Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，各组分的重量配比棕榈酸乙基己酯10‑14份、矿油5‑10份、丁二醇4‑8份、甘油4‑5份、油橄榄果油4‑5份、霍霍巴籽油4‑5份、海藻糖2‑6份、第一乳化剂2‑3份、氢化椰油甘油酯类2‑3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2‑3份、甜菜碱2‑3份、第二乳化剂1‑2份、第一皮肤调理剂1‑2份、第二皮肤调理剂0.1‑0.5份、生育酚乙酸酯0.1‑0.5份、苯氧乙醇0.4份、羟苯甲酯0.2份、卡波姆0.1‑0.2份、三乙醇胺0.15份、黄原胶0.1‑0.2份、透明质酸钠0.1‑0.2份、羟苯丙酯0.1份、柠檬果皮油0.05‑0.1份和剩余的水。该发明有较高通透性，能够深层清洁、净化肌肤、提亮肤色；延缓皮肤衰老；并且使用后相比其他产品保湿度高度95％以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化妆品，尤其是一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方及其制备工艺。
背景技术
俗话说爱美之心人皆有之，尤其对于女性来说尤为重要，人的一生中，衣服可以有几千套，钞票可以有几千万张，而脸一辈子只有一张，旧了不能换，皱了不能烫！因此皮肤一旦松弛老化，色斑，暗沉，干燥，痘痘，穿再漂亮的衣服也无法显示出你的品味气质、高贵得体，反而衬托出自己五官皮肤状况和漂亮衣服的不相衬，不协调！因为衣服始终是绿叶，漂亮的五官和白皙水嫩的皮肤才是鲜花，唯有花的美艳才能显出叶的生命，皮肤才是你昂贵的衣服！所有对于女性来说想拥有永恒健康，靓丽的五官肌肤，必须要适当的选择适合自己的护肤产品，在护肤的关键中皮肤保湿对于任何一个年龄阶段的人来说都非常重要，一般来说，引起皮肤天然保湿结构失去平衡的内外条件主要有：随着年龄的增长，皮肤老化，其保湿作用及屏障功能逐渐减弱，天然保湿因子含量减少；干燥寒冷的气候，湿度较低，如秋冬季；某些皮肤病变，如银屑病等；环境和化学因素，如洗衣粉、肥皂等洗涤剂以及酒精等有机溶剂，以及长时间的空调环境等；饮食睡眠习惯，如偏食、饮水少、失眠等；干性皮肤。由此可见，由于皮肤时刻都与外界环境直接接触，如不加以保护，或多或少都有缺水现象，直接影响皮肤的外观。皮肤缺水就会导致干燥、发黄、黯淡无光、松弛、皱纹等衰老现象从而使得皮肤失去光泽，因此为了迎合市场的需求，市面上生产出大量各式各样的保湿产品，但目前这些产品大多功效单一，保湿时间短，或采用大量化学物质，虽起到既保湿又美白的效果，但长时间使用对皮肤产生副作用，因此，迫切的需要一种新的技术方案解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种既安全又可靠，而且使用后能够净化皮肤，让皮肤自然通透，会呼吸；同时保湿效果长的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方及其制备工艺。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所设计的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，其特征在于：所述净化通透霜配方其组分和重量为：按100份重要份计包含10-14份的棕榈酸乙基己酯；5-10份的矿油；4-8份的丁二醇；4-5份的甘油；4-5份的油橄榄果油；4-5份的霍霍巴籽油；2-6份的海藻糖；2-3份由鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷组成的第一乳化剂；2-3份的氢化椰油甘油酯类；2-3份的聚二甲基硅氧烷；2-3份的甜菜碱；1-2份由甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯组成的第二乳化剂；1-2份由水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸组成的第一皮肤调理剂；0.1-0.5份由水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂；0.1-0.5份的生育酚乙酸酯；0.4份的苯氧乙醇；0.2份的羟苯甲酯；0.1-0.2份的卡波姆；0.15份的三乙醇胺；0.1-0.2份的黄原胶；0.1-0.2份的透明质酸钠；0.1份的羟苯丙酯；0.05-0.1份的柠檬果皮油和剩余的水。
上述配方中通过由水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸组成的第一皮肤调理剂；由于皱波角叉菜提取物(英文名：CHONDRUS CRISPUS)是一种从天然海藻中提取的保湿成分；这种物质对皮肤提高含水量有一定帮助，另外，这种成分还对皮肤起到保湿作用，因此长期使用会让皮肤湿润有光泽，看起来气色很好；同时增加了由水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂；由于马齿苋提取物(英文名：PORTULACA OLERACEA)含有丰富的SL3脂肪酸及维生素A样物质：SL3脂肪酸是形成细胞膜，尤其是脑细胞膜与眼细胞膜所必需的物质；维生素A样物质能维持上皮组织如皮肤、角膜及结合膜的正常机能，参与视紫质的合成，增强视网膜感光性能，也参与体内许多氧化过程；因此从而使得皮肤具有抗氧化延缓衰老和润肤美容功能；同时柠檬(CITRUS LIMON)果皮油中的柠檬油可以净化平衡油脂；同时可以去除老死细胞，明亮肤色，紧实微血管，促进胶原蛋白产生，淡化黑色素，且柠檬(CITRUS LIMON)果皮油本身具有芳香，起到芳香剂的作用，而且本产品的化学物质比例较少；使得产品更安全可靠，使得产品更加通透；使得皮肤也会呼吸；同时保湿效果时间长。
