背景技术:
羊绒,是生长在山羊外表皮层,掩在山羊粗毛根部的一层薄薄的细绒。入冬寒冷时长出,抵御风寒,开春转暖后脱落,自然适应气候,属于稀有的特种动物纤维。羊绒之所以十分珍贵,不仅由于产量稀少(仅占世界动物纤维总产量的0.2%),更重要的是其优良的品质和特性,被人们认为是“纤维宝石”、“纤维皇后”。羊绒是目前人类能够利用的所有纺织原料都无法比拟的,因而又被称为“软黄金”。世界上约70%的羊绒产自中国,其质量上也优于其它国家。
由于羊绒生长在山羊外表皮层,在山羊养殖过程中难免会粘附大量污垢、细菌和病菌。为了提高羊绒清洁度和羊绒制品的加工安全性,需要在加工前对羊绒进行清洗。目前,羊绒清洗一般采用水洗法,为了提高清洗效率,通常采用机械清洗,并在水中添加清洗剂。而常规清洗剂由多种表面活性剂制成,虽然去污效果好但容易起泡,后续需要使用大量清水进行漂洗,否则难以有效清除残留清洗剂,而清洗剂的大量残留又会对羊绒的后续加工造成影响。此外,常规羊绒清洗剂仅具有清洁功能,如果想要同时对羊绒进行杀菌,需要额外添加杀菌剂。目前,本领域所用杀菌剂通常采用化学杀菌剂,虽然杀菌效果好,但所产生清洗废水中含有大量杀菌剂,且部分杀菌剂在废水处理过程中会因稳定性差而生成其他化学成分,从而增加了废水处理难度。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种清洗效率高且清洗所产生废水处理难度小的高效杀菌除垢型羊绒生物酶清洗剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种高效杀菌除垢型羊绒生物酶清洗剂,由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
乙氧基化脂肪酸甲酯20-40%、异辛醇磷酸酯10-30%、食品级聚谷氨酸10-30%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠5-10%、杀菌中药提取物2-3%、复合生物酶1-2%;
所述复合生物酶由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
中性蛋白酶20-40%、脂肪酶10-30%、淀粉酶5-20%、纤维素酶5-20%、溶菌酶1-10%。
所述杀菌中药提取物由中药地肤子、蛇床子、白芷、蓖麻子、土茯苓、雷丸、巴豆提取制得,其制备方法为:将上述中药制成粉末后加入5倍总重的70%乙醇中,浸泡10-15min后利用功率1.5kW磨浆机磨浆15-30min,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌1-3h,过滤,向所得滤液中加入脱色剂,充分搅拌后静置15-30min,再次过滤除去脱色剂,向滤液中加入羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀后送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得杀菌中药提取物。
所述地肤子、蛇床子、白芷、蓖麻子、土茯苓、雷丸、巴豆、羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为5:3:2:1:1:1:0.5:0.5-1。
在杀菌中药提取物制备时,以羧甲基纤维素钠作为赋形剂,通过脱色剂的使用来去除中药提取物所含色素杂质。
所述脱色剂选用活性炭粉。
所述脱色剂由硅酸镁铝、愈创木酚甘油醚和二甲基丙烯酸镁制成,其制备方法为:向正丁醇中加入愈创木酚甘油醚和二甲基丙烯酸镁,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌10-15min,再加入硅酸镁铝,继续回流保温搅拌0.5-2h,所得混合物经减压浓缩回收正丁醇,浓缩剩余物于120-125℃烘箱中干燥至恒重,所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,最后经制粒机制成颗粒,即得脱色剂。
所述正丁醇、愈创木酚甘油醚、二甲基丙烯酸镁、硅酸镁铝的质量比为50-100:1-5:5-10:20-30。
所述食品级聚谷氨酸由等量聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸-鲸蜡醇酯化物替代。
所述聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸-鲸蜡醇酯化物由聚乙二醇400、食品级聚谷氨酸和鲸蜡醇经酯化反应制成,其制备方法为:搅拌下向聚乙二醇400和食品级聚谷氨酸的混合物中滴加去离子水直至完全溶解,并滴加浓硫酸调节溶液pH值至4-5,再加热至回流状态保温搅拌反应,待聚乙二醇400酯化反应结束后加入鲸蜡醇,继续回流保温搅拌反应,酯化反应完全结束后将所得混合物减压浓缩制成膏体,膏体经自然冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸-鲸蜡醇酯化物。
