Abstract
本发明涉及一种人体粪便降解方法及使用该降解方法的座便器。一种人体粪便降解方法,a、对人体粪便进行前置处理,b、将人体粪便置入存放降解媒质的搅拌箱中进行降解,降解媒质含有的组分及重量份数为菌菇培养基5000、水450-550、肉冻450-550、葡萄糖45-55、盐8-12、尿素1-3和微生物菌群0.5-1.5,工作温度为15°-45°,湿度为10-29%。一种座便器,它包括基座(1)内设有便斗(2),便斗(2)内设有排粪孔(3),基座(1)内设有尿粪分离机构和搅拌箱(4)。人体粪便既可在温热地区降解,也可在寒冷地区降解,提高了人体粪便降解的使用价值,拓展了人体粪便降解的使用范围,经降解的人体粪便无臭味排出,维护了环境卫生。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及废弃污物处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种人体粪便降解方法及使用该降解方法的座便器。
背景技术
目前座便器,例如抽水马桶采用清洁的管道水将人体粪便冲洗入化粪池,再由环卫部门采用环卫专用车从化粪池中抽取人体粪便然后运输到指定集装地点,在这一过程中既浪费了宝贵的自然资源,又污染了生态环境,且增加了人体粪便处理成本。尽管现有技术已有多种对人体粪便进行降解的方法和/或装置,但囿于传统的人体粪便降解理念,用于人体粪便降解的降解媒质(促使人体粪便进行降解的物质)选用欠佳,导致人体粪便只能在温度约30°左右的地区降解,通常降解生成的渣滓约占人体粪便的10%左右,制约了人体粪便降解的使用价值和范围,降解处理不能尽如人意,经降解的人体粪便仍残留较大的臭味,且降解时间较长。另外,停止降解一周以上,就要更换降解媒质。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种克服现有技术缺陷的,能对人体粪便进行迅速、充分且无臭味排出的人体粪便降解方法及使用该降解方法的座便器。本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种人体粪便降解方法,其特征是:a、对人体粪便进行前置处理,b、将人体粪便置入存放降解媒质的搅拌箱中进行降解,降解媒质含有的组分及重量份数为菌菇培养基5000、水450-550、肉冻450-550、葡萄糖45-55、盐8-12、尿素1-3和微生物菌群0.5-1.5 ,工作条件为温度15°-45°、湿度10-29%。本发明所要解决的技术问题还可进一步通过如下技术方案加以解决:前置处理为尿粪分离;菌菇培养基为稻草秆、麦秸秆、麸皮、棉籽壳、木屑或玉米芯。本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种座便器,它包括基座1内设有便斗2,便斗2内设有排粪孔3,基座1内设有尿粪分离机构和搅拌箱4。本发明所要解决的技术问题还可进一步通过如下技术方案加以解决:尿粪分离机构为便斗2内设有挡板5,便斗2邻近挡板5处设有排尿孔6,挡板5用以分隔排粪孔3和排尿孔6;搅拌箱4上设有供氧机构;供氧机构为风扇7。本发明中的人体粪便是被降解载体;菌菇培养基和食用管道水是微生物菌群生存载体;肉冻和葡萄糖能使微生物菌群逐渐在粪便中生衍繁殖以利降解;盐和尿素能够培养微生物菌群承受、抵御粪便中的盐分和蛋白质的分解;微生物菌群吸收人体粪便中的有机物质和盐分作为养料,通过对湿度控制使得微生物菌群不断地生衍繁殖,部分代谢产物为小分子物质,以使人体粪便得以充分的降解,人体粪便发酵后部分产生水蒸气并予以挥发。本发明中所称的湿度是指水在菌菇培养基中的含量,例如菌菇培养基取5000g,水取500g,即水是菌菇培养基的10%,定义为湿度10%。本发明降解媒质中的所有组分以及搅拌箱和供氧机构均可在中国国内市场购得或获得。本发明由于采用上述技术方案,人体粪便既可在温热地区降解,也可在寒冷地区降解,提高了人体粪便降解的使用价值,拓展了人体粪便降解的使用范围,短期停用,无需更换和/或添加降解媒质,经降解的人体粪便无臭味排出,维护了环境卫生,大大缩短了降解时间(约占现有技术的1/3,约4小时。),人体粪便经降解转换成极少量的渣滓,其余则转换成水蒸气挥发至空间,减少了人体粪便的处理成本,节约了宝贵的水资源。本发明经实际试用,在停止使用一个月后,再次启动使用仍能正常工作,并能实现本发明的发明目的。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明的基座1内设有便斗2,便斗2内设有排粪孔3,基座1内设有尿粪分离机构和搅拌箱4,尿粪分离机构为便斗2内设有挡板5,便斗2邻近挡板5处设有排尿孔6,搅拌箱4上设有风扇7。
