本发明公开了一种小体积天然气油气分离器,包括主壳体,所述主壳体的左端顶板上通接有主过滤连接管,主过滤连接管的下部侧壁通接有进料管,主过滤连接管的顶板上通接有排气管;所述主壳体的中部固定有竖直隔板,竖直隔板的底部具有向左向下斜向倾斜的斜向板,竖直隔板和斜向板的侧壁、顶面和底面固定在主壳体的内壁面上,竖直隔板和斜向板均为多孔过滤板,竖直隔板的顶部具有侧通槽,竖直隔板的右侧固定有主分隔板,主分隔板的侧壁、顶面和底面均焊接固定在主壳体的内壁面上,主分隔板的顶部具有导油通槽,主分隔板的下部具有通孔;它体积小,满足小面积场地使用,而且可以将油气混合物中的油液、水液、固体颗粒和气进行分离,分离效果好。

技术领域:
本发明涉及天然气石油设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种小体积天然气油气分离器。
背景技术:
天然气其在进行加工提纯时,其需要将油气混合物中的气体、油液和水液进行分离,现有的分离设备其体积大,占用空间多,无法满足一些小面积工作场地使用,而且现有的混合物中还具有部分固体颗粒状物质是混在水液和油液中并没有去分离。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种小体积天然气油气分离器,它体积小,满足小面积场地使用,而且可以将油气混合物中的油液、水液、固体颗粒和气进行分离,分离效果好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种小体积天然气油气分离器,包括主壳体,所述主壳体的左端顶板上通接有主过滤连接管,主过滤连接管的下部侧壁通接有进料管,主过滤连接管的顶板上通接有排气管;
所述主壳体的中部固定有竖直隔板,竖直隔板的底部具有向左向下斜向倾斜的斜向板,竖直隔板和斜向板的侧壁、顶面和底面固定在主壳体的内壁面上,竖直隔板和斜向板均为多孔过滤板,竖直隔板的顶部具有侧通槽,竖直隔板的右侧固定有主分隔板,主分隔板的侧壁、顶面和底面均焊接固定在主壳体的内壁面上,主分隔板的顶部具有导油通槽,主分隔板的下部具有通孔,水液导向管的一端插入通孔中,水液导向管的外侧壁焊接固定在通孔的内侧壁上,水液导向管的另一端伸出主壳体的右侧板上具有的侧通孔,水液导向管的外侧壁焊接固定在主壳体的右侧板的侧通孔的内侧壁上;
所述主壳体的底板的右部通接有排油管,排油管的顶端通接主分隔板与主壳体的右侧壁组成的油液腔体。
所述斜向板与主壳体的左侧板之间的主壳体的底板上通接有固体颗粒排出管。
所述固体颗粒排出管上螺接有堵头。
所述主过滤连接管的管体的顶面通过螺栓固定连接有顶板。
所述主过滤连接管的管体的顶面与顶板之间夹持有密封圈。
所述主过滤连接管的中部螺接有主过滤块,主过滤块的中部通孔中插套有主过滤网块,主过滤网块的外侧壁固定在主过滤块的中部通孔的内侧壁上,进料管处于主过滤块的下方。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它体积小,满足小面积场地使用,而且可以将油气混合物中的油液、水液、固体颗粒和气进行分离,分离效果好。

