(4) The annual average value of the budget parameters calculated by the settlement final settlement report is applied to budget planning, so that the method is more accurate.
(5) A fine workload method is adopted for budget planning, and fine budget of operation and maintenance cost is achieved.
(6) By accounting the detailed work content in the actual operation and maintenance process, the operation and maintenance cost in the implementation process is effectively supervised, and the fine accounting of the operation and maintenance cost is realized.