所述聚乙二醇400、食品级聚谷氨酸、鲸蜡醇的的质量比为5-10:15-25:1-5。
通过以聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸-鲸蜡醇酯化物替代食品级聚谷氨酸,进一步增强清洗效力。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明杀菌中药提取物所用中药配方遵循严格的君臣佐使配伍关系,其中地肤子、蛇床子作为君药,白芷、蓖麻子作为臣药、土茯苓、雷丸作为佐药,巴豆作为使药,该中药配方以细菌、病菌作为防治对象,以配合月桂酰谷氨酸钠和溶菌酶来有效杀灭羊绒上附着的细菌及病菌;
(2)本发明所制脱色剂具有与相同目数活性炭粉相比拟的脱色效果,并在脱色的同时减少抗菌中药提取物中有效成分的损失量,避免使用活性炭脱色存在的抗菌中药提取物中有效成分过度损失的问题;
(3)本发明通过食品级聚谷氨酸或聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸-鲸蜡醇酯化物的使用,减少清洗剂中常规表面活性剂的用量,从而减少羊绒清洗时清洗液中泡沫产生量,进而减少羊绒漂洗用水量和降低清洗剂在羊绒表面的残留率。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
清洗剂由如下重量百分比的原料组成:乙氧基化脂肪酸甲酯30%、异辛醇磷酸酯30%、食品级聚谷氨酸25%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠10%、杀菌中药提取物3%、复合生物酶2%;
其中,复合生物酶由如下重量百分比的原料组成:中性蛋白酶35%、脂肪酶30%、淀粉酶15%、纤维素酶15%、溶菌酶5%。
杀菌中药提取物的制备:将5g地肤子、3g蛇床子、2g白芷、1g蓖麻子、1g土茯苓、1g雷丸、0.5g巴豆中药制成粉末后加入5倍总重的70%乙醇中,浸泡10min后利用功率1.5kW磨浆机磨浆15min,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌3h,过滤,向所得滤液中加入脱色剂,充分搅拌后静置30min,再次过滤除去脱色剂,向滤液中加入1g羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀后送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得杀菌中药提取物。其中,脱色剂选用200目的活性炭粉。

清洗剂由如下重量百分比的原料组成:乙氧基化脂肪酸甲酯30%、异辛醇磷酸酯30%、食品级聚谷氨酸25%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠10%、杀菌中药提取物3%、复合生物酶2%;
其中,复合生物酶由如下重量百分比的原料组成:中性蛋白酶35%、脂肪酶30%、淀粉酶15%、纤维素酶15%、溶菌酶5%。

其中,复合生物酶由如下重量百分比的原料组成:中性蛋白酶35%、脂肪酶30%、淀粉酶15%、纤维素酶15%、溶菌酶5%。
杀菌中药提取物的制备:将5g地肤子、3g蛇床子、2g白芷、1g蓖麻子、1g土茯苓、1g雷丸、0.5g巴豆中药制成粉末后加入5倍总重的70%乙醇中,浸泡10min后利用功率1.5kW磨浆机磨浆15min,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌3h,过滤,向所得滤液中加入脱色剂,充分搅拌后静置30min,再次过滤除去脱色剂,向滤液中加入1g羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀后送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得杀菌中药提取物。
脱色剂的制备:向80g正丁醇中加入5g愈创木酚甘油醚和8g二甲基丙烯酸镁,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌15min,再加入30g硅酸镁铝,继续回流保温搅拌2h,所得混合物经减压浓缩回收正丁醇,浓缩剩余物于120-125℃烘箱中干燥至恒重,所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,最后经制粒机制成200目的颗粒,即得脱色剂。
实施例4
清洗剂由如下重量百分比的原料组成:乙氧基化脂肪酸甲酯30%、异辛醇磷酸酯30%、聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸-鲸蜡醇酯化物25%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠10%、杀菌中药提取物3%、复合生物酶2%;
其中,复合生物酶由如下重量百分比的原料组成:中性蛋白酶35%、脂肪酶30%、淀粉酶15%、纤维素酶15%、溶菌酶5%。
