本发明涉及一种双半外圈双列角接触球轴承。
背景技术
轴承是确定两个零件的相对位置和保证其自由旋转,同时传递它们之间的载荷。现有的一般角接触球轴承承载能力、使用寿命有限,外形尺寸无法满足特定工况条件。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有的角接触球轴承承载能力低,寿命不足,以及特殊安装尺寸下的结构紧凑问题。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种双半外圈双列角接触球轴承,它包括外圈、内圈、保持架和滚动体,外圈设计为双半外圈结构,滚动体安装在保持架上,保持架设置在双半外圈和内圈之间;所述外圈的宽度大于内圈宽度,轴承的接触角α为43~51°。
进一步的外圈、内圈、保持架和滚动体为可拆卸式。
进一步的保持架结构为非左右对称结构。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下效果:
本发明的外圈采用双半外圈结构,满足使用要求的安装和配合,轴向非对称实体保持架满足轴承各零件内部组配关系,大接触角设计、双列滚动体,都提高了轴承整体性能,增大了轴承的轴向承载能力,且在极限载荷情况下,轴承的疲劳寿命、内外圈接触应力均满足使用要求。

具体实施方式一:结合图1-图5说明本实施方式,一种双半外圈双列角接触球轴承,它包括外圈1、内圈2、保持架4和滚动体3,外圈1设计为双半外圈结构,滚动体3安装在保持架4上,保持架4设置在双半外圈和内圈2之间;所述外圈1的宽度大于内圈2宽度,轴承的接触角α为43~51°。本实施方式的有益效果:采用双列滚动体结构,设计大接触角,提高轴承承载能力,满足极限工况轴向载荷大的问题,外圈采用双半结构,易于安装配合,两个保持架4分别设置在内圈2的两侧,且保持架4为轴向非对称结构。

1.一种双半外圈双列角接触球轴承,其特征在于:所述的一种双半外圈双列角接触球轴承包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、保持架(4)和滚动体(3),外圈(1)设计为双半外圈结构,滚动体(3)安装在保持架(4)上,保持架(4)设置在双半外圈和内圈(2)之间;所述外圈(1)的宽度大于内圈(2)宽度,轴承的接触角(α)为43~51°。
