本发明为一种含有石斛多糖的保湿美白面膜液，公开了一种保湿美白面膜液及其制备方法，先将石斛、芦荟、金银花采用浓缩提取的方式进行处理，然后在与水解珍珠液、透明质酸混合制备保湿美白面膜液：本发明的保湿美白面膜液集美白，保湿于一体，滋润皮肤，调整肤色，保持皮肤健康。

技术领域
该发明涉及保健品开发的工艺技术领域，尤其是涉及含石斛多糖的保湿美白面膜液。
背景技术
近年来，人们的生活水平不断提高，对日用消费品的需求也不断加大，特别是具有保健功能的护肤品的需求发展迅速。铁皮石斛为兰科石斛属药物植物，《神农本草经》列为上品，具有“逐皮肤邪热，痱气”的作用。活性多糖是铁皮石斛的主要有效成分，作为黏性多糖，不仅具有保湿作用，而且能够清楚自由基，具有抗氧化活性，延缓衰老。由于铁皮石斛多糖化合物具有的独特功能，与其它物质复配可以用于制备水解珍珠液，具有美白、防止色素沉积的作用，以铁皮石斛和水解珍珠液为主要原料，通过与其它成分复合，可以起到美白保湿的作用，本发明通过提取石斛、芦荟、金银花的活性成分，与水解珍珠液、透明质酸复配，提出一种保湿美白面膜液及其制作方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供含石斛多糖的面膜液及其制备方法，开发出一种具有保湿美白的铁皮石斛保健品。
本发明包括以下内容：
一种保湿美白面膜液的制备方法，其组成包括：植物提取液、水解珍珠液、醇类保湿剂、甘草酸二钾、卡波沫940、三乙醇胺、透明质酸和去离子水。
所述的保湿美白面膜液各组分的重量百分比：各个组份的质量之和为100质量份，植物提取液5~50、水解珍珠液1~15、醇类保湿剂5~65、甘草酸二钾0.1~1、卡波沫940 0.05~0.25、三乙醇胺 0.5~1、透明质酸0.01~1。
所述的植物提取液组成按照各个组份的质量之和为100质量份，石斛20~50、芦荟20~50、 金银花30~50。
所诉的植物提取液的制备方法，按照下述步骤进行制备： 首先将石斛、芦荟和金银花按照权利3的配比投入到反应釜中，加入物料总质量8~10倍量的无菌去离子水，加温煮沸2~4小时后，出料并过滤，浓缩至比重1.2~1.3，得到植物提取液。
所述的醇类保湿剂丙二醇和1,3~丁二醇。
所述的一种保湿美白面膜液的制备方法，其特征在于，按照下述步骤进行：在无菌条件下，将植物提取液放入真空乳化釜中，再加入卡波沫940，分散均匀后，加入丙二醇和1,3-丁二醇，抽真空后升温至80~90℃，加入三乙醇胺，降温至50℃，加入透明质酸，搅拌均匀，加入水解珍珠液、甘草酸二钾，搅拌均匀降温至38℃即为成品。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案，下面结合实施方式对本发明所述的石斛多糖的保湿美白面膜液及其制备方法进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
植物提取液的制备：
将上述配比的材料投入到反应釜中，加入物料总重量8~10倍量的无菌去离子水，加温煮沸2~4小时后，出料并过滤，浓缩至比重1.2~1.3，得到植物提取液。
实施例2
将植物提取液50份、水解珍珠液8份、丙二醇40份、甘草酸二钾0.2份、卡波沫940 0.2份、三乙醇胺0.8份、透明质酸0.8份按照以下操作步骤：在无菌条件下，将植物提取液放入真空乳化釜中，再加入卡波沫940，分散均匀后，加入丙二醇和1,3-丁二醇，抽真空后升温至80~90℃，加入三乙醇胺，降温至50℃，加入透明质酸，搅拌均匀，加入水解珍珠液、甘草酸二钾，搅拌均匀降温至38℃即为成品。

参考例1，改变成分比例可以制备相当效果的产品。

Claims (6)

1.一种保湿美白面膜液的制备方法，其组成包括植物提取液、水解珍珠液、醇类保湿剂、甘草酸二钾、卡波沫940、三乙醇胺、透明质酸和去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保湿美白面膜液各组成的重量百分比为：各个组组分的质量之和为100质量份，植物提取液5~50、水解珍珠液1~15、醇类保湿剂5~65、甘草酸二钾0.1~1、卡波沫940 0.05~0.25、三乙醇胺 0.5~1、透明质酸0.01~1以去离子水补足。
3.根据权利要求1所述的植物提取液组成或按照各个组分的质量之和为100质量份，石斛 20~50、芦荟 20~50、金银花30~50。
4.根据权利要求1所述的植物提取液的制备方法，按照下述步骤进行制备：首先将石斛、芦荟和金银花按照权利3的配比投入到反应液中，加入物料总质量8~10倍量的无菌去离子水，加温煮沸2~4 小时后，出料并过滤，浓缩至比重1.2~1.3，得到植物提取液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的醇类保湿剂丙二醇和1,3~丁二醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保湿美白面膜液的制备方法，其特征在于，按照下述步骤进行： 在无菌条件下，将植物提取液放入真空乳化釜中，再加入卡波沫940，分散均匀后，加入丙二醇和1,3~丁二醇，抽真空后升温至80~90℃，加入三乙醇胺，降温至50℃，加入透明质酸，搅拌均匀，加入水鲜珍珠液、甘草酸二钾，搅拌均匀降温至38℃即为成品。
