技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种吸附环保硅丙涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能(如绝缘、防腐、标志等)的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料的总称,包括油(性)漆、水性漆、粉末涂料。漆是可流动的液体涂料,包括油(性)漆及水性漆。油漆是以有机溶剂为介质或高固体、无溶剂的油性漆。水性漆是可用水溶解或用水分散的涂料。漆作为家庭装修的主材之一,在装饰装修中占的比例较大,购买涂料的合格与否直接影响到整体装修效果和居室的环境,有时甚至会对人体的健康产生极大的危害。目前随着各种各样涂料的产生,对涂料的品质要求也不断提高,而不断提高涂料质量对于建筑、生活都可以起到很大的帮助作用;然而市售的内墙涂料有的含有卤素,使用环保性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种吸附环保硅丙涂料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种吸附环保硅丙涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硫酸氢铵1-2、棕榈蜡5-7、三乙胺3-4、乙氧基化烷基酚硫酸铵0.8-1、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1-2、硅丙乳液110-140、膨润土10-17、氰尿酸锌0.7-1、丙烯酰胺20-30、过氧化二苯甲酰0.3-0.4。
一种吸附环保硅丙涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过氧化二苯甲酰,加入到其重量10-15倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取膨润土、硫酸氢铵混合,加入到混合料重量14-20倍的去离子水中,升高温度为60-70℃,保温搅拌10-30分钟,抽滤,将沉淀送入炉中,在650-70℃下煅烧1-2小时,出料冷却,磨成细粉,得活化土粉;
(3)取棕榈蜡,加入到其重量6-8倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为65-70℃,加入氰尿酸锌,保温搅拌10-20分钟,得酰胺溶液;
(4)取上述活化土粉,加入到酰胺溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为75-80℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,保温搅拌3-4小时,出料冷却,得填料改性聚合物乳液;
(5)取三乙胺,加入到上述填料改性聚合物乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入剩余各原料,1300-2000转/分搅拌1-2小时,即得所述吸附环保硅丙涂料。
本发明的优点:
本发明将膨润土活化后分散到棕榈蜡的二甲基甲酰胺中,有效的改善了膨润土在有机原料间的分散相容性,从而提高了成品涂料的均匀稳定性,本发明的涂料不含有毒有害的挥发性物质,环保性好,涂膜表面含有微孔,具有一定的吸附效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种吸附环保硅丙涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硫酸氢铵2、棕榈蜡7、三乙胺4、乙氧基化烷基酚硫酸铵1、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯2、硅丙乳液140、膨润土17、氰尿酸锌1、丙烯酰胺30、过氧化二苯甲酰0.4。
一种吸附环保硅丙涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过氧化二苯甲酰,加入到其重量15倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取膨润土、硫酸氢铵混合,加入到混合料重量20倍的去离子水中,升高温度为70℃,保温搅拌30分钟,抽滤,将沉淀送入炉中,在700℃下煅烧2小时,出料冷却,磨成细粉,得活化土粉;
(3)取棕榈蜡,加入到其重量8倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为70℃,加入氰尿酸锌,保温搅拌20分钟,得酰胺溶液;
(4)取上述活化土粉,加入到酰胺溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为80℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,保温搅拌4小时,出料冷却,得填料改性聚合物乳液;
(5)取三乙胺,加入到上述填料改性聚合物乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入剩余各原料,2000转/分搅拌2小时,即得所述吸附环保硅丙涂料。
实施例2
一种吸附环保硅丙涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硫酸氢铵1、棕榈蜡5、三乙胺3、乙氧基化烷基酚硫酸铵0.8、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1、硅丙乳液110、膨润土10、氰尿酸锌0.7、丙烯酰胺20、过氧化二苯甲酰0.3。
一种吸附环保硅丙涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过氧化二苯甲酰,加入到其重量10倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取膨润土、硫酸氢铵混合,加入到混合料重量10倍的去离子水中,升高温度为60℃,保温搅拌10分钟,抽滤,将沉淀送入炉中,在650℃下煅烧1-2小时,出料冷却,磨成细粉,得活化土粉;
(3)取棕榈蜡,加入到其重量6倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为65℃,加入氰尿酸锌,保温搅拌10分钟,得酰胺溶液;
(4)取上述活化土粉,加入到酰胺溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为75℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,保温搅拌3小时,出料冷却,得填料改性聚合物乳液;
(5)取三乙胺,加入到上述填料改性聚合物乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入剩余各原料,1300转/分搅拌1小时,即得所述吸附环保硅丙涂料。

Claims (2)

1.一种吸附环保硅丙涂料,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硫酸氢铵1-2、棕榈蜡5-7、三乙胺3-4、乙氧基化烷基酚硫酸铵0.8-1、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1-2、硅丙乳液110-140、膨润土10-17、氰尿酸锌0.7-1、丙烯酰胺20-30、过氧化二苯甲酰0.3-0.4。
2.一种如权利要求1所述吸附环保硅丙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过氧化二苯甲酰,加入到其重量10-15倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(2)取膨润土、硫酸氢铵混合,加入到混合料重量14-20倍的去离子水中,升高温度为60-70℃,保温搅拌10-30分钟,抽滤,将沉淀送入炉中,在650-70℃下煅烧1-2小时,出料冷却,磨成细粉,得活化土粉;
(3)取棕榈蜡,加入到其重量6-8倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为65-70℃,加入氰尿酸锌,保温搅拌10-20分钟,得酰胺溶液;
(4)取上述活化土粉,加入到酰胺溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为75-80℃,加入上述引发剂溶液,保温搅拌3-4小时,出料冷却,得填料改性聚合物乳液;
(5)取三乙胺,加入到上述填料改性聚合物乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入剩余各原料,1300-2000转/分搅拌1-2小时,即得所述吸附环保硅丙涂料。