实施例:见图1至图2所示,一种小体积天然气油气分离器,包括主壳体10,所述主壳体10的左端顶板上通接有主过滤连接管11,主过滤连接管11的下部侧壁通接有进料管13,主过滤连接管11的顶板上通接有排气管15;
所述主壳体10的中部固定有竖直隔板16,竖直隔板16的底部具有向左向下斜向倾斜的斜向板14,竖直隔板16和斜向板14的侧壁、顶面和底面固定在主壳体10的内壁面上,竖直隔板16和斜向板14均为多孔过滤板,竖直隔板16的顶部具有侧通槽161,竖直隔板16的右侧固定有主分隔板18,主分隔板18的侧壁、顶面和底面均焊接固定在主壳体10的内壁面上,主分隔板18的顶部具有导油通槽181,主分隔板18的下部具有通孔,水液导向管20的一端插入通孔中,水液导向管20的外侧壁焊接固定在通孔的内侧壁上,水液导向管20的另一端伸出主壳体10的右侧板上具有的侧通孔,水液导向管20的外侧壁焊接固定在主壳体10的右侧板的侧通孔的内侧壁上;
所述主壳体10的底板的右部通接有排油管19,排油管19的顶端通接主分隔板18与主壳体10的右侧壁组成的油液腔体。
进一步的说,所述斜向板14与主壳体10的左侧板之间的主壳体10的底板上通接有固体颗粒排出管3。
进一步的说,所述固体颗粒排出管3上螺接有堵头4。
进一步的说,所述主过滤连接管11的管体的顶面通过螺栓固定连接有顶板。
进一步的说,所述主过滤连接管11的管体的顶面与顶板之间夹持有密封圈1。
进一步的说,所述主过滤连接管11的中部螺接有主过滤块111,主过滤块111的中部通孔中插套有主过滤网块112,主过滤网块112的外侧壁固定在主过滤块111的中部通孔的内侧壁上,进料管13处于主过滤块111的下方。
本实施例在使用时,油气混合物从进料管13进入,在进入主过滤连接管11中时其气体经过主过滤网块112过滤后从排气管15排出,而油气混合物中的油水混合物进入主壳体10中经过竖直隔板16和斜向板14过滤,使得固定颗粒处于固体颗粒排出管3中,通过卸下堵头4可以排出,而油液和水液经过竖直隔板16和斜向板14后经过主分隔板18时,油液从导油通槽181的流动至油液腔体,并最后从排油管1排出,而油液和水液经过竖直隔板16和斜向板14过滤后通过,水液直接由水液导向管20排出。

1.一种小体积天然气油气分离器,包括主壳体(10),其特征在于:所述主壳体(10)的左端顶板上通接有主过滤连接管(11),主过滤连接管(11)的下部侧壁通接有进料管(13),主过滤连接管(11)的顶板上通接有排气管(15);
所述主壳体(10)的中部固定有竖直隔板(16),竖直隔板(16)的底部具有向左向下斜向倾斜的斜向板(14),竖直隔板(16)和斜向板(14)的侧壁、顶面和底面固定在主壳体(10)的内壁面上,竖直隔板(16)和斜向板(14)均为多孔过滤板,竖直隔板(16)的顶部具有侧通槽(161),竖直隔板(16)的右侧固定有主分隔板(18),主分隔板(18)的侧壁、顶面和底面均焊接固定在主壳体(10)的内壁面上,主分隔板(18)的顶部具有导油通槽(181),主分隔板(18)的下部具有通孔,水液导向管(20)的一端插入通孔中,水液导向管(20)的外侧壁焊接固定在通孔的内侧壁上,水液导向管(20)的另一端伸出主壳体(10)的右侧板上具有的侧通孔,水液导向管(20)的外侧壁焊接固定在主壳体(10)的右侧板的侧通孔的内侧壁上;
所述主壳体(10)的底板的右部通接有排油管(19),排油管(19)的顶端通接主分隔板(18)与主壳体(10)的右侧壁组成的油液腔体。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种小体积天然气油气分离器,其特征在于:所述斜向板(14)与主壳体(10)的左侧板之间的主壳体(10)的底板上通接有固体颗粒排出管(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种小体积天然气油气分离器,其特征在于:所述固体颗粒排出管(3)上螺接有堵头(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种小体积天然气油气分离器,其特征在于:所述主过滤连接管(11)的管体的顶面通过螺栓固定连接有顶板。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种小体积天然气油气分离器,其特征在于:所述主过滤连接管(11)的管体的顶面与顶板之间夹持有密封圈(1)。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种小体积天然气油气分离器,其特征在于:所述主过滤连接管(11)的中部螺接有主过滤块(111),主过滤块(111)的中部通孔中插套有主过滤网块(112),主过滤网块(112)的外侧壁固定在主过滤块(111)的中部通孔的内侧壁上,进料管(13)处于主过滤块(111)的下方。
