本发明涉及布料裁剪自动化控制技术领域,特别涉及一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体包括位于最里层的抗菌绒面料层和位于最外层的防紫外线面料层,在防紫外线面料层和抗菌绒面料层之间由上至下依序设置有混纺层、尼龙纤维层和甲壳素纤维层,防紫外线面料层、混纺层、尼龙纤维层、甲壳素纤维层和抗菌绒面料层通过针织线针织为一体结构等。本发明通过透气孔的设置使透气性衣服面料的整体透气性能更好,通过抗菌绒面料层的设置,还能够有效保证衣服面料的保温效果,保证透气性衣服面料制成衣服之后的舒适度。设置带有透气孔的防水自清洁层,能够使使用者在恶劣的户外条件下保持衣物的相对清洁,防护性能良好。

本发明涉及服装面料技术领域,特别涉及一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料。
背景技术
户外服在自然环境下使用,常会遇到雨雪等气象条件,而且人们在户外活动时会消耗较多热量而出汗,因此防水透湿是其基本功能之一;在气温较低条件下,户外服还应有保暖和一定的保健功能。
圣麻纤维是一种新型再生纤维素纤维,以麻材为原料,经过蒸煮、漂白、制胶、纺丝、后处理等的物理化学处理而制成,有许多优异的性能,并且具有其它再生纤维素纤维没有的抗菌、防霉、保健的功能。圣麻纤维素纤维的主要成分是纤维素,采用水解-碱法及多段漂白的方法将提取出的纤维素精制成满足要求的浆粕,再经纺丝制成纤维。圣麻纤维具有很好的结构特点:从纤维纵向看,沿纤维方向有众多条纹,截面看呈梅花型;具有较好的吸湿性和透气性,由于再生纤维素大分子间氢键较少,再加上它的结构呈梅花型,表面有沟痕,所以它的吸湿性、透气性较好,人穿着时吸湿排汗、非常凉爽;具有天然的抑菌、防霉性:麻材具有天然的抑菌防霉性质,在生长过程中不施农药和杀虫剂,具有自我保护性,在生产过程中最大限度地保留了抑菌物质,使其架接在圣麻纤维大分子链上不受破坏,使其具有抑菌、防霉性能,并通过国家棉纺织产品质量监督检验中心证实,具有较好的抑菌性;具有较好的染色性:圣麻纤维可以在水中润胀,使活性染料迅速吸附于圣麻纤维并在纤维中扩散,初染率高,半染时间短,上染百分率高,固色率好,染色亮丽,染色30分钟固色率达75%;具有可生物降解性。
而现有的透气性衣服面料,通常采用普通的棉质材料或纤维进行纺织制造,致使透气性衣服面料的抗菌效果不佳,使用者穿戴该类衣服时,长时间使用之后容易滋生细菌,对人体造成感染,引起皮肤病等细菌感染疾病;同时,现有的衣服面料透气效果较差,人体在长时间穿戴衣服之后,汗液难以及时排放。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提供了一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,从而解决现有衣服面料存在的不足和缺陷。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下技术措施来实现的:一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体包括位于最里层的抗菌绒面料层和位于最外层的防紫外线面料层,在防紫外线面料层和抗菌绒面料层之间由上至下依序设置有混纺层、尼龙纤维层和甲壳素纤维层,防紫外线面料层、混纺层、尼龙纤维层、甲壳素纤维层和抗菌绒面料层通过针织线针织为一体结构,在所述防紫外线面料层上涂覆有防水自清洁层,所述防水自清洁层中均匀设置有若干第一透气孔,所述透气孔的直径为0.5mm至1mm,尼龙纤维层上设置有若干阵列排布的第二透气孔,且第一透气孔的孔径大于第二透气孔;当所述防水自清洁层与尼龙纤维层相互粘接时,所述第一透气孔与第二透气孔呈相互错开排布,所述甲壳素纤维层以及混纺层上均设置有若干孔径小于第二透气孔的微米级细孔。

优选的,所述混纺层为一层由香蕉纤维、圣麻纤维、Lyocell纤维、莫代尔纤维以及涤纶长丝纤维混纺织造而成的纤维层。
优选的,所述混纺层的厚度为0.2mm-0.5mm,混纺层面料为致密纺织结构。
优选的,所述尼龙纤维层的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm,尼龙纤维层上设置的第二透气孔直径为0.2mm-0.5mm。
优选的,所述抗菌绒面料由经纱、纬纱和毛纱以1:1:1的型式编织而成,毛纱为抗菌粘胶纤维。
优选的,所述防紫外线面料层由防紫外线纤维编织而成,防水自清洁层的材料为四氟乙烯。
本发明通过第一透气孔和第二透气孔的设置,能够使甲壳素纤维层上部吸收的汗液能够及时从透气孔排出,从而避免汗液长时间累积在透性衣服面料内;同时,通过第一透气孔和第二透气孔的设置,汗液能够通过较小的透气孔逐渐向较大的透气孔中排放,同时甲壳素纤维层上设置微米级细孔利于使衣服内层与人体多接触吸汗,而混纺层设置微米级细孔则利于减少衣服面料外层灰尘透入衣服内;透气孔的设置使透气性衣服面料的整体透气性能更好,通过抗菌绒面料层的设置,还能够有效保证衣服面料的保温效果,保证透气性衣服面料制成衣服之后的舒适度。在防紫外线面料层上涂覆带有透气孔的防水自清洁层,能够使使用者在恶劣的户外条件下保持衣物的相对清洁,防护性能良好。

