技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体地，涉及一种跌打止痛液及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
跌打损伤包括刀枪、跌仆、殴打、闪挫、刺伤、擦伤、运动损伤等，伤处多有疼痛、肿胀、出血或骨折、脱臼等，也包括一些内脏损伤，经受直接外伤或间接外伤以及长期劳损的组织，出现了微循环障碍，主要病理是淤血、血滞、血闭、气阻，故以疼痛肿胀为主要表现，由于毛细血管壁渗液或出血，造成了组织血液沉积物的形成，发生了无菌性炎症，致使组织肿胀疼痛。
目前，国内外对治疗此类疾病的疗效并不显著，且毒性和刺激性大，使用不发方便，西医常使用扶他林乳胶剂等，但不良反应较多，主要有皮肤瘙痒、发红、刺痛等。中医中跌打属于筋伤范畴，故多用针灸理疗、黑药膏、白药膏等，见效慢、疗程长、远程疗效差。
因此开发一种见效快，费用低，使用方便安全的跌打止痛药物非常有必要。

一种跌打止痛液，包括以下重量份数的原料：三七20～40份、马钱子粉5～15份、当归3～10份、川芎5～10份、土鳖虫1～5份、八角枫2～8份、黄芩2～6份、麻黄1～4份、桂枝2～7份、冰片3～10份、牛黄2～9份、女贞子2～9份、秦艽3～10份、植物精油1～5份、辅料3～15份。

S4.步骤S3重复2～3次；
S5.将上述的滤液进行合并，浓缩至相对密度为1.05～1.50；
S6.按比例加入植物精油和辅料，与药学上可接受的载体按照等量递加法混合均匀，按照制剂的常规工艺制成制剂。

S1.按比例称取各原料组分，包括三七、马钱子粉、当归、川芎、土鳖虫、八角枫、黄芩、麻黄、桂枝、冰片、牛黄、女贞子、秦艽；
S2.将以上步骤称取的各原料进行粉碎，过筛，混匀备用；
S3.向盛有上述原料的加热容器内加入6～8倍的水，再对加热容器进行加热，先使用武火加热，将加热容器内的混合药液煮沸，再使用文火继续熬制50～100分钟，再保温50～100分钟后过滤，滤液备用；
S4.步骤S3重复2次；
S5.将上述的滤液进行合并，浓缩至相对密度为1.05～1.20；
S6.按比例加入植物精油和辅料，与药学上可接受的载体按照等量递加法混合均匀，按照制剂的常规工艺制成制剂。
以上所述的跌打止痛液在制备预防和治疗跌打损伤药物中的应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步地详细阐述，所述实施例只用于解释本发明，并非用于限定本发明的范围。下述实施例中所使用的试验方法如无特殊说明，均为常规方法；所使用的材料、试剂等，如无特殊说明，为可从商业途径得到的试剂和材料。
实施例1
一种以上所述的跌打止痛液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1.按比例称取各原料组分，包括三七、马钱子粉、当归、川芎、土鳖虫、八角枫、黄芩、麻黄、桂枝、冰片、牛黄、女贞子、秦艽；
S2.将以上步骤称取的各原料进行粉碎，过筛，混匀备用；
S3.向盛有上述原料的加热容器内加入5～10倍的水，再对加热容器进行加热，先使用武火加热，将加热容器内的混合药液煮沸，再使用文火继续熬制30～120分钟，再保温30～120分钟后过滤，滤液备用；
S4.步骤S3重复2～3次；
S5.将上述的滤液进行合并，浓缩至相对密度为1.05～1.50；
S6.按比例加入植物精油和辅料，与药学上可接受的载体按照等量递加法混合均匀，按照制剂的常规工艺制成制剂。
实施例2
根据实施例1的方法制备跌打止痛液，包括以下重量份数的原料：三七28份、马钱子粉8份、当归6份、川芎7份、土鳖虫3份、八角枫4份、黄芩3份、麻黄2份、桂枝4份、冰片6份、牛黄5份、女贞子5份、秦艽5份、植物精油3份、辅料10份。
实施例3
根据实施例1的方法制备跌打止痛液，包括以下重量份数的原料：三七32份、马钱子粉10份、当归4份、川芎5份、土鳖虫3份、八角枫3份、黄芩3份、麻黄1份、桂枝3份、冰片5份、牛黄6份、女贞子4份、秦艽5份、植物精油2份、辅料8份。
实施例4
根据实施例1的方法制备跌打止痛液，包括以下重量份数的原料：三七30份、马钱子粉7份、当归6份、川芎6份、土鳖虫3份、八角枫5份、黄芩4份、麻黄2份、桂枝3份、冰片6份、牛黄4份、女贞子3份、秦艽5份、植物精油3份、辅料12份。
实验例
为进一步考察本发明的跌打止痛液临床疗效和安全性，我们选择了250例跌打患者对申请药物的治疗疗效进行临床试验。
将250例跌打患者随机分为两组，每组125例跌打患者。对照组中，男性65例，女性60例；年龄18～70岁，其中，腕关节损伤32例，肩关节损伤26例，软组织损伤19例，骨折15例，挫伤33例；治疗组中，男性62例，女性63例；年龄18～70岁，其中，腕关节损伤28例，肩关节损伤22例，软组织损伤37例，骨折12例，挫伤26例。
两组病例在性别、年龄、病程等方面经统计学分析，具有可比性。
对照组采用适当运动，并使用市面上常见的跌打止痛药物，早晚各一次；治疗组使用本发明所述的跌打止痛液，早晚各一次。
疗效标准：
治愈：自觉疼痛消失、瘀斑消散、压痛、肿胀消失，生活恢复正常，病情指标评分0～1分；
显效：自觉疼痛消失、或有轻微压痛感、或疲劳后有不适感、瘀斑消散、肿胀消失，活动基本恢复正常，病情指标评分2～3分；
有效：疼痛、压痛明显减轻，瘀斑、肿胀基本消退，病情指标评分4～5分；
无效：症状、体征无任何改变，病情指标评分＞6分。
两组病例治疗后的疗效对照结果如表1所示。

