Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of black tea processing equipment, in particular to automatic straightening, sorting and direction-adjusting equipment for black tea.
Background
The black tea belongs to black tea, the more old the black tea is, the better the taste is, and the stronger the functionality is, the view is accepted by most tea people, and the alone products with historical value are more noble than gold. The dark green tea is prepared by processing large-leaf tea planted in an inhomogenous mountain area through the processes of enzyme deactivation, rolling, pile fermentation, baking, drying and the like, and is refined by taking the dark green tea as a raw material (comprising artificial post-fermentation and natural aging). The picking of the dark tea is different from the standard that the black tea and the green tea pursue the delicate and tender fresh leaves, and most of the raw materials of the fresh leaves of the Anhua dark tea are coarse. The requirements of the fresh leaf raw materials are determined according to the grade of the variety of the produced raw dark green tea.
In the processing and production process of the dark tea, the dark tea needs to be classified and divided, so that the dark tea can be divided into products of different grades and better processed in the next step; the tea grading and cutting in the current market is generally manual operation, so that the manual grading efficiency is low, the labor amount is large, the production cost is high, and the enterprise production is not facilitated. In order to realize automatic grading and segmentation of the dark tea, how to guide, sort and adjust the direction of the dark tea becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide automatic straightening, sorting and direction-adjusting equipment for dark tea, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.

the left end of the black tea guide device is positioned below the transverse guide chute, the black tea guide device comprises a conveyor belt supporting frame and a bottom supporting frame, the periphery of the bottom of the conveyor belt supporting frame is fixedly connected with the bottom supporting frame through a plurality of springs, a plurality of vibrating motors are arranged on the periphery of the upper end of the conveyor belt supporting frame, a plurality of transversely-arranged guide conveyor belts with equal intervals are arranged in the conveyor belt supporting frame, and the guide conveyor belts are rotatably connected with a guide motor at the right end of the conveyor belt supporting frame through guide transmission shafts;
the black tea sorting device is fixedly arranged on the right side of the upper end of the bottom adjusting frame and comprises a sorting rack, a sorting conveyor belt is arranged in the middle of the inside of the sorting rack, the left end and the right end of the sorting conveyor belt are fixedly connected with the sorting rack through sorting transmission shafts, a protruding frame is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the sorting rack, a plurality of rollers are arranged below the inside of the protruding frame, the rollers are fixedly arranged on the upper end of the sorting conveyor belt through the protruding frame, and a plurality of sorting motors which are rotatably connected with the rollers are fixedly arranged on the upper end of the protruding;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. through being equipped with a plurality of tea wheels of dialling at dark tea loading attachment, and dial tea wheel and conveyer belt distance by diminishing greatly, help separating the tealeaves that overlaps gradually, the conveyer belt of conveying in the slant helps the tealeaves landing of overlapping simultaneously, guarantees the planarization of tealeaves.
2. The upper part of the section of the guide conveying belt of the black tea guide device is of an arc-shaped protruding structure, so that black tea can slide to a gap, the guide conveying belt can convey forwards and vibrate simultaneously, overlapped tea leaves can be separated, and guide is facilitated.
3. The roller surfaces of the black tea sequencing devices are smooth, the distance between the bottom and the sequencing conveyor belt is very small, tea sliding to gaps among the rollers is facilitated, tea is not damaged, waste of tea is reduced, and unnecessary loss is avoided.
4. The black tea direction adjusting device adopts a centrifugal turntable rotating mode, utilizes the characteristic that one end of the tea stem of the black tea is heavier than one end of the tender bud, the tea stem comes out from the black tea discharge hole, does not need electronic control, saves cost, and the peripheral baffle plate is made of a smoother material, so that the damage to the tea leaves can not be caused.
5. The product of the invention has high automation degree, does not need manual operation of personnel, lightens the working intensity of workers, improves the working efficiency and increases the accuracy of guide sequencing.