杀菌中药提取物的制备:将5g地肤子、3g蛇床子、2g白芷、1g蓖麻子、1g土茯苓、1g雷丸、0.5g巴豆中药制成粉末后加入5倍总重的70%乙醇中,浸泡10min后利用功率1.5kW磨浆机磨浆15min,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌3h,过滤,向所得滤液中加入脱色剂,充分搅拌后静置30min,再次过滤除去脱色剂,向滤液中加入1g羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀后送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得杀菌中药提取物。其中,脱色剂选用200目的活性炭粉。
聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸-鲸蜡醇酯化物的制备:搅拌下向5g聚乙二醇400和20g食品级聚谷氨酸的混合物中滴加去离子水直至完全溶解,并滴加浓硫酸调节溶液pH值至4-5,再加热至回流状态保温搅拌反应,待聚乙二醇400酯化反应结束后加入3g鲸蜡醇,继续回流保温搅拌反应,酯化反应完全结束后将所得混合物减压浓缩制成膏体,膏体经自然冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸-鲸蜡醇酯化物。
实施例5
清洗剂由如下重量百分比的原料组成:乙氧基化脂肪酸甲酯30%、异辛醇磷酸酯30%、聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸-鲸蜡醇酯化物25%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠10%、杀菌中药提取物3%、复合生物酶2%;
其中,复合生物酶由如下重量百分比的原料组成:中性蛋白酶35%、脂肪酶30%、淀粉酶15%、纤维素酶15%、溶菌酶5%。

实施例6
分别利用实施例1-5、对照例1-2对同批等量羊绒进行清洗,并测定羊绒污垢清除率和杀菌率、以及杀菌中药提取物制备用脱色剂的脱色率、有效成分损失率,如表1所示。

1.一种高效杀菌除垢型羊绒生物酶清洗剂,其特征在于,由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
乙氧基化脂肪酸甲酯20-40%、异辛醇磷酸酯10-30%、食品级聚谷氨酸10-30%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠5-10%、杀菌中药提取物2-3%、复合生物酶1-2%;
所述复合生物酶由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
中性蛋白酶20-40%、脂肪酶10-30%、淀粉酶5-20%、纤维素酶5-20%、溶菌酶1-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效杀菌除垢型羊绒生物酶清洗剂,其特征在于:所述杀菌中药提取物由中药地肤子、蛇床子、白芷、蓖麻子、土茯苓、雷丸、巴豆提取制得,其制备方法为:将上述中药制成粉末后加入5倍总重的70%乙醇中,浸泡10-15min后利用功率1.5kW磨浆机磨浆15-30min,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌1-3h,过滤,向所得滤液中加入脱色剂,充分搅拌后静置15-30min,再次过滤除去脱色剂,向滤液中加入羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀后送入喷雾干燥机中,干燥所得颗粒经超微粉碎机制成微粉,即得杀菌中药提取物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高效杀菌除垢型羊绒生物酶清洗剂,其特征在于:所述地肤子、蛇床子、白芷、蓖麻子、土茯苓、雷丸、巴豆、羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为5:3:2:1:1:1:0.5:0.5-1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高效杀菌除垢型羊绒生物酶清洗剂,其特征在于:所述脱色剂选用活性炭粉。
5.根据权利要求2所述的高效杀菌除垢型羊绒生物酶清洗剂,其特征在于:所述脱色剂由硅酸镁铝、愈创木酚甘油醚和二甲基丙烯酸镁制成,其制备方法为:向正丁醇中加入愈创木酚甘油醚和二甲基丙烯酸镁,并加热至回流状态保温搅拌10-15min,再加入硅酸镁铝,继续回流保温搅拌0.5-2h,所得混合物经减压浓缩回收正丁醇,浓缩剩余物于120-125℃烘箱中干燥至恒重,所得固体经超微粉碎机制成微粉,最后经制粒机制成颗粒,即得脱色剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高效杀菌除垢型羊绒生物酶清洗剂,其特征在于:所述正丁醇、愈创木酚甘油醚、二甲基丙烯酸镁、硅酸镁铝的质量比为50-100:1-5:5-10:20-30。