通过分析表1的结果，可以看出本发明所述的跌打止痛液，成本低，而且治疗效果显著，治标治本，治愈率高、疗程短、起效快、副作用小、使用方便，深受广大患者的接受。
最后应当说明的是，以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案，而非对本发明保护范围的限制，尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解，可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换，而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种跌打止痛液，其特征在于，包括以下重量份数的原料：三七20～40份、马钱子粉5～15份、当归3～10份、川芎5～10份、土鳖虫1～5份、八角枫2～8份、黄芩2～6份、麻黄1～4份、桂枝2～7份、冰片3～10份、牛黄2～9份、女贞子2～9份、秦艽3～10份、植物精油1～5份、辅料3～15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的跌打止痛液，其特征在于，包括以下重量份数的原料：三七25～35份、马钱子粉5～10份、当归3～8份、川芎5～8份、土鳖虫2～4份、八角枫2～5份、黄芩2～4份、麻黄1～2份、桂枝2～5份、冰片3～8份、牛黄2～7份、女贞子2～6份、秦艽3～6份、植物精油2～4份、辅料5～12份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的跌打止痛液，其特征在于，包括以下重量份数的原料：三七28份、马钱子粉8份、当归6份、川芎7份、土鳖虫3份、八角枫4份、黄芩3份、麻黄2份、桂枝4份、冰片6份、牛黄5份、女贞子5份、秦艽5份、植物精油3份、辅料10份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的跌打止痛液，其特征在于，包括以下重量份数的原料：三七32份、马钱子粉10份、当归4份、川芎5份、土鳖虫3份、八角枫3份、黄芩3份、麻黄1份、桂枝3份、冰片5份、牛黄6份、女贞子4份、秦艽5份、植物精油2份、辅料8份。
5.根据权利要2所述的跌打止痛液，其特征在于，所述植物精油包括柠檬精油、薄荷精油、肉桂精油和百里香精油中的一种或者多种。
6.根据权利要2所述的跌打止痛液，其特征在于，所述辅料包括甘油和酒精。
7.一种权利要求1所述的跌打止痛液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1.按比例称取各原料组分，包括三七、马钱子粉、当归、川芎、土鳖虫、八角枫、黄芩、麻黄、桂枝、冰片、牛黄、女贞子、秦艽；
S2.将以上步骤称取的各原料进行粉碎，过筛，混匀备用；
S3.向盛有上述原料的加热容器内加入5～10倍的水，再对加热容器进行加热，先使用武火加热，将加热容器内的混合药液煮沸，再使用文火继续熬制30～120分钟，再保温30～120分钟后过滤，滤液备用；
S4.步骤S3重复2～3次；
S5.将上述的滤液进行合并，浓缩至相对密度为1.05～1.50；
S6.按比例加入植物精油和辅料，与药学上可接受的载体按照等量递加法混合均匀，按照制剂的常规工艺制成制剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的跌打止痛液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1.按比例称取各原料组分，包括三七、马钱子粉、当归、川芎、土鳖虫、八角枫、黄芩、麻黄、桂枝、冰片、牛黄、女贞子、秦艽；
S2.将以上步骤称取的各原料进行粉碎，过筛，混匀备用；