Referring to fig. 1 to 14, the present invention provides a technical solution: an automatic black tea guiding, sorting and direction adjusting device comprises a bottom adjusting frame 1, a black tea feeding device 2, a black tea guiding device 3, a black tea sorting device 4 and a black tea direction adjusting device 6, wherein the black tea feeding device 2 is fixedly arranged on the left side of the upper end of the bottom adjusting frame 1, please refer to fig. 4-5, the black tea feeding device 2 comprises a feeding frame 21, an inclined guide chute 28 is arranged at the right end of the feeding frame 21, a transverse guide chute 29 is arranged at the right end of the inclined guide chute 28, the transverse guide chute 29, the inclined guide chute 28 and the feeding frame 21 are communicated with each other, a feeding conveyor belt 22 is further arranged inside the transverse guide chute 29, the inclined guide chute 28 and the feeding frame 21, feeding conveying shafts 23 are arranged at two ends of the feeding conveyor belt, the feeding conveyor belt 22 is rotatably arranged inside the transverse guide chute 29, the inclined guide chute 28 and the feeding frame 21 through a plurality of guide shafts 27, a plurality of tea poking wheel shafts 24 are further arranged above the inner portion of the feeding frame 21, and a plurality of tea poking wheels 25 are arranged on the tea poking wheel shafts 24.
Preferably, a plurality of feeding motors 26 for driving the tea poking wheel shafts 24, the feeding conveying shafts 23 and the guide shafts 27 are fixedly arranged at the outer ends of the feeding rack 21, the transverse guide chute 29 and the oblique guide chute 28.
Preferably, a plurality of tea poking wheels 25 are arranged inside the feeding rack 21, the distance between each tea poking wheel 25 and the feeding conveyor belt 22 at the bottom is gradually reduced, the overlapped tea leaves are separated gradually, meanwhile, the conveyor belts conveyed obliquely upwards help the overlapped tea leaves to slide off, and the smoothness of the tea leaves is guaranteed.
The operating principle of the black tea feeding device 2 is as follows: on the staff poured the material loading conveyer belt 22 with dark tea, dark tea was dialled the tea wheel 25 along with material loading conveyer belt 22 transportation process, is dialling under the effect of tea wheel 25, and the dark tea of upper strata overlapping is dialled gradually, and the dark tea of dialling tea wheel 25 from the last only one deck or has the condition of a small number of superpositions, then the dark tea that overlaps through oblique conveyer belt can drop, only remains one deck dark tea (probably still can have the dark tea condition of overlapping), transports next device.
The left end of the black tea guide device 3 is located below the transverse guide chute 29, please refer to fig. 6 to 8, the black tea guide device 3 comprises a conveyor belt support frame 31 and a bottom support frame 32, the periphery of the bottom of the conveyor belt support frame 31 is fixedly connected with the bottom support frame 32 through a plurality of springs 33, a plurality of vibrating motors 34 are arranged on the periphery of the upper end of the conveyor belt support frame 31, a plurality of transversely-arranged guide conveyor belts 35 with equal intervals are arranged inside the conveyor belt support frame 31, and the guide conveyor belts 35 are rotatably connected with a guide motor 36 at the right end of the conveyor belt support frame 31 through guide transmission shafts 37.
Preferably, fixing columns 38 are further arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the conveyor belt supporting frame 31, protrusions 39 are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the bottom supporting frame 32, through holes matched with the fixing columns 38 are formed in the protrusions 39, and the fixing columns 38 are arranged inside the through holes in a sliding mode.
Preferably, the upper part of the cross section of the guide conveyor belt 35 is an arc-shaped convex structure, the guide conveyor belt 35 comprises a large guide conveyor belt 351 and a small guide conveyor belt 352, the transmission speeds of the large guide conveyor belt 351 and the small guide conveyor belt 352 are different, so that overlapped dark tea can be separated, and the small guide conveyor belts 352 are uniformly distributed between the large guide conveyor belts 351, so that the dark tea can be favorably slipped into a gap and conveniently dropped onto the sorting conveyor belt 45 of the dark tea sorting device.
