本发明提供一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜及其制备方法,由八角金盘籽油8~12%,八角金盘精油0.2%~0.4%,八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液1~3%,甘油3~5%,玻尿酸原液1~3%,乳化剂2%~3%,余量为水,加工制备得到。本发明的有益效果是:所制备的八角金盘天然活性护肤霜具有天然环保、绿色防晒的功效,不仅能滋润皮肤,防止水分经表皮流失,延缓衰老,抵抗紫外线的照射,而且还具有一定的提神、抗菌消炎和镇痛作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
八角金盘Fatsia japonica为五加科八角金盘属常绿灌木。原产我国台湾和日本,现长江流域以南地区广泛分布,其根、皮具有活血化瘀、化痰止咳、散风祛湿、化瘀止痛等功效,还有一定的抗癌作用。
八角金盘花含有丰富的黄酮,黄酮是黄酮类化合物的总称。黄酮类化合物结构中常连接有酚羟基、甲氧基、甲基、异戊烯基等官能团,由于结构的共轭性,具有较强的紫外线吸收性能,与常见的化学防晒剂相比,不仅用量小而且安全。此外,黄酮也是一种很强的抗氧化剂,在体内可以清除氧自由基,在体外具有自由基清除功能如超氧阴离子羟基及过氧化氢对于由于氧自由基造成的损失具有保护作用。因此,黄酮类化合物可以作为一种天然防晒剂使用,它可以防紫外线,还可以清除体内自由基,延缓衰老,更重要的是黄酮类化合物有抗炎、防止皮肤癌的功效。
八角金盘叶含有丰富的精油,精油的主要化学成分为倍半萜烯和氧化倍半萜,萜类化合物多具有较强的香气,通常还具有提神、抗菌消炎和镇痛等生物活性,因此,八角金盘精油有一定的药理活性,具有良好的应用开发价值。
八角金盘籽富含优质的食用油源和功能性食用油的油脂,是天然的绿色植物油,与皮肤的亲和性好,有较好的渗透性,易于皮肤吸收,可促使皮肤柔嫩而富有弹性,有滑爽而不油腻的肤感。用紫外分光光度法分析八角金盘籽油的光谱特性,天然八角金盘籽油对紫外光有很好的吸收,特别是在250~357nm这一区间,是理想的化妆品用油类的基质。
综上所述,提取制备八角金盘花中的黄酮,八角金盘叶中的精油,八角金盘籽中的八角金盘籽油,作为原料研制一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜是具有重要意义的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜及其制备方法,所制备的护肤霜天然环保、绿色防晒,不仅能滋润皮肤,防止水分经表皮流失,延缓衰老,抵抗紫外线的照射,而且还具有一定的提神、抗菌消炎和镇痛作用。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜,所述护肤霜由以下重量百分比的原料加工而成:
八角金盘籽油8~12%,八角金盘精油0.2%~0.4%,八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液1~3%,甘油3~5%,玻尿酸原液1~3%,乳化剂2%~3%,余量为水。
所述乳化剂为赛比克305;赛比克305是一种全新的乳化剂,可以乳化和稳定多种油相,而且其乳化体的配制简单,选用赛比克305作为乳化剂制得的护肤霜在手感和质感上具有较佳的优势。
所述水为蒸馏水。
上述八角金盘籽油的制备方法如下:
A1:将八角金盘籽破碎,过40~60目筛子,按八角金盘籽粉末质量g:石油醚ml为1:(8~10)的料液比向八角金盘籽粉末中加入石油醚,所述石油醚的沸程为60~90℃;
A2:将步骤A1所得溶液,置于超声装置中进行超声辅助处理,时间25~40min,温度40~50℃,功率180~250W;
A3:将步骤A2所得溶液进行减压抽滤,将滤液置于抽滤瓶中,在水浴温度60~80℃、真空度为0.05~0.10MPa的条件下旋转蒸发,提取回收石油醚溶剂,蒸发后的料液置于110~150℃烘箱内干燥至恒重,制得八角金盘籽油。
上述八角金盘花黄酮提取液的制备方法如下:
B1:将八角金盘花破碎,过40~60目筛子,干燥至含水量低于10%;
B2:在乙醇和水的混合溶液中,加入磷酸氢二钾,溶解混合均匀,得双水相体系溶液;
