本发明公开了一种环保洗洁精,其特征在于:其制备步骤如下:(1)将水、乙醇、改性茶皂素加入容器内加热搅拌,并加入氯化钠调节pH至中性;(2)搅拌完成后加入螯合剂、柠檬香精搅拌冷却后即可;其中所述组分为:改性茶皂素30‑50份,乙醇2‑3份,水60‑80份,螯合剂1‑2份,柠檬香精1‑2份;所述改性茶皂素的制备方法为本发明人的专利2017104755697《一种臭氧化茶皂素的制备方法》;步骤(1)中的搅拌温度为60‑70℃,转速为500‑800r/min。本发明使用环保、不伤手、去污力强、灭菌强、高效,用途广泛,无二次污染,经济效益好。

本发明属于日用品领域,具体地涉及一种环保洗洁精。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的加强,人们对卫生环保的要求也越来越高,洗洁精虽只是一种日常用品,但它的作用是不容忽视的,尤其是对餐具、厨具、消毒等清洁,好的洗洁精的特点也越来越多,如高去污力、环保、杀菌效果、无毒、护肤、安全等特点。茶皂素又名茶皂甙,是由茶树种子(茶籽、茶叶籽)中提取出来的一类糖苷化合物,是一种性能良好的天然表面活性剂,具备很多现有洗洁精所不具有的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保洗洁精,让改性茶皂素的优良特点得以在洗洁精中发挥出来,如环保、对环境无污染、杀菌效果出众、无毒、刺激性低、安全、去污力好等特点。
本发明的目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的:一种环保洗洁精,其特征在于:其制备步骤如下:(1)将水、乙醇、改性茶皂素加入容器内加热搅拌,并加入氯化钠调节pH至中性;(2)搅拌完成后加入螯合剂、柠檬香精搅拌冷却后即可;其中所述组分为:改性茶皂素30-50份,乙醇2-3份,水60-80份,螯合剂1-2份,柠檬香精1-2份;
所述改性茶皂素的制备方法为本发明人的专利2017104755697《一种臭氧化茶皂素的制备方法》。
所述步骤(1)中的搅拌温度为60-70℃,转速为500-800r/min。
发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。由以上技术方案可知,本发明的制备方法中,茶皂素是天然物质,使用者不伤肤,使用后无残留,去污快速高效,杀菌效果出众,使用后安全无毒,对环境友好。

以下结合较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的一种环保洗洁精具体实施方式、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
一种环保洗洁精,其特征在于:其制备步骤如下:(1)将水、乙醇、改性茶皂素加入容器内加热搅拌,并加入氯化钠调节pH至中性;(2)搅拌完成后加入螯合剂、柠檬香精搅拌冷却后即可;其中所述组分为:改性茶皂素30-50份,乙醇2-3份,水60-80份,螯合剂1-2份,柠檬香精1-2份;
所述改性茶皂素的制备方法为本发明人的专利2017104755697《一种臭氧化茶皂素的制备方法》:(1)原料配置:配置饱和Ca(OH)2溶液与稀硫酸溶液;(2)合成过程:a.加入已配置好的稀Ca(OH)2溶液,通入O3,排空5分钟;加入茶皂素干粉,通入O3,维持一定的泡沫高度;b. 过滤反应液,固液分离,收集固体,无水乙醇洗涤固体3次;(3)纯化方法:a.将反应得到的固体溶于中已配好的稀硫酸溶液,搅拌反应,固液分离,收集液相;b.滴加浓硫酸,快速搅拌。溶液中出现浑浊时,停止滴加浓硫酸,继续搅拌反应一段时间;c.固液分离,收集固相,无水乙醇洗涤固体3次;d.固体溶于95%的乙醇溶液,固液分离,收集液相后再蒸干液相,得到产品。
所述步骤(1)中的搅拌温度为60-70℃,转速为500-800r/min。
实施例1:
一种环保洗洁精,其制备步骤如下:(1)将水、乙醇、改性茶皂素加入容器内加热搅拌,并加入氯化钠调节至中性:(2):搅拌完成后加入螯合剂、柠檬香精搅拌冷却后即可。其中按重量份计为:改性茶皂素为30份,乙醇2份,水60份,螯合剂1份,柠檬香精1份,步骤(1)搅拌温度为60℃,转速为500r/min。
实施例2:
一种环保洗洁精,其制备步骤如下:(1)将水、乙醇、改性茶皂素加入容器内加热搅拌,并加入氯化钠调节至中性:(2):搅拌完成后加入螯合剂、柠檬香精搅拌冷却后即可。其中按重量份计为:改性茶皂素为40份,乙醇3份,水70份,螯合剂1份,柠檬香精1份,步骤(1)搅拌温度为65℃,转速为600r/min。
实施例3:
一种环保洗洁精,其制备步骤如下:(1)将水、乙醇、改性茶皂素加入容器内加热搅拌,并加入氯化钠调节至中性:(2):搅拌完成后加入螯合剂、柠檬香精搅拌冷却后即可。其中按重量份计为:改性茶皂素为50份,乙醇3份,水80份,螯合剂2份,柠檬香精2份,步骤(1)搅拌温度为70℃,转速为800r/min。
本发明人做了实施例1-3的洗洁精部分指标实验检验,结果如下表:
从上表可知,本发明的一种环保洗洁精使用环保、不伤手、去污力强、灭菌强、高效,用途广泛,无二次污染,经济效益好。

Claims (2)

1.一种环保洗洁精,用到改性茶皂素,所述改性茶皂素的制备方法为:(1)原料配置:配置饱和Ca(OH)2溶液与稀硫酸溶液;(2)合成过程:a.加入已配置好的稀Ca(OH)2溶液,通入O3,排空5分钟;加入茶皂素干粉,通入O3,维持一定的泡沫高度;b. 过滤反应液,固液分离,收集固体,无水乙醇洗涤固体3次;(3)纯化方法:a.将反应得到的固体溶于中已配好的稀硫酸溶液,搅拌反应,固液分离,收集液相;b.滴加浓硫酸,快速搅拌;溶液中出现浑浊时,停止滴加浓硫酸,继续搅拌反应一段时间;c.固液分离,收集固相,无水乙醇洗涤固体3次;d.固体溶于95%的乙醇溶液,固液分离,收集液相后再蒸干液相,得到产品;其特征在于:其制备步骤如下:(1)将水、乙醇、改性茶皂素加入容器内加热搅拌,并加入氯化钠调节pH至中性;(2)搅拌完成后加入螯合剂、柠檬香精搅拌冷却后即可;其中所述组分为:改性茶皂素30-50份,乙醇2-3份,水60-80份,螯合剂1-2份,柠檬香精1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保洗洁精,其特征在于:步骤(1)中的搅拌温度为60-70℃,转速为500-800r/min。