The working principle of the black tea guide device 3 is as follows: the black tea falls on the vibrating correcting conveyor belt 35, the correcting conveyor belt 35 moves forwards in the working process, so that the overlapped black tea can be separated, the cross section of the correcting conveyor belt 35 is in a convex arc shape, the black tea can slide off, and the black tea can fall on the sorting conveyor belt 45 of the black tea sorting device 3 along the axial direction of the black tea and the running direction of the correcting conveyor belt 35.
The black tea sorting device 4 is fixedly installed on the right side of the upper end of the bottom adjusting frame 1, please refer to fig. 9-11, the black tea sorting device 4 comprises a sorting rack 46, a sorting conveyor belt 45 is arranged in the middle of the inside of the sorting rack 46, the left end and the right end of the sorting conveyor belt 45 are fixedly connected with the sorting rack 46 through a sorting transmission shaft 44, a protruding frame 48 is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the sorting rack 46, a plurality of rollers 42 are arranged below the inside of the protruding frame 48, the rollers 42 are fixedly installed on the upper end of the sorting conveyor belt 45 through the protruding frame 48, and a plurality of sorting motors 41 rotatably connected with the rollers 42 are fixedly arranged on the upper.
Preferably, the outer ends of the rollers 42 are wrapped with rubber sleeves 43, and the distances between the rollers 42 are the same, so that tea leaves can slide to gaps between the rollers 42, the tea leaves are not damaged, the waste of the tea leaves is reduced, and unnecessary loss is avoided.
The working principle of the black tea sequencing device 4 is as follows: the black tea after being guided falls on the sorting conveyor belt 45, the black tea can be in contact with the rollers 42 along with the transportation of the sorting conveyor belt 45, the rollers 42 rotate in the working process, so that the black tea automatically enters the gaps among the rollers 42, and the black tea can be sequentially arranged along the gaps of the rollers 42 along with the transportation of the sorting conveyor belt 45.
The black tea direction adjusting device 6 is located on the right side of the black tea sorting device 4, please refer to fig. 12-14, the black tea direction adjusting device 6 includes a plurality of centrifugal turntables 61, the centrifugal turntables 61 are fixedly mounted on the right side of the bottom adjusting frame 1 through a plurality of fixed mounting frames 63 with different heights, the centrifugal turntables 61 are rotatably connected with the fixed mounting frames 63, an adjusting motor 62 is arranged in the middle of the bottoms of the fixed mounting frames 63, and the adjusting motor 62 is rotatably connected with the centrifugal turntables 61.
Preferably, a peripheral blocking disc 65 is arranged on the outer side of the centrifugal turntable 61, the peripheral blocking disc 65 is made of glass or ceramic, and a black tea discharging port 64 is further formed in one side of the peripheral blocking disc 65.
Preferably, the black tea direction adjusting device 6 is fixedly connected with the black tea sequencing device 4 through a first branch conveyor belt 5, the left end of the first branch conveyor belt 5 is located below the right end of the black tea sequencing device 4, and the right ends of the first branch conveyor belt 5 are respectively located at the upper end of the centrifugal turntable 61.
Preferably, the lower end of the black tea discharging hole 64 is further provided with a second branch conveyor belt 7, so that the black tea after being straightened and sequenced can enter the next station conveniently.
The working principle of the dark tea direction adjusting device 6 is as follows: after the black tea is sequenced, the black tea respectively enters the first branch conveyor belts 5 along with the transportation of the sequencing conveyor belts 45, then the black tea is conveyed to the centrifugal turntable 61 by the first branch conveyor belts 5, the centrifugal turntable 61 rotates at a high speed, and one end of the stem of the black tea is heavier than one end of the tender bud, so that under the action of the centrifugal turntable 61, one end of the stem of the black tea is finally attached to the peripheral baffle disc 65, and one end of the stem of the black tea comes out from the outlet, so that the purpose of adjusting the direction of the black tea is achieved.
