本发明公开一种抗潮湿的胶合板,包括至少三层木皮层及若干个固定芯,所述木皮层依次层叠贴合形成基板,每相邻两层所述木皮层之间设有所述固定芯,且所述固定芯与相邻的所述木皮层相卡合;所述固定芯的表面设有防潮层。本发明还公开上述抗潮湿的胶合板的加工方法,该方法包括以下步骤:旋切、木皮层预处理、干燥、卡槽制作、固定芯制作、组合及定型。该抗潮湿的胶合板能够在潮湿环境中保持平整。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及家居装修领域,具体涉及一种抗潮湿的胶合板及其加工方法。
【背景技术】
胶合板是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木,再用胶粘剂胶合而成多层的板状材料,通常用奇数层单板,并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成。家庭装修中,胶合板往往具有非常大的强度,故在家庭装修中被广泛运用。
目前,市场上的胶合板由于长期处于潮湿的环境当中,会引起薄木板湿涨,进而导致其发生变形起拱,影响板面平整度和美观性。
【发明内容】
针对上述存在的问题,有必要提供一种抗潮湿的胶合板,能够在潮湿环境中保持平整。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种抗潮湿的胶合板,包括至少三层木皮层及若干个固定芯,所述木皮层依次层叠贴合形成基板,每一所述木皮层设有T型卡槽,相邻两个所述木皮层的T型卡槽共同形成一“工”型安装槽,所述安装槽中设有所述固定芯,所述固定芯的横截面为与所述安装槽配合使用的“工”型,且所述固定芯与相邻的所述木皮层相卡合;所述固定芯的表面设有防潮层,所述防潮层的原料包括茶渣粉及干燥剂。
一种抗潮湿的胶合板的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
旋切:将木段放入旋切机中旋切成木皮层;
木皮层预处理:将木皮层放入茶叶渣液中浸泡5-10天;
干燥:将浸泡后的木皮层放入干燥机中,在温度为40-60℃的条件下烘干;
卡槽制作:在木皮层的一侧面上开设卡槽;
固定芯制作:
(1)将茶叶渣晒干,研磨,得到茶渣粉;
(2)将茶渣粉与干燥剂均匀混合得到防潮层原料,其中,茶渣粉与干燥剂按重量份数计为:茶渣粉0.3-0.7份,干燥剂0.5-0.9份;
(3)采用模具制作固定芯;
(4)在固定芯表面均匀涂抹胶合剂,将混合后的防潮层原料均匀粘合于固定芯表面,其防潮层原料的厚度为0.6-1mm,得到防潮固定芯;
组合:
(1)在木皮层开设有卡槽的一面均匀涂布胶合剂,将木层皮1依次层叠粘贴形成所述基板,所述卡槽组合成安装槽;
(2)在所述防潮固定芯表面均匀涂抹胶合剂,插入所述安装槽,静置1-1.5小时,得到胶合板预坯;
定型:将胶合板预坯采用热压进行定型,得到抗潮湿的胶合板。
进一步地,所述茶叶渣的原料为红茶叶、绿茶叶、普洱茶叶中的一种在浸泡并去除茶汁后的废弃渣料。
进一步地,所述卡槽为T型,所述安装槽是由所述卡槽组合而成的“工”型。
进一步地,所述干燥剂为硅胶干燥剂、生石灰干燥剂或矿物干燥剂中的一种。
进一步地,所述胶合剂为三聚氰氨胶或酚醛胶。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、上述抗潮湿的胶合板,固定芯与每两层木皮层相卡合,当木皮层受到潮湿环境的影响并发生变形时,固定芯能够对木皮层起到牵拉与固定作用,防止木皮层变形,从而保持胶合板平整。
2、固定芯表面设有防潮层,能够在胶合板使用过程中吸附空气中的水分,降低水分对木皮层的影响。
3、每一固定芯呈“工”型且与相邻的木皮层相卡合,能够在潮湿环境中增强对木皮层的牵拉的作用。
