背景技术
皮肤的老化是一个持续渐进的生理过程。皮肤老化的发生包括多方面因素,可以分为内源性和外源性的氧化损伤。内源性的氧化损伤主要受遗传控制;外源性的氧化损伤主要受环境影响,如紧张、压力等状态产生的负面作用,或过度饮酒、吸烟等不健康的生活习惯,以及环境污染、紫外线照射等作用都属于外源性的氧化损伤。氧是自由基产生的关键因素,自由基是引起皮肤衰老的重要原因。正常情况下,人体存在的抗氧化剂如维生素E、维生素C、过氧化物酶等能够清除过多的自由基,使自由基的生成和清除处于动态平衡。当自由基过量产生时,如果抗氧化物不足,就可能发生衰老变化。抗衰老化妆品的作用从以下几个方面来体现:富含抗氧化物质,抑制自由基的产生,减少自由基对皮肤的损伤;吸收紫外线,抑制光照和紫外线对皮肤的辐照损伤;抑制金属蛋白酶的活性,减少对皮肤胶原蛋白的降解;促进胶原蛋白酶的活性,促进皮肤胶原蛋白合成。

虽然中草药提取物具有抗皮肤衰老、使皮肤增白、增亮以及修复的作用,然而,现有的护肤霜中,中草药提取物多为单一中草药提取物,需要开发一种新的护肤霜,综合利用不同中草药提取物的优势,提升护肤霜的抗皮肤老化、增白以及增亮的功效。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的之一是提供一种含有中草药提取物的护肤霜。
本发明的目的之二是提供含有上述护肤霜的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含有中草药提取物的护肤霜,包含A、B、C和D四种组分,其中:
A组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
对羟基苯乙酮0.5~5份,
保湿剂1~8份,
卡波姆0.1~0.8份,
甘油5~15份,
丁二醇5~15份,
透明质酸钠0.05~0.3份,
烟酰胺1~10份,
水5~10份;
B组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
甘草酸二钾0.05~0.5份,
乳化剂1~5份,
植物油脂6~25份,
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷2~10份,
角鲨烷2~10份,
润肤剂6~30份,
生育酚1~10份;
C组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
pH调节剂0.1~0.8份;
D组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
中草药提取物1~25份,
1,2-己二醇0.5~5份,
所述中草药提取物为虫草提取物、金银花提取物、苦丁茶提取物和白茶提取物按质量比为3:1:1:1的混合物。
优选地,所述保湿剂为甜菜碱。
优选地,所述乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇和椰油基葡糖苷按质量比为1:2的混合物。
优选地,所述植物油脂为霍霍巴籽油、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯和牛油果树果酯按质量比为2:1:1:2的混合物。
优选地,所述润肤剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯和甘油三酯按质量比为1:2:1的混合物。
优选地,所述pH调节剂为三乙醇胺。
上述护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比称取各组分,将A组分各原料加热混合均匀;
(2)将B组分各原料加热混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)所得产物混合,搅拌后冷却;
(4)向步骤(3)所得产物中加入C组分;
(5)向步骤(4)所得产物中加入D组分各原料并搅拌。
优选地,步骤(1)所述加热的温度为55~60℃,步骤(2)所述加热的温度为80~85℃。
优选地,步骤(4)所述冷却的温度为<50℃。
对羟基苯乙酮广泛应用于医药、化妆品和工业领域,是一种天然植物提取物,存在于菊科植物滨蒿的茎、叶,茵陈蒿、萝藦科植物和人参娃儿藤等植物的根中。对羟基苯乙酮在化妆品里面主要是作为防腐剂使用,一般无添加产品里面都会用它做防腐剂,对人皮肤无任何害处,是目前医药界最安全的高温辅助活性稳定剂。
卡波姆是以季戊四醇等与丙烯酸交联得到的丙烯酸交联树脂,是一类非常重要的流变调节剂,中和后的卡波姆是优秀的凝胶基质,有增稠、悬浮等重要用途,工艺简单,稳定性好,广泛应用于乳液、膏霜和凝胶中。
