促进细胞代谢,改善肤质;抗衰活颜:能激活肌肤细胞,改善微循环,抗衰除皱,活颜悦色;抗氧化:有效抵抗外部污染,保持皮肤pH值平衡,增强肌肤免疫力。PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物:可以作为溶剂,乳化剂,非离子型表面活性剂,消泡剂,分子量相对较大,几乎无毒性,对皮肤刺激性小。香精:可以增加面膜液的香味,提升消费者的使用体验的愉悦感。

具体地,所述的金花葵面膜,其中,所述的防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯、苯氧乙醇中的一种或者多种。
其中,羟苯甲酯广谱抗菌活性,能抑制革兰氏阴性、阳性细菌,对酵母菌及霉菌有较强的抑制作用,与传统的防腐产品相比,使用浓度低,广谱高效,并且安全经济,使用效期长,可与化妆品中存在的各种组分相配伍。羟苯乙酯与羟苯甲酯有相似的作用。苯氧乙醇:是一种无色的油状液体,有抗菌功效,在化妆品、护肤品中通常发挥着防腐剂的功用。
具体地,所述的金花葵面膜,其中,所述的抗氧化剂为肌肽、尿囊素中的一种或者多种。
其中:肌肽,学名β-丙氨酰-L-组氨酸,是由是一种由β-丙氨酸和L-组氨酸两种氨基酸组成的二肽,结晶状固体。肌肽具有很强的抗氧化能力,可清除在氧化应激过程中使细胞膜的脂肪酸过度氧化而形成的活性氧自由基(ROS)以及α-β不饱和醛。在化妆品中的使用,可以防止肌肤的衰老,增白肌肤,防止出现因吸烟而产生的游离基对人体内其它物质进行氧化,可以均匀肤色,净化肌肤,维持肌肤正常内循环,并提升肌肤自身抵抗力及自愈力。尿囊素:别名5-尿基乙内酰胺,是一种乙内酰脲衍生物。由于尿囊素是一种两性化合物,能结合多种物质形成复盐,具有保湿、去角质,抵御晒伤,减轻刺激性,杀菌、防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,是美容美发等化妆品的特效添加剂。
具体地,所述的金花葵面膜,其中,所述的增稠剂为三乙醇胺、羟乙基纤维素中的一种或者多种。
三乙醇胺在化妆品中用作乳化剂、保湿剂、增湿剂、增稠剂、PH平衡剂。羟乙基纤维素也常作为增稠剂被添加到化妆品中。
本发明提供一种如上所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
金花葵提取物萃取:将金花葵的花朵、叶片、茎秆收集破碎打粉后,与乙醇溶液混合均匀后,进行低压回流2h,即得到金花葵提取物。
小麦胚芽提取物制备:将小麦胚芽与离子水混合均匀,在4℃的条件下,进行300w超声15min,即得到小麦胚芽提取物。
面膜液制备:按照上述的比例将水、金花葵提取物、小麦胚芽提取物、保湿剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂、甘草酸二钾、烟酰胺、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、蚕丝胶蛋白、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物、香精按照一定的顺序进行混合得到面膜液。
面膜浸制:将剪裁合适得当的面膜贴浸放于上述得到的面膜液中,使其充分吸收面膜液,时间为15~20min。
将将浸制好的面膜贴,平铺于剪裁得当的蓝膜(PP)上,最后,在面膜膜上再覆盖一层珠光膜(BOPP)。
将上述得到的面膜进行包装。
具体地,所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法,其中,所述的金花葵提取物所用的萃取剂为5倍体积的12~25%的乙醇溶液。
具体地,所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法,其中,所述的小麦胚芽提取物的制备所用的离子水为5倍的弱酸性离子水。
具体地,所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法,其中,所述的面膜液制备方法具体为:先将水与增稠剂、甘草酸二钾、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物混合,并于80℃的条件下混合10min,使其充分溶解,待温度降到60℃时,加入甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烟酰胺和香精并混合10min,使其充分溶解,待到温度降到45℃后,再加入金花葵提取物,小麦胚芽提取物、蚕丝胶蛋白、保湿剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂,并充分混合均匀15min,最后将混合液冷却到室温,即得到金花葵面膜液。
具体地,所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法,其中,所述的面膜贴的材质为无纺布、蚕丝、概念隐形蚕丝、生物纤维素中的一种。
为了更详尽的描述本发明金花葵面膜的制备方法,以下列举实例更进一步的说明。
实施例1
采用新鲜的金花葵植株为原料,所有配料均为市售。
一种金花葵面膜配方为:水80份、金花葵提取物1.0份,小麦胚芽提取物0.05份、泛醇4份、透明质酸钠4份、羟苯甲酯0.06份、肌肽0.2份、尿囊素0.2份、三乙醇胺0.4份、甘草酸二钾0.05份、烟酰胺0.30份、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.05份、蚕丝胶蛋白0.05份、PEG/PPG~17/6共聚物0.2份、香精0.02份。
制备方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
金花葵提取物萃取:将金花葵的花朵,叶片,茎秆收集破碎打粉后,与5倍体积的25%的乙醇溶液混合均匀后,进行低温低压回流2h,即得到金花葵提取物。
小麦胚芽提取物制备:将小麦胚芽与为5倍体积的弱酸性离子水混合均匀,在4℃的条件下,进行300w超声15min,即得到小麦胚芽提取物。