实施例1:本实施例为本发明的降解方法实施例,下列各组分的重量计量单位均为g,取菌菇培养基5000,食用管道水450-550,优选500;肉冻450-550,优选500;葡萄糖45-55,优选50;盐8-12,优选10;尿素1-3,优选2;微生物菌群0.5-1.5,优选1;置入搅拌箱内,对人体粪便进行前置处理,即去除人体粪便中的尿液置入搅拌箱内,并开启搅拌箱电机带动搅棒搅动,使得人体粪便和上述组分一起发酵、分解、转化为水蒸气排向空间,降解生成的渣滓约占人体粪便总量的3-5%,渣滓则清除出搅拌箱。这一过程中采用湿度传感器监控搅拌箱内的人体粪便和上述组分混合物的湿度,当湿度较高时温度相应也较高,反之当湿度较低时温度相应也较低,例如当湿度接近于29%时温度接近于45°;当湿度接近于10%时则温度接近于15°,若湿度小于10%,应调整提高搅拌箱内的水分,使湿度大于10%;若湿度大于29%,则应停止搅拌,使得湿度小于29%,以使本发明处于良好的降解状态。
实施例2:参照图1,本实施例为本发明的座便器实施例,人在如厕时,尿液经挡板挡住并经便斗与挡板结合部设置的通孔排出基座进入化粪池,人体粪便经便斗内的排粪孔落入搅拌箱并与搅拌箱内存放的菌菇培养基,食用管道水,肉冻,葡萄糖,盐,尿素,微生物菌群一起搅拌发酵,温度为15°-45°,湿度为10-29%。本实施例可将搅拌箱制成抽屉形状,以利于降解生成的渣滓排出和调整提高搅拌箱内的水分。
实施例3:参照图1,本实施例在实施例2的基础上,在搅拌箱上增设了供氧机构,即增设了一个风扇向搅拌箱送风提供氧气,以促使微生物菌群充满活性,达到更佳的降解状态。
上述实施例是对本发明所作出的进一步详细说明,不应认为上述实施例已穷尽了本发明的全部实施例。对于本发明所属技术领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单的推演、替换、互换,都应当视为属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种人体粪便降解方法,其特征是:a、对人体粪便进行前置处理,b、将人体粪便置入存放降解媒质的搅拌箱中进行降解,降解媒质含有的组分及重量份数为菌菇培养基5000、水450-550、肉冻450-550、 葡萄糖45-55、盐8-12、尿素1-3和微生物菌群0.5-1.5 ,工作条件为温度15°-45°、湿度10-29%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人体粪便降解方法,其特征是:前置处理为尿粪分离。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种人体粪便降解方法,其特征是:菌菇培养基为稻草秆、麦秸秆、麸皮、棉籽壳、木屑或玉米芯。
4.一种使用权利要求1所述降解方法的座便器,其特征是:它包括基座(1)内设有便斗(2),便斗(2)内设有排粪孔(3),其特征是:基座(1)内设有尿粪分离机构和搅拌箱(4)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种座便器,其特征是:尿粪分离机构为便斗(2)内设有挡板(5),便斗(2)邻近挡板(5)处设有排尿孔(6)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种座便器,其特征是:搅拌箱(4)上设有供氧机构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种座便器,其特征是:供氧机构为风扇(7)。