甜菜碱是一种两性离子表面活性剂,在酸性及碱性条件下均具有优良的稳定性,分别呈现阳和阴离子性,常与阴、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂并用,其配伍性能良好。无毒,刺激性小,易溶于水,对酸碱稳定,泡沫多,去污力强,具有增稠性、杀菌性、抗静电性。
烟酰胺在化妆品中可作为营养性添加剂。随着年龄增长,皮肤变得黯黄无光,外用烟酰胺可改善这种黯黄。每天2次使用烟酰胺原液,第8周起皮肤纹理显著改善,细纹和皱纹明显减少,第12周皮肤变得富有弹性,色素沉着与红斑显著减少,黯黄明显减轻,皮肤显得富有光泽。
甘草酸二钾具有抑菌、消炎、解毒、抗敏、除臭等多种功效。在医药、化妆品日化、食品等行业有广泛的应用。
鲸蜡硬脂醇不溶于水,溶于乙醇、乙醚、氯仿和矿物油。与浓硫酸起磺化反应,遇强碱不起化学作用。具有抑制油腻感,降低蜡类原料黏性,稳定化妆品乳胶体等作用。
椰油葡糖苷是由椰子油提炼出来的椰油醇类,再和糖苷连在一起的形成的,属于糖苷类物质,常用作表面活性剂,是非离子表面活性剂,因为溶于水后不会产生阴离子或者阳离子,而且因为是糖苷类,所以有一定的增稠的作用。
霍霍巴籽油的化学分子排列和人类的皮脂非常类似,极容易于被皮肤类化和吸收。严格说来它属于蜡质质地而非液体质地,只要遇冷就会凝结,可一接触皮肤,就能立刻融化并被皮肤吸收。荷荷芭油香味很淡,即使单用,也是功效良好的芳香疗法用油,所以一直被专业芳香师作为最佳的脸部用油。它的滋润和保湿效果非常好,可增加皮肤水份,预防皱纹和老化,适合所有肤质,特别是干燥、粗糙、晦暗、油性、青春痘肤质。其渗透性及耐高温性极佳,分子排列和人的皮脂非常类似,对肌肤有十分显著的美容功效。可用来畅通毛孔,调节油性或混合性肌肤的油脂分泌,改善肌肤发炎和敏感、湿疹、干癣、面疱等。它的滋润和保湿效果非常好,可增加皮肤水分,预防皱纹和老化,亦可柔软头发以及按摩头皮,可帮助头发生长及护发。霍霍巴籽油的另一个特性是其亲水性,对皮肤有调节水分的功用。
甘油硬脂酸酯能降低水的表面张力,形成胶束,具有去污、乳化、分散、洗涤、湿润、渗透、扩散、起泡、抗氧、粘度调节、杀菌、防止老化、抗静电、防止晶析等多功能,本身安全、无毒、对人体无毒。
PEG-100硬脂酸酯是表面活性物质,分子中同时具有亲水基和亲油基,它聚集在油/水界面上,可以降低界面张力和减少形成乳状液所需要的能量,从而提高乳状液的能量。
牛油果树果酯能加强皮肤的保湿能力,对干性及角质受损的肌肤能加以滋润,相对于其他植物油,含有最高比例脂肪伴随物,特别是生长必要的养分的三萜烯醇及维生素E、维生素A、尿囊素等,营养丰富。能够防止肌肤水分流失、帮助愈合伤口、增加肌肤防御能力及柔顺度,是难得的护肤天然成分。
虫草提取物含蛋白质氨基酸的游离氨基酸,其中多为人体必需氨基酸,还含有糖、维生素及钙、钾、铬、镍、锰、铁、铜、锌等元素。
金银花提取物具有抗菌及增强免疫功能的作用,试验表明金银花对伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌、百日咳杆菌、霍乱弧菌、葡萄球菌、链球菌、肺炎双球菌、脑膜炎球菌等均有抑制作用。
苦丁茶提取物含苦丁皂甙、氨基酸、维生素C、多酚类、黄酮类、咖啡碱、蛋白质,熊果酸、β-香树脂醇、羽扇醇、蒲公英萜醇等,能够补充人体必需的多种氨基酸,维生素及锌,锰,铷等微量元素。
白茶提取物含有丰富的茶多酚、黄酮等物质。具有治麻疹、明目、抗癌、抗肿瘤、抗突变、抗菌、抗氧化,抗辐射、降低血糖、护肝保肝、消除疲劳、减肥、调节免疫功能等药理活性。中草药中的茶多酚、脂多糖等具有抗辐射的作用,对预防和治疗因辐射损伤而造成的血液白细胞下降有明显的升白作用,白茶提取物对紫外线照射引发的氧化损伤具有很好的保护作用。
1,2-己二醇有促进渗透的作用,也有一定的防腐作用。1,2-己二醇有良好的溶解性、无腐蚀性、抗菌和保湿等性能。
本发明的有益效果
1、本发明所提供的护肤霜生产工艺简单,制作成本低,利润空间大;
2、本发明所提供的护肤霜中,所含的中草药提取物为草提取物、金银花提取物、苦丁茶提取物和白茶提取物的混合物,综合利用了四者的功效,根据特定的质量比混合后,协同作用明显,护肤霜效果优于现有的同类含有中草药提取物的护肤霜。

以下是本发明的具体实施例,并结合实施例本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种含有中草药提取物的护肤霜,包含A、B、C和D四种组分,其中:
A组分包含以下重量份计的原料:对羟基苯乙酮0.5份,保湿剂1份,卡波姆0.1份,甘油5份,丁二醇5份,透明质酸钠0.05份,烟酰胺1份,水5份;
B组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
甘草酸二钾0.05份,乳化剂1份,植物油脂6份,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷2份,角鲨烷2份,润肤剂6份,生育酚1份;