B3:称取步骤B1中的八角金盘花粉末置于圆底烧瓶中,加入步骤B2中的双水相体系溶液,振荡溶解充分混合后,置于微波提取器中,在400~480w功率下微波提取2~5min,取出提取液;
B4:将步骤B3中的提取液立即进行抽滤,抽滤液静置分层,取下层液降温结晶、过滤,回收无机盐;上层液在温度为40~50℃和真空度为0.09~0.13MPa下进行减压浓缩,制得八角金盘花黄酮提取液。
上述八角金盘精油的制备方法如下:
C1:将八角金盘叶破碎,过40~60目筛子;
C2:将步骤C1的八角金盘叶粉末置挥发油含量测定器烧瓶中,加入水充分搅拌混匀,用挥发油提取器提取精油,微沸状态下回流提取8~10h;
C3:用正己烷洗下精油,并用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,制得八角金盘精油低温保存。
上述玻尿酸原液的制备方法如下:
将去离子水置于烧杯中加热至50~55℃,将透明质酸缓慢加入水中,慢慢搅拌至混合均匀,制得玻尿酸原液。
优选的,所述步骤B3中八角金盘花粉末质量g:双水相体系溶液ml的料液比为1:(40~60)。
优选的,所述步骤C2中八角金盘叶粉末质量g:水ml的料液比为1:(6~8)。
一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述护肤霜的制备方法如下:
S1:将八角金盘籽油、八角金盘精油、八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液、甘油、玻尿酸原液以及乳化剂进行充分混合,制得混合液;
S2:将步骤S1中混合液置于高压均质机中进行乳化,乳化结束后加入蒸馏水至100%;
S3:将步骤S2中的混合液不断搅拌至白色霜剂形态,制得八角金盘天然活性护肤霜。
本发明的技术方案中,八角金盘籽油是天然的绿色植物油,与皮肤的亲和性好,有较好的渗透性,易于皮肤吸收,可促使皮肤柔嫩而富有弹性,有滑爽而不油腻的肤感。而且,用紫外分光光度法分析八角金盘籽油的光谱特性,天然八角金盘籽油对紫外光有很好的吸收,特别是在250~357nm这一区间,是一种理想的化妆品用油类的基质。
八角金盘精油,用八角金盘叶制备提取精油,所得精油的主要化学成分为倍半萜烯和氧化倍半萜,所述萜类化合物具有挥发性,具有较强的香气,具有提神、抗菌消炎和镇痛等生物活性。
八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液,用八角金盘花制备提取黄酮,黄酮类化合物因结构中有酚羟基、甲氧基、甲基、异戊烯基等官能团的共轭性,具有较强的紫外吸收性能,与常见的化学防晒剂相比,不仅用量小而且安全,是一种天然的绿色防晒剂,它可以防紫外线,还可以清除体内自由基,延缓衰老,更重要的是黄酮类化合物具有抗炎、防止皮肤癌的功效。
本发明的有益效果:本发明以八角金盘为主要原料,对八角金盘籽、八角金盘叶、八角金盘花分别进行制备提取,制得的八角金盘籽油蕴含丰富油酸,能滋润皮肤,防止水份经表皮流失,延缓衰老;八角金盘精油具有提神、抗菌消炎和镇痛作用;八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液具有防晒、抗菌消炎除痘和美白等作用。因此,将以上三者作为主要原料制备的八角金盘天然活性护肤霜具有天然环保、绿色防晒的功效,不仅能滋润皮肤,防止水分经表皮流失,延缓衰老,抵抗紫外线的照射,而且还具有一定的提神、抗菌消炎和镇痛作用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。
实施例1
一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜,由以下原料组分加工制备而成(按重量百分比计数):八角金盘籽油8%,八角金盘精油0.4%,八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液2%,甘油3.5%,玻尿酸原液1.5%,赛比克305 2%,蒸馏水82.6%。
实施例2
一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜,由以下原料组分加工制备而成(按重量百分比计数):八角金盘籽油12%,八角金盘精油0.2%,八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液3%,甘油5%,玻尿酸原液2.5%,赛比克305 3%,蒸馏水74.3%。