面膜液制备:先将水与增稠剂、甘草酸二钾、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物混合,并于80℃的条件下混合10min,使其充分溶解,待温度降到60℃时,加入甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烟酰胺和香精并混合10min,使其充分溶解,待到温度降到45℃后,再加入金花葵提取物,小麦胚芽提取物、蚕丝胶蛋白、保湿剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂,并充分混合均匀15min,最后将混合液冷却到室温,即得到金花葵面膜液。
面膜浸制:将剪裁合适得当的蚕丝面膜贴浸放于上述得到的面膜液中,使其充分吸收面膜液,时间为20min。
将将浸制好的面膜贴,平铺于剪裁得当的蓝膜(PP)上,最后,在面膜上再覆盖一层珠光膜(BOPP)。
将上述得到的面膜进行包装。
有益效果:本发明所提供的金花葵面膜,具有以下优点:1.将金花葵提取物添加到面膜中,萃取纯天然的植物精华,为肌肤提供营养与修复的同时,天然无刺激,性质温和;2.金花葵提取物的营养丰富,含有全价蛋白质、高聚糖胶、黄酮类(如金丝桃苷)、多糖、维生素E等物质而具有抗衰老、抗氧化、消炎、淡疮及嫩肤的功效;3. 添加少量的小麦胚芽提取物起到滋养肌肤、提亮肤色、紧致肌肤、提升弹性、补水锁水、柔嫩肤质、匀净肌肤、提升防御力的附加功效。所制得的面膜的各项指标如表1所示。由表1的检测结果中可见,本发明中的金花葵面膜,各项指标均符合QB/T2872—2017,性质温和、天然无刺激。

Claims (10)
1.一种金花葵面膜,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,其原料配方组成为:水75~88份、金花葵提取物0.5~1.0份、小麦胚芽提取物0.02~0.05份、保湿剂6~10份、防腐剂0.02~0.06份、抗氧化剂0.2~0.5份、增稠剂0.2~0.4份、甘草酸二钾0.02~0.05份、烟酰胺0.25~0.30份、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.02~0.05份、蚕丝胶蛋白0.02~0.05份、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物0.2~0.5份、香精0.02~0.05份。
2.根据权利要求1述的金花葵面膜,其特征在于,所述的保湿剂为糖基海藻糖、泛醇、透明质酸钠中的一种或者多种。
3.根据权利要求1述的金花葵面膜,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯、苯氧乙醇中的一种或者多种。
4.根据权利要求1述的金花葵面膜,其特征在于,所述的抗氧化剂为肌肽、尿囊素中的一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求1述的金花葵面膜,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为三乙醇胺、羟乙基纤维素中的一种或者多种。
6.一种如权利要求1~5任一所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)金花葵提取物萃取:将金花葵的花朵、叶片、茎秆收集破碎打粉后,与乙醇溶液混合均匀后,进行低温低压回流2h,即得到金花葵提取物;
(2)小麦胚芽提取物制备:将小麦胚芽与离子水混合均匀,在4℃的条件下,进行300w超声15min,即得到小麦胚芽提取物;
(3)面膜液制备:按照上述的比例将水、金花葵提取物、小麦胚芽提取物、保湿剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂、甘草酸二钾、烟酰胺、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、蚕丝胶蛋白、PEG/PPG~17/6共聚物、香精按照一定的顺序进行混合得到面膜液;
(4)面膜浸制:将剪裁合适得当的面膜贴浸放于(3)得到的面膜液中,使其充分吸收面膜液,时间为15~20min;
(5)将将浸制好的面膜贴,平铺于剪裁得当的蓝膜(PP)上,最后,在面膜膜上再覆盖一层珠光膜(BOPP);
(6)将(5)得到的面膜进行包装。
7.根据权利要求6中所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法的步骤(1),其特征在于,所述的金花葵提取物所用的萃取剂为5倍体积的12~25%的乙醇溶液。
8.根据权利要求6中所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法的步骤(2),其特征在于,所述的小麦胚芽提取物的制备所用的离子水为5倍体积的弱酸性离子水。
9.根据权利要求6中所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法的步骤(3),其特征在于,所述的面膜液制备方法具体为:先将水与增稠剂、甘草酸二钾、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物混合,并于80℃的条件下混合10min,使其充分溶解,待温度降到60℃时,加入甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烟酰胺和香精并混合10min,使其充分溶解,待到温度降到45℃后,再加入金花葵提取物,小麦胚芽提取物、蚕丝胶蛋白、保湿剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂,并充分混合均匀15min,最后将混合液冷却到室温,即得到金花葵面膜液。
10.根据权利要求6中所述的金花葵面膜的制备方法的步骤(4),其特征在于,所述的面膜贴的材质为无纺布、蚕丝、概念隐形蚕丝、生物纤维素中的一种。
