技术领域
本发明涉及一种防紫外线抗菌型面料,涉及纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
防止紫外线对人体的伤害,已经被越来越多的消费者所重视。太阳光谱中的紫外线不仅使纺织品褪色和脆化,也可使人体皮肤晒伤老化,产生黑色素和色斑,更严重的还会诱发癌变,危害人类健康。因紫外线对组织的穿透力很弱,皮肤下的深层组织较少受伤。但严重的紫外线,可引起人体疲乏、低热、嗜睡等全身反应。有些人的皮肤由于对紫外线过敏,光照后发生日光性皮炎(又称晒伤),暴露区皮肤瘙痒、刺痛、皮肤脱屑,还可能溃破结痂。实际观测表明,在海拔3500米的高原地区紫外线通常为平原地区的3—4倍,裸露皮肤在中午前后紫外线照射下,持续20—40分钟,皮肤有灼痛感且脱皮;持续40—80分钟,皮肤会起丘疹状水泡并导致各种病变。而防紫外线面料是一种人体避免过量紫外线的辐射的保护材料,应用较多的地方是公用型遮阳棚,由于很多大型的遮阳棚是固定不同的,因而还要兼具防雨的作用,但是,目前很多的大型遮阳棚所用的面料都仅仅具有防紫外线或者防水效果,而由于在下雨天后,雨水会浸湿面料,如果不及时晒干,会导致很多有害细菌滋生而发生霉变,因而影响实际使用,而且目前很多的遮阳棚的防紫外线的效果并不理想,因而实用性不高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种穿着舒适性高且有效提高防紫外线效果的防紫外线抗菌型面料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防紫外线抗菌型面料,包括上层防水面料层、中部光反射层以及下部防紫外线抗菌面料层,所述上层防水面料层由防水性好的纤维混纺而成,在其上表面涂覆有一层防水膜,所述中部光反射层设置在上层防水层与下部防紫外线抗菌面料层之间,其包括多个能将自上层防水面料层投射下来的光线反射回去的光反射装置,所述下部防紫外线抗菌面料层由防紫外线纤维、竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维混纺而成。
作为优选,光反射装置包括反射支撑板以及反射膜,所述反射支撑板设置为黑色塑料板,且截面呈V型,多个反射支撑板相互平行设置,所述反射膜黏贴于V型的反射支撑板的两个内侧面上且相对设置。
作为优选,所述反射膜设置为由铝箔、聚乙烯薄膜、纤维编织物以及耐热涂层通过热熔胶层压而成的反射膜结构。
作为优选,所述多个反射支撑板的之间通过软连接带连接。
作为优选,所述软连接带与上层防水面料层之间粘结固定。
作为优选,所述反射支撑板的底部与下部防紫外线抗菌面料层之间具有排水间隙,所述反射支撑板的底部设有排水孔。
作为优选,相邻的两个反射支撑板之间设有多个支撑柱,支撑柱的底端粘结固定在下部防紫外线抗菌面料层上。
作为优选,所述支撑柱的柱体上端设置为锥形,其锥形斜面与V型的反射支撑板的两侧板体的倾斜度相同且两者抵靠接触并粘结固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:所述防紫外线抗菌型面料结合光反射装置,因而不仅有效提高整体面料的遮阳防紫外线效果,而且还具有抗菌除臭效果,因而实用性高。

如图1、图2所示的一种防紫外线抗菌型面料,包括上层防水面料层1、中部光反射层以及下部防紫外线抗菌面料层2,所述上层防水面料层由防水性好的纤维混纺而成,在其上表面涂覆有一层防水膜,最上部的上层防水面料层能有效提高防水作用,防止雨水浸透进入面料内部,避免影响面料内部的干燥度,所述中部光反射层设置在上层防水层与下部防紫外线抗菌面料层之间,其包括多个能将自上层防水面料层投射下来的光线反射回去的光反射装置,所述下部防紫外线抗菌面料层由防紫外线纤维、竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维混纺而成,最下层的防紫外线抗菌面料层时朝向下方设置的一侧,因而,其不仅能有效起到防紫外线效果,而且进一步兼具抗菌功能,避免雨后整体面料未及时晒干而滋生细菌。