实施例3
一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜,由以下原料组分加工制备而成(按重量百分比计数):八角金盘籽油9%,八角金盘精油0.3%,八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液1.5%,甘油4.5%,玻尿酸原液3%,赛比克305 2.5%,蒸馏水79.2%。
实施例4
一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜,由以下原料组分加工制备而成(按重量百分比计数):八角金盘籽油10%,八角金盘精油0.25%,八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液1%,甘油4%,玻尿酸原液2%,赛比克305 2.5%,蒸馏水80.25%。
实施例5
本发明实施例1~4中一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜,具体制备方法如下:
S1:将八角金盘籽油、八角金盘精油、八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液、甘油、玻尿酸原液以及乳化剂进行充分混合,制得混合液;
S2:将步骤S1中混合液置于高压均质机中进行乳化,乳化结束后加入水至100%;
S3:将步骤S2中的混合液不断搅拌至白色霜剂形态,制得八角金盘天然活性护肤霜。
实施例6
本发明实施例1~4中八角金盘籽油、八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液、八角金盘精油、玻尿酸原液的制备方法如下:
八角金盘籽油的制备:
A1:将八角金盘籽破碎,过40~60目筛子,如40目、50目、60目,此处具体选用50目,按八角金盘籽粉末质量g:石油醚ml料液比为1:(8~10)的料液比,如1:8、1:9、1:9.6、1:10,此处具体选用1:9.6的料液比向八角金盘籽粉末中加入石油醚,石油醚的沸程为60~90℃;
A2:将步骤A1所得溶液,置于超声装置中进行超声辅助处理,时间25~40min,如25min、30min、40min,温度40~50℃,如40℃、48℃、50℃,功率180~250W,如180W、200W、240W、250W,此处具体选用时间30min,温度48℃,功率200W;
A3:将步骤A2所得溶液进行减压抽滤,将滤液置于抽滤瓶中,在水浴温度60~80℃,如60℃、70℃、80℃,此处具体选用60℃,真空度为0.05~0.10MPa,如0.05MPa、0.08MPa、0.10MPa,此处具体选用0.05MPa的条件下旋转蒸发,提取回收石油醚溶剂,蒸发后的料液置于110~150℃,如110℃、130℃、150℃,此处具体选用110℃烘箱内干燥至恒重,制得八角金盘籽油。
八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液的制备:
B1:将八角金盘花破碎,过40~60目筛子,如40目、50目、60目,此处具体选用60目,干燥至含水量低于10%;
B2:在乙醇ml:水ml的比例为3:2的混合溶液中,加入8.0g磷酸氢二钾,溶解混合均匀,得双水相体系溶液;
B3:称取步骤B1中的八角金盘花粉末,置于圆底烧瓶中,加入步骤B2中的双水相体系溶液,振荡溶解充分混合后,置于微波提取器中,在400~480W,如400W、450W、480W,此处具体选用480W的功率下微波提取2~5min,如2min、3min、5min,此处具体选用2min取出提取液,其中八角金盘花粉末质量g:双水相体系溶液ml的料液比为1:(40~60),如1:40、1:50、1:60,此处具体选用1:50;
B4:将步骤B3中的提取液立即进行抽滤,抽滤液静置分层,取下层液降温结晶、过滤,回收无机盐;上层液在温度为40~50℃,如40℃、45℃、50℃,真空度为0.09~0.13MPa,如0.09MPa、0.10MPa、0.13MPa,此处具体选用上层液温度40℃,真空度为0.09MPa条件下进行减压浓缩,制得八角金盘花黄酮提取液。