C组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
pH调节剂0.1份;
D组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
中草药提取物1份,1,2-己二醇0.5份。
保湿剂为甜菜碱,乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇和椰油基葡糖苷按质量比为1:2的混合物,植物油脂为霍霍巴籽油、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯和牛油果树果酯按质量比为2:1:1:2的混合物,润肤剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯和甘油三酯按质量比为1:2:1的混合物,pH调节剂为三乙醇胺,中草药提取物为虫草提取物、金银花提取物、苦丁茶提取物和白茶提取物按质量比为3:1:1:1的混合物。
实施例2
一种含有中草药提取物的护肤霜,包含A、B、C和D四种组分,其中:
A组分包含以下重量份计的原料:对羟基苯乙酮5份,保湿剂8份,卡波姆0.8份,甘油15份,丁二醇15份,透明质酸钠0.3份,烟酰胺10份,水10份;
B组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
甘草酸二钾0.5份,乳化剂5份,植物油脂25份,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷10份,角鲨烷10份,润肤剂30份,生育酚110份;
C组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
pH调节剂0.8份;
D组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
中草药提取物25份,1,2-己二醇5份。
保湿剂为甜菜碱,乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇和椰油基葡糖苷按质量比为1:2的混合物,植物油脂为霍霍巴籽油、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯和牛油果树果酯按质量比为2:1:1:2的混合物,润肤剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯和甘油三酯按质量比为1:2:1的混合物,pH调节剂为三乙醇胺,中草药提取物为虫草提取物、金银花提取物、苦丁茶提取物和白茶提取物按质量比为3:1:1:1的混合物。
实施例3
一种含有中草药提取物的护肤霜,包含A、B、C和D四种组分,其中:
A组分包含以下重量份计的原料:对羟基苯乙酮3份,保湿剂4份,卡波姆0.4份,甘油10份,丁二醇10份,透明质酸钠0.15份,烟酰胺5份,水7份;
B组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
甘草酸二钾0.3份,乳化剂3份,植物油脂15份,环五聚二甲基硅氧6份,角鲨烷6份,润肤剂15份,生育酚5份;
C组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
pH调节剂0.5份;
D组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
中草药提取物12份,1,2-己二醇3份。

C组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
pH调节剂0.5份;
D组分包含以下重量份计的原料:

实施例5
一种含有中草药提取物的护肤霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比称取各组分,将A组分各原料加热混合均匀;
(2)将B组分各原料加热混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)所得产物混合,搅拌后冷却;
(4)向步骤(3)所得产物中加入C组分;
(5)向步骤(4)所得产物中加入D组分各原料并搅拌。
步骤(1)所述加热的温度为55~60℃,步骤(2)所述加热的温度为80~85℃,步骤(4)所述冷却的温度为<50℃。
对比例1
一种含有中草药提取物的护肤霜,包含A、B、C和D四种组分,其中:
A组分包含以下重量份计的原料:对羟基苯乙酮3份,保湿剂4份,卡波姆0.4份,甘油10份,丁二醇10份,透明质酸钠0.15份,烟酰胺5份,水7份;
B组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