在本实施例中,光反射装置包括反射支撑板3以及反射膜4,所述反射支撑板设置为黑色塑料板,且截面呈V型,多个反射支撑板相互平行设置,所述反射膜设置为两张且分别黏贴于V型的反射支撑板的两个内侧面上且相对设置,且进一步地,所述反射膜设置为由铝箔、聚乙烯薄膜、纤维编织物以及耐热涂层通过热熔胶层压而成的反射膜结构,因而,当光线投射进入面料内部时,能通过其中一侧板面上的反射膜并反射至另一侧板面上的反射膜上,再从另一侧反射膜上反射回去,因而,基本上能将大部分的投射进入的防线全部反射回去,而部分小角度的未被反射的光线则照射在下部的防紫外线抗菌面料层上,经过面料的进一步吸收和反射,继而进一步提高整体面料的防紫外线效果。
在本实施例中,为提高反射支撑板在面料内部的稳定性且为方便面料整体折弯,所述多个反射支撑板的之间通过软连接带5连接,且所述软连接带与上层防水面料层之间粘结固定。
另外,在本实施例中,为避免部分浸透进入面料内部的雨水堆积在反射支撑板上,所述反射支撑板的底部与下部防紫外线抗菌面料层之间具有排水间隙6,所述反射支撑板的底部设有排水孔7,因而,能有效防止雨水堆积在反射支撑板内,提高其使用效果,而为进一步提高反射支撑板的稳定性,相邻的两个反射支撑板之间设有多个支撑柱8,支撑柱的底端粘结固定在下部防紫外线抗菌面料层上,且所述支撑柱的柱体上端设置为锥形,其锥形斜面与V型的反射支撑板的两侧板体的倾斜度相同且两者抵靠接触并粘结固定。
在实际应用中,当面料应用在大型的遮阳棚上时,其最上层的防水面料层能有效起到防水效果,避免雨水浸透面料内部,有效提高遮阳棚的防水效果,而中部的多个光反射装置构成紫外线的第一道防线,将大部分的从防水面料层上投射进来的光线反射回去,反射过程能也能削弱热量,防紫外线的同时还能间距降温散热效果,而最下部的下部防紫外线抗菌面料层则能进一步对剩余的光线中紫外线进行吸收和反射,进一步提高防紫外线效果,而且还兼具抗菌功能,避免遮阳棚在雨天过后滋生细菌而影响实际使用效果。

Claims (8)
1.一种防紫外线抗菌型面料,其特征在于:包括上层防水面料层、中部光反射层以及下部防紫外线抗菌面料层,所述上层防水面料层由防水性好的纤维混纺而成,在其上表面涂覆有一层防水膜,所述中部光反射层设置在上层防水层与下部防紫外线抗菌面料层之间,其包括多个能将自上层防水面料层投射下来的光线反射回去的光反射装置,所述下部防紫外线抗菌面料层由防紫外线纤维、竹炭纤维、甲壳素纤维混纺而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线抗菌型面料,其特征在于:光反射装置包括反射支撑板以及反射膜,所述反射支撑板设置为黑色塑料板,且截面呈V型,多个反射支撑板相互平行设置,所述反射膜黏贴于V型的反射支撑板的两个内侧面上且相对设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线抗菌型面料,其特征在于:所述反射膜设置为由铝箔、聚乙烯薄膜、纤维编织物以及耐热涂层通过热熔胶层压而成的反射膜结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种防紫外线抗菌型面料,其特征在于:所述多个反射支撑板的之间通过软连接带连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防紫外线抗菌型面料,其特征在于:所述软连接带与上层防水面料层之间粘结固定。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种防紫外线抗菌型面料,其特征在于:所述反射支撑板的底部与下部防紫外线抗菌面料层之间具有排水间隙,所述反射支撑板的底部设有排水孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线抗菌型面料,其特征在于:相邻的两个反射支撑板之间设有多个支撑柱,支撑柱的底端粘结固定在下部防紫外线抗菌面料层上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防紫外线抗菌型面料,其特征在于:所述支撑柱的柱体上端设置为锥形,其锥形斜面与V型的反射支撑板的两侧板体的倾斜度相同且两者抵靠接触并粘结固定。