八角金盘精油的制备:
C1:将八角金盘叶破碎,过40~60目筛子,如40目、50目、60目,此处具体选用40目;
C2:将步骤C1的八角金盘叶粉末置挥发油含量测定器烧瓶中,加入水充分搅拌混匀,用挥发油提取器提取精油,微沸状态下回流提取8~10h,如8h、9h、10h,此处具体选用8h,其中八角金盘叶粉末质量g:水ml的料液比为1:(6~8),如1:6、1:7、1:8,此处具体选用1:6;
C3:用正己烷洗下精油,并用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,制得八角金盘精油低温保存。
玻尿酸原液的制备:
将去离子水置于烧杯中加热至50~55℃,将透明质酸缓慢加入水中,慢慢搅拌至混合均匀,制得玻尿酸原液。
实施例1~4制备的护肤霜进行微生物限量检测、有毒物质限量检测,具体方法及各组分标准参见《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版),检测结果如表1和表2所示。其中,表1为微生物限量指标检测结果,表2为有毒物质限量指标检测结果。

实施例1~4制备的护肤霜进行稳定性实验:将产品放置(40±1)℃保持24h,恢复至室温后无分离现象;将产品放置(-8±2)℃保持24h,恢复至室温后与试验前无明显性状差异。
实施例1~4制备的护肤霜进行皮肤刺激性试验
选择皮肤健康的成人,以前臂内侧区域为受试部位,一侧为试验区,另一侧为对照区,0.5mL直接涂在皮肤上(2.5cm×2.5cm),然后用一层无刺激油纸覆盖,再用无刺激胶布加以固定,敷贴时间为4小时,试验结束去除受试物1、24、48h,观察皮肤局部反应。试验期间适用者不食用辛辣食物、刺激性食物,实验部位不沾水。24小时揭开观察,实验部位均显阴性,即无红斑、丘疹、水肿或其他过敏现象发生,试验连续一周时间,证明对皮肤无刺激性。
实施例1~4制备的护肤霜的产品试用情况
30位志愿者(女性,25-45岁)使用(早晚洁面后涂于脸部)7天后,与使用前比较,21位(70%)反应保湿效果显著,15位(50%)反应具有滋润、修复作用,27位(90%)反应具有舒缓肌肤、皮肤更显光滑舒适,仅有1人(3%)反应没有特别效果。30位志愿者均未发生过敏反应。
综上所述,本发明的八角金盘天然活性护肤霜符合《化妆品安全技术规范》标准,可以安全放心的使用。同时还具备高效的保湿、滋润、修复皮肤的功效,天然环保、绿色防晒,不仅能滋润皮肤,防止水分经表皮流失,还能延缓衰老,抵抗紫外线的照射。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。
Claims (7)
1.一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜,其特征在于,所述护肤霜由以下重量百分比的原料加工而成:
八角金盘籽油8~12%,八角金盘精油0.2%~0.4%,八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液1~3%,甘油3~5%,玻尿酸原液1~3%,乳化剂2%~3%,余量为水;
所述乳化剂为赛比克305;
所述水为蒸馏水;
所述八角金盘籽油的制备方法如下:
A1:将八角金盘籽破碎,过40~60目筛子,按八角金盘籽粉末质量g:石油醚ml为1:(8~10)的料液比向八角金盘籽粉末中加入石油醚;
A2:将步骤A1所得溶液,置于超声装置中进行超声辅助处理,时间25~40min,温度40~50℃,功率180~250W;

6.根据权利要求3所述一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜,其特征在于,所述步骤C2中八角金盘叶粉末质量g:水ml的料液比为1:(6~8)。
7.一种根据权利要求1-6任意一种八角金盘天然活性护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述护肤霜的制备方法如下:
S1:将八角金盘籽油、八角金盘精油、八角金盘花黄酮提取浓缩液、甘油、玻尿酸原液以及乳化剂进行充分混合,制得混合液;
S2:将步骤S1中混合液置于高压均质机中进行乳化,乳化结束后加入水至100%;
S3:将步骤S2中的混合液不断搅拌至白色霜剂形态,制得八角金盘天然活性护肤霜。