作为优选；所述第一乳化剂中鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷均占第一乳化剂总重量的50％。
作为优选；所述第二乳化剂中甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯均占第二乳化剂总重量的50％。
作为优选；所述第一皮肤调理剂中水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸之间的比例为3：2：5：5。
作为优选；所述第二皮肤调理剂中水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸之间的比例为2：1：5：3。
一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方的制备工艺，具体包括以下步骤：
a)首先将上述的原材料进行按重量百分比进行配方，然后分别将丁二醇、甘油、海藻糖、甜菜碱、卡波姆、黄原胶、透明质酸钠和水分别加入水相锅中进行加热构成第一次产物；上述加热温度到80～85℃；
b)另取一能够加热的容器将棕榈酸乙基己酯、矿油、油橄榄果油、霍霍巴籽油；由鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷组成的第一乳化剂、氢化椰油甘油酯类、聚二甲基硅氧烷、由甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯组成的第二乳化剂、生育酚乙酸酯、羟苯甲酯和羟苯丙酯依次放入后进行加热构成第二次产物；上述加热温度到80～85℃；
c)将第二次产物投入到第一次产物中，乳化均质5-8分钟；然后在加入由水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂均质3-5分钟；
d)对步骤c)均质后的产物进行降温至75度并加入三乙醇胺，保温搅拌5-15分钟后降温至45度以下，再加入由水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂、苯氧乙醇和柠檬果皮油；
e)最近将步骤d)完成的产品检验合格后灌装，包装、再成品入库。
本发明得到的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，有较高通透性，经测试，该含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方在长时间使用后能够提亮肤色；并且延缓皮肤衰老、深层清洁、净化肌肤；并且使用后相比其他产品保湿度高度95％以上，同时过几个小时后检测皮肤的保湿度还保湿在60％，从而延缓了保湿的时间。

实施例1：
本实施例提供的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，所述净化通透霜配方其组分和重量为：按100份重要份计包含10-14份的棕榈酸乙基己酯；5-10份的矿油；4-8份的丁二醇；4-5份的甘油；4-5份的油橄榄果油；4-5份的霍霍巴籽油；2-6份的海藻糖；2-3份由鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷组成的第一乳化剂；2-3份的氢化椰油甘油酯类；2-3份的聚二甲基硅氧烷；2-3份的甜菜碱；1-2份由甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯组成的第二乳化剂；1-2份由水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸组成的第一皮肤调理剂；0.1-0.5份由水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂；0.1-0.5份的生育酚乙酸酯；0.4份的苯氧乙醇；0.2份的羟苯甲酯；0.1-0.2份的卡波姆；0.15份的三乙醇胺；0.1-0.2份的黄原胶；0.1-0.2份的透明质酸钠；0.1份的羟苯丙酯；0.05-0.1份的柠檬果皮油和剩余的水。
在本实施例的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，其组分和重量为：按100份重要份计包含12份的棕榈酸乙基己酯；8份的矿油；6份的丁二醇；5份的甘油；5份的油橄榄果油；4份的霍霍巴籽油；3份的海藻糖；2.5份由鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷组成的第一乳化剂；2份的氢化椰油甘油酯类；2份的聚二甲基硅氧烷；2份的甜菜碱；1份由甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯组成的第二乳化剂；1份由水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸组成的第一皮肤调理剂；0.5份由水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂；0.5份的生育酚乙酸酯；0.4份的苯氧乙醇；0.2份的羟苯甲酯；0.1份的卡波姆；0.15份的三乙醇胺；0.1份的黄原胶；0.1份的透明质酸钠；0.1份的羟苯丙酯；0.05份的柠檬果皮油剩余的水。