4、在对木皮层进行粘合前采用茶叶渣液对木皮层进行浸泡,茶叶渣中的单宁酸能够对木皮层组织结构中存在的微生物进行杀灭,主要表现在,单宁酸对微生物体表的蛋白质进行中和,杀死微生物的同时形成硬化的鞣酸蛋白并滞留在木皮层的组织结构中,进而使木皮层的组织结构更为紧密,能够减少空气中的水分进入到木皮层中。
5、茶叶渣是茶叶浸泡后取茶汤而废弃的渣料,该渣料含有单宁酸,本发明对其加以利用,不仅充分利用了资源还避免其污染环境。
6、防潮层由茶渣粉及干燥剂混合而成,干燥剂能够吸附空气中的水分以减少水分对胶合板的影响;胶合板在使用过程中,其加工过程所用到的胶合剂会在胶合板使用过程中释放出甲醛,茶渣粉的细微纤维结构能够对甲醛进行吸附,减少对空气的污染。

实施例一:请参见图1及图2,本包括三层木皮层1及若干个固定芯2,所述木皮层1依次层叠贴合形成基板,每一所述木皮层1设有T型卡槽,相邻两个所述木皮层1的T型卡槽共同形成一“工”型安装槽11,所述安装槽11中设有所述固定芯2,所述固定芯2的横截面为与所述安装槽11配合使用的“工”型,且所述固定芯2与相邻的所述木皮层1相卡合;所述固定芯2的表面设有防潮层3,所述防潮层3的原料包括茶渣粉及干燥剂。。
实施例二:本发明第二实施方式提供一种抗潮湿的胶合板100的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
旋切:将木段放入旋切机中旋切成木皮层1;
木皮层1预处理:将木皮层1放入红茶渣液中浸泡5天;
干燥:将浸泡后的木皮层1放入干燥机中,在温度为40℃的条件下烘干;
卡槽制作:在木皮层1的一侧面上采用开槽机开设T型卡槽;
固定芯2制作:
1.将红茶叶渣晒干,研磨,得到茶渣粉;
2.将茶渣粉与硅胶干燥剂均匀混合得到防潮层3原料,其中,茶渣粉与干燥剂按重量份数计为:茶渣粉0.3kg,硅胶干燥剂0.5kg;
3.采用模具将石膏制作成“工”型固定芯2;
4.在固定芯2表面均匀涂抹三聚氰氨胶,将混合后的防潮层3原料均匀粘合于固定芯2表面,其防潮层3原料的厚度为0.6mm,得到防潮固定芯;
组合:
1.在木皮层1开设有卡槽的一面均匀涂布三聚氰氨胶,将木层皮1依次层叠粘贴形成所述基板,所述卡槽组合成“工”型安装槽11;
2.在所述防潮固定芯表面均匀涂抹三聚氰氨胶,插入所述安装槽11,静置1小时,得到胶合板预坯;
定型:将胶合板预坯采用热压进行定型,得到抗潮湿的胶合板。
实施例三:本发明第三实施方式提供一种抗潮湿的胶合板100的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
旋切:将木段放入旋切机中旋切成木皮层1;
木皮层1预处理:将木皮层1放入绿茶渣液中浸泡10天;
干燥:将浸泡后的木皮层1放入干燥机中,在温度为60℃的条件下烘干;
卡槽制作:在木皮层1的一侧面上采用钻刀开设T型卡槽;
固定芯2制作:
1.将绿茶叶渣晒干,研磨,得到茶渣粉;
2.将茶渣粉与生石灰干燥剂均匀混合得到防潮层3原料,其中,茶渣粉与干燥剂按重量份数计为:茶渣粉0.7kg,生石灰干燥剂0.9kg;
3.采用模具铜制作成“工”型固定芯2;
4.在固定芯2表面均匀涂抹酚醛胶,将混合后的防潮层3原料均匀粘合于固定芯2表面,其防潮层3原料的厚度为1mm,得到防潮固定芯;
组合:
1.在木皮层1开设有卡槽的一面均匀涂布酚醛胶,将木层皮1依次层叠粘贴形成所述基板,所述卡槽组合成“工”型安装槽11;
2.在所述防潮固定芯表面均匀涂抹酚醛胶,插入所述安装槽11,静置1.5小时,得到胶合板预坯;
定型:将胶合板预坯采用热压进行定型,得到抗潮湿的胶合板。
实施例四:本发明第四实施方式提供一种抗潮湿的胶合板100的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
旋切:将木段放入旋切机中旋切成木皮层1;
木皮层1预处理:将木皮层1放入普洱茶渣液中浸泡7天;