甘草酸二钾0.3份,乳化剂3份,植物油脂15份,环五聚二甲基硅氧6份,角鲨烷6份,润肤剂15份,生育酚5份;
C组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
pH调节剂0.5份;
D组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
1,2-己二醇3份。

检测例
本例采用实施例1~4和对比例1~2中的配方,根据实施例5的制备方法,制备了对应编号的6种护肤霜,选用A和B两款市售护肤霜作为对照,A和B中均含有中草药提取物。选取100名年龄、皮肤状况相近的志愿者,每天早晚志愿者在一只手背涂抹护肤霜,另一只手背不涂,连续涂抹10天后观察皮肤变化,并根据效果打分,综合评价,8~10分表示效果优秀,6~8分表示效果良好,4~6分表示效果一般,2~4分表示无效果,0~2分表示效果较差。评价后分值相加取平均值。具体结果如表1所示。

1.一种含有中草药提取物的护肤霜,其特征在于,包含A、B、C和D四种组分,其中:
A组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
对羟基苯乙酮0.5~5份,
保湿剂1~8份,
卡波姆0.1~0.8份,
甘油5~15份,
丁二醇5~15份,
透明质酸钠0.05~0.3份,
烟酰胺1~10份,
水5~10份;
B组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
甘草酸二钾0.05~0.5份,
乳化剂1~5份,
植物油脂6~25份,
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷2~10份,
角鲨烷2~10份,
润肤剂6~30份,
生育酚1~10份;
C组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
pH调节剂0.1~0.8份;
D组分包含以下重量份计的原料:
中草药提取物1~25份,
1,2-己二醇0.5~5份,
所述中草药提取物为虫草提取物、金银花提取物、苦丁茶提取物和白茶提取物按质量比为3:1:1:1的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有中草药提取物的护肤霜,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甜菜碱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有中草药提取物的护肤霜,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇和椰油基葡糖苷按质量比为1:2的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有中草药提取物的护肤霜,其特征在于,所述植物油脂为霍霍巴籽油、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯和牛油果树果酯按质量比为2:1:1:2的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有中草药提取物的护肤霜,其特征在于,所述润肤剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、异壬酸异壬酯和甘油三酯按质量比为1:2:1的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含有中草药提取物的护肤霜,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为三乙醇胺。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比称取各组分,将A组分各原料加热混合均匀;
(2)将B组分各原料加热混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)所得产物混合,搅拌后冷却;
(4)向步骤(3)所得产物中加入C组分;
(5)向步骤(4)所得产物中加入D组分各原料并搅拌。
8.根据权利要求7所述护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述加热的温度为55~60℃,步骤(2)所述加热的温度为80~85℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述护肤霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述冷却的温度为<50℃。