上述配方中通过由水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸组成的第一皮肤调理剂；由于皱波角叉菜提取物(英文名：CHONDRUS CRISPUS)是一种从天然海藻中提取的保湿成分；这种物质对皮肤提高含水量有一定帮助，另外，这种成分还对皮肤起到保湿作用，因此长期使用会让皮肤湿润有光泽，看起来气色很好；同时增加了由水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂；由于马齿苋提取物(英文名：PORTULACA OLERACEA)含有丰富的SL3脂肪酸及维生素A样物质：SL3脂肪酸是形成细胞膜，尤其是脑细胞膜与眼细胞膜所必需的物质；维生素A样物质能维持上皮组织如皮肤、角膜及结合膜的正常机能，参与视紫质的合成，增强视网膜感光性能，也参与体内许多氧化过程；因此从而使得皮肤具有抗氧化延缓衰老和润肤美容功能；同时柠檬(CITRUS LIMON)果皮油中的柠檬油可以净化平衡油脂；同时可以去除老死细胞，明亮肤色，紧实微血管，促进胶原蛋白产生，淡化黑色素，且柠檬(CITRUS LIMON)果皮油本身具有芳香，起到芳香剂的作用，而且本产品的化学物质比例较少；使得产品更安全可靠，使得产品更加通透；使得皮肤也会呼吸；同时保湿效果时间长。
作为优选；所述第一乳化剂中鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷均占第一乳化剂总重量的50％。
作为优选；所述第二乳化剂中甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯均占第二乳化剂总重量的50％。
作为优选；所述第一皮肤调理剂中水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸之间的比例为3：2：5：5。
作为优选；所述第二皮肤调理剂中水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸之间的比例为2：1：5：3。
一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方的制备工艺，具体包括以下步骤：
a)首先将上述的原材料进行按重量百分比进行配方，然后分别将丁二醇、甘油、海藻糖、甜菜碱、卡波姆、黄原胶、透明质酸钠和水分别加入水相锅中进行加热构成第一次产物；上述加热温度到80～85℃；在本实施例中所述的加热温度为80℃；
b)另取一能够加热的容器将棕榈酸乙基己酯、矿油、油橄榄果油、霍霍巴籽油；由鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷组成的第一乳化剂、氢化椰油甘油酯类、聚二甲基硅氧烷、由甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯组成的第二乳化剂、生育酚乙酸酯、羟苯甲酯和羟苯丙酯依次放入后进行加热构成第二次产物；上述加热温度到80～85℃；在本实施例中所述的加热温度为80℃；
c)将第二次产物投入到第一次产物中，乳化均质5-8分钟；本实施例中采用5分钟；然后在加入由水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂均质3-5分钟；本实施例中采用4分钟；
d)对步骤c)均质后的产物进行降温至75度并加入三乙醇胺，保温搅拌5-15分钟后降温至45度以下，再加入由水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂、苯氧乙醇和柠檬果皮油；
e)最近将步骤d)完成的产品检验合格后灌装，包装、再成品入库。
经测试，本实施中的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方在长时间使用后能够提亮肤色；并且延缓皮肤衰老、深层清洁、净化肌肤；并且使用后相比其他产品保湿度高度90％以上，同时过几个小时后检测皮肤的保湿度还保湿在50％，从而延缓了保湿的时间。
实施例2：
本实施例提供的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，所述净化通透霜配方其组分和重量为：按100份重要份计包含14份的棕榈酸乙基己酯；10份的矿油；8份的丁二醇；5份的甘油；5份的油橄榄果油；5份的霍霍巴籽油；6份的海藻糖；3份由鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷组成的第一乳化剂；3份的氢化椰油甘油酯类；3份的聚二甲基硅氧烷；3份的甜菜碱；2份由甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯组成的第二乳化剂；2份由水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸组成的第一皮肤调理剂；0.5份由水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂；0.5份的生育酚乙酸酯；0.4份的苯氧乙醇；0.2份的羟苯甲酯；0.2份的卡波姆；0.15份的三乙醇胺；0.1-0.2份的黄原胶；0.2份的透明质酸钠；0.1份的羟苯丙酯；0.1份的柠檬果皮油和剩余的水。
经测试，本实施例得到的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，在长时间使用后能够提亮肤色；并且延缓皮肤衰老、深层清洁、净化肌肤；并且使用后相比其他产品保湿度高度95％以上，同时过几个小时后检测皮肤的保湿度还保湿在60％，从而延缓了保湿的时间。