如图1所示,一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,包括面料本体1,所述面料本体1包括位于最里层的抗菌绒面料层2和位于最外层的防紫外线面料层9,在防紫外线面料层9和抗菌绒面料层2之间由上至下依序设置有混纺层3、尼龙纤维层4和甲壳素纤维层5,防紫外线面料层、混纺层3、尼龙纤维层4、甲壳素纤维层5和抗菌绒面料层1通过针织线针织为一体结构,在所述防紫外线面料层上涂覆有防水自清洁层6,所述防水自清洁层6中均匀设置有若干第一透气孔7,所述第一透气孔7的直径为0.5mm至1mm,尼龙纤维层4上设置有若干阵列排布的第二透气孔8,且第一透气孔7的孔径大于第二透气孔8;当所述防水自清洁层6与尼龙纤维层4相互粘接时,所述第一透气孔7与第二透气孔8呈相互错开排布,所述甲壳素纤维层5以及混纺层3上均设置有若干孔径小于第二透气孔8的微米级细孔。
根据需要,所述针织线在面料本体1上针织出若干方形框,并在方形框内针织出一个“米”字形结构,以保证针织面料本体1的各层结构之间不相互打滑位移,且针织连接牢固稳定。
本发明通过第一透气孔7和第二透气孔8的设置,能够使甲壳素纤维层5上部吸收的汗液能够及时从透气孔排出,从而避免汗液长时间累积在透性衣服面料内;同时,通过第一透气孔7和第二透气孔8的设置,汗液能够通过较小的透气孔逐渐向较大的透气孔中排放,同时甲壳素纤维层5上设置微米级细孔利于使衣服内层与人体多接触吸汗,而混纺层3设置微米级细孔则利于减少衣服面料外层灰尘透入衣服内;透气孔的设置使透气性衣服面料的整体透气性能更好.通过抗菌绒面料层2的设置,还能够有效保证衣服面料的保温效果,保证透气性衣服面料制成衣服之后的舒适度。在防紫外线面料层上涂覆带有透气孔的防水自清洁层6,能够使使用者在恶劣的户外条件下保持衣物的相对清洁,防护性能良好。
可根据实际需要对上述一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料进行进一步的优化或/和改进:
如图1所示,所述混纺层3为一层由香蕉纤维、圣麻纤维、Lyocell纤维、莫代尔纤维以及涤纶长丝纤维混纺织造而成的纤维层。
如图1所示,所述混纺层3的厚度为0.2mm-0.5mm,混纺层面料为致密纺织结构。
如图1所示,所述尼龙纤维层4的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm,尼龙纤维层4上设置的第二透气孔8直径为0.2mm-0.5mm。
如图1所示,所述抗菌绒面料2由经纱、纬纱和毛纱以1:1:1的型式编织而成,毛纱为抗菌粘胶纤维。
如图1所示,所述防紫外线面料层9由防紫外线纤维编织而成,防水自清洁层2的材料为四氟乙烯。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的优选实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形、改进及替代,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,其特征在于包括面料本体,所述面料本体包括位于最里层的抗菌绒面料层和位于最外层的防紫外线面料层,在防紫外线面料层和抗菌绒面料层之间由上至下依序设置有混纺层、尼龙纤维层和甲壳素纤维层,防紫外线面料层、混纺层、尼龙纤维层、甲壳素纤维层和抗菌绒面料层通过针织线针织为一体结构,在所述防紫外线面料层上涂覆有防水自清洁层,所述防水自清洁层中均匀设置有若干第一透气孔,所述透气孔的直径为0.5mm至1mm,尼龙纤维层上设置有若干阵列排布的第二透气孔,且第一透气孔的孔径大于第二透气孔;当所述防水自清洁层与尼龙纤维层相互粘接时,所述第一透气孔与第二透气孔呈相互错开排布,所述甲壳素纤维层以及混纺层上均设置有若干孔径小于第二透气孔的微米级细孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,其特征在于所述混纺层为一层由香蕉纤维、圣麻纤维、Lyocell纤维、莫代尔纤维以及涤纶长丝纤维混纺织造而成的纤维层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,其特征在于所述混纺层的厚度为0.2mm-0.5mm,混纺层面料为致密纺织结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,其特征在于所述尼龙纤维层的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm,尼龙纤维层上设置的第二透气孔直径为0.2mm-0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,其特征在于所述尼龙纤维层的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm,尼龙纤维层上设置的第二透气孔直径为0.2mm-0.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1或2或5所述的一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,其特征在于所述抗菌绒面料由经纱、纬纱和毛纱以1:1:1的型式编织而成,毛纱为抗菌粘胶纤维。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,其特征在于所述抗菌绒面料由经纱、纬纱和毛纱以1:1:1的型式编织而成,毛纱为抗菌粘胶纤维。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,其特征在于所述防紫外线面料层由防紫外线纤维编织而成,防水自清洁层的材料为四氟乙烯。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,其特征在于所述防紫外线面料层由防紫外线纤维编织而成,防水自清洁层的材料为四氟乙烯。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于户外服饰的透气性面料,其特征在于所述防紫外线面料层由防紫外线纤维编织而成,防水自清洁层的材料为四氟乙烯。