干燥:将浸泡后的木皮层1放入干燥机中,在温度为50℃的条件下烘干;
卡槽制作:在木皮层1的一侧面上采用修边机开设T型卡槽;
固定芯2制作:
1.将普洱茶叶渣晒干,研磨,得到茶渣粉;
2.将茶渣粉与矿物干燥剂均匀混合得到防潮层3原料,其中,茶渣粉与干燥剂按重量份数计为:茶渣粉0.5kg,矿物干燥剂0.7kg;
3.采用模具铜制作成“工”型固定芯2;
4.在固定芯2表面均匀涂抹三聚氰氨胶,将混合后的防潮层3原料均匀粘合于固定芯2表面,其防潮层3原料的厚度为0.8mm,得到防潮固定芯;
组合:
1.在木皮层1开设有卡槽的一面均匀涂布酚醛胶,将木层皮1依次层叠粘贴形成所述基板,所述卡槽组合成“工”型安装槽11;
2.在所述防潮固定芯表面均匀涂抹酚醛胶,插入所述安装槽11,静置1.5小时,得到胶合板预坯;
定型:将胶合板预坯采用热压进行定型,得到抗潮湿的胶合板。

Claims (6)
1.一种抗潮湿的胶合板,其特在在于:包括至少三层木皮层及若干个固定芯,所述木皮层依次层叠贴合形成基板,每一所述木皮层设有T型卡槽,相邻两个所述木皮层的T型卡槽共同形成一“工”型安装槽,所述安装槽中设有所述固定芯,所述固定芯的横截面为与所述安装槽配合使用的“工”型,且所述固定芯与相邻的所述木皮层相卡合;所述固定芯的表面设有防潮层,所述防潮层的原料包括茶渣粉及干燥剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗潮湿的胶合板的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
旋切:将木段放入旋切机中旋切成木皮层;
木皮层预处理:将木皮层放入茶叶渣液中浸泡5-10天;
干燥:将浸泡后的木皮层放入干燥机中,在温度为40-60℃的条件下烘干;
卡槽制作:在木皮层的一侧面上开设卡槽;
固定芯制作:
(1)将茶叶渣晒干,研磨,得到茶渣粉;
(2)将茶渣粉与干燥剂均匀混合得到防潮层原料,其中,茶渣粉与干燥剂按重量份数计为:茶渣粉0.3-0.7份,干燥剂0.5-0.9份;
(3)采用模具制作固定芯;
(4)在固定芯表面均匀涂抹胶合剂,将混合后的防潮层原料均匀粘合于固定芯表面,其防潮层原料的厚度为0.6-1mm,得到防潮固定芯;
组合:
(1)在木皮层开设有卡槽的一面均匀涂布胶合剂,将木层皮1依次层叠粘贴形成所述基板,所述卡槽组合成安装槽;
(2)在所述防潮固定芯表面均匀涂抹胶合剂,插入所述安装槽,静置1-1.5小时,得到胶合板预坯;
定型:将胶合板预坯采用热压进行定型,得到抗潮湿的胶合板。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种抗潮湿的胶合板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述茶叶渣的原料为红茶叶、绿茶叶、普洱茶叶中的一种在浸泡并去除茶汁后的废弃渣料。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种抗潮湿的胶合板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述卡槽为T型,所述安装槽是由所述卡槽组合而成的“工”型。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种抗潮湿的胶合板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述干燥剂为硅胶干燥剂、生石灰干燥剂或矿物干燥剂中的一种。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种抗潮湿的胶合板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述胶合剂为三聚氰氨胶或酚醛胶。