本实施例提供的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，所述净化通透霜配方其组分和重量为：按100份重要份计包含13份的棕榈酸乙基己酯；7份的矿油；6份的丁二醇；5份的甘油；4份的油橄榄果油；4份的霍霍巴籽油；4份的海藻糖；3份由鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷组成的第一乳化剂；3份的氢化椰油甘油酯类；2份的聚二甲基硅氧烷；3份的甜菜碱；2份由甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯组成的第二乳化剂；2份由水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸组成的第一皮肤调理剂；0.3份由水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂；0.3份的生育酚乙酸酯；0.4份的苯氧乙醇；0.2份的羟苯甲酯；0.15份的卡波姆；0.15份的三乙醇胺；0.12份的黄原胶；0.1份的透明质酸钠；0.1份的羟苯丙酯；0.05份的柠檬果皮油和剩余的水。
经测试，本实施例得到的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，在长时间使用后能够提亮肤色；并且延缓皮肤衰老、深层清洁、净化肌肤；并且使用后相比其他产品保湿度高度70％以上，同时过几个小时后检测皮肤的保湿度还保湿在45％，从而延缓了保湿的时间。

1.一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，其特征在于：所述净化通透霜配方其组分和重量为：按100份重要份计包含10-14份的棕榈酸乙基己酯；5-10份的矿油；4-8份的丁二醇；4-5份的甘油；4-5份的油橄榄果油；4-5份的霍霍巴籽油；2-6份的海藻糖；2-3份由鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷组成的第一乳化剂；2-3份的氢化椰油甘油酯类；2-3份的聚二甲基硅氧烷；2-3份的甜菜碱；1-2份由甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯组成的第二乳化剂；1-2份由水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸组成的第一皮肤调理剂；0.1-0.5份由水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂；0.1-0.5份的生育酚乙酸酯；0.4份的苯氧乙醇；0.2份的羟苯甲酯；0.1-0.2份的卡波姆；0.15份的三乙醇胺；0.1-0.2份的黄原胶；0.1-0.2份的透明质酸钠；0.1份的羟苯丙酯；0.05-0.1的柠檬果皮油和剩余的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，其特征在于：所述第一乳化剂中鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷均占第一乳化剂总重量的50％。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，其特征在于：所述第二乳化剂中甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯均占第二乳化剂总重量的50％。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，其特征在于：所述第一皮肤调理剂中水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸之间的比例为3：2：5：5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方，其特征在于：所述第二皮肤调理剂中水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸之间的比例为2：1：5：3。
6.一种如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的一种含有柠檬的净化通透霜配方的制备工艺，其特征在于：具体包括以下步骤：
a)首先将上述的原材料进行按重量百分比进行配方，然后分别将丁二醇、甘油、海藻糖、甜菜碱、卡波姆、黄原胶、透明质酸钠和水分别加入水相锅中进行加热构成第一次产物；上述加热温度到80～85℃；
b)另取一能够加热的容器将棕榈酸乙基己酯、矿油、油橄榄果油、霍霍巴籽油；由鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷组成的第一乳化剂、氢化椰油甘油酯类、聚二甲基硅氧烷、由甘油硬脂酸酯和PEG-100硬脂酸酯组成的第二乳化剂、生育酚乙酸酯、羟苯甲酯和羟苯丙酯依次放入后进行加热构成第二次产物；上述加热温度到80～85℃；
c)将第二次产物投入到第一次产物中，乳化均质5-8分钟；然后在加入由水、丙二醇、马齿苋提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂均质3-5分钟；
d)对步骤c)均质后的产物进行降温至75度并加入三乙醇胺，保温搅拌5-15分钟后降温至45度以下，再加入由水、丙二醇、皱波角叉菜提取物和柠檬酸组成的第二皮肤调理剂、苯氧乙醇和柠檬果皮油；
e)最近将步骤d)完成的产品检验合格后灌装，包装、再成品入库。
