Example 1:
fig. 2 shows an exemplary flow of a secondary resource management method executed by the secondary resource management apparatus, which may include at least the following steps:
s101, user services are collected, and the collected services comprise periodic service sets divided according to a preset period.
The business in this embodiment is an object of resource demand, such as logistics business, each processing procedure in the equipment manufacturing process, and steel making process, and the resources are allocated to the resources to be utilized in the business and even sub-business, such as logistics capacity, processing raw materials, energy, reconciliation offset, and the like. The means of obtaining the service include, but are not limited to, user input, existing data or databases, historical statistics, big data statistics, historical retrieval. The acquisition hardware includes user input interfaces, network acquisition interfaces, machine acquisition interfaces, server interfaces, database interfaces, and the like.
In different scenes, resources are different objects, and have different levels of business relevance with businesses. For example: under the logistics transportation scene, the transportation capacity resource has higher business relevance with the accelerated transportation piece, and has relatively low business relevance with the ordinary transportation piece. Then, the product is processed
For example, different objects, coal, belong to a large block of goods, which have a higher degree of business relevance to land transportation and no business relevance to air transportation. And small electronic products all have business relevance.
Step S101 can also be implemented in 3 sub-steps:
s1011, acquiring time related information of the user service, and acquiring service related information of the user service.
In this step, time-related information of the service establishment time and service attribute information of the service are obtained, and certainly, the service attribute information and the resource to be allocated have service correlation.
S1012, ordering the user services according to the time-related information.
In this step, the services are sorted according to the time sequence of the services, a series of service sorts in the time sequence are obtained, and the sorting result can be represented as [ T1, T2, T3, … Tn ], for example]TSuch arrays, T1, T2 … Tn, are a series of services ordered in chronological order.
And S1013, dividing the sorted user services into periodic service sets according to a preset period.
After sorting, the sorted traffic is divided according to a predetermined period, resulting in a series of periodic traffic sets, which are denoted, for example, [ T1 ]]T,[T1,T2,T3,T4]T,[]T,…,[Tn-1,Tn]T. The number of services in the set may be 1, several, or 0, which is related to whether there is a service in the period, for example, there may be 4 services in the second period, and there is no service in the 3 rd period.
Taking logistics transportation as an example, each periodic service set represents goods collected at each collection period and not sent to a destination. For example, coal and furniture are left in the first collection period, clothes are left in the second collection period, electronic products, packaged food and daily necessities are left in the third collection period, and fresh meat is left in the fourth collection period. The logistics business set can be expressed as [ coal, furniture ], [ clothing ], [ electronic products, packaged food, daily necessities ], [ fresh meat ].
In another scenario, it is desirable to dispense feed to a chicken house. The chicken coop is sorted according to the time sequence of the applied feed, wherein [ C3 is 15, C8 is 11], [ C20 is 10, C10 is 10], [ C15 is 15] and [ C17 is 10 ]. The above process shows that the 3 rd and 8 th henhouses apply for 15 and 11 bags of feed in the first batch of orders, the 20 th and 10 th henhouses apply for 10 and 10 bags of feed in the second batch of orders, the 15 th henhouse applies for 15 bags of feed in the third batch of orders, and the 17 th henhouse applies for 10 bags of feed in the fourth batch of orders.
In another scenario, a debit note generated when a pre-paid transaction is taken needs to be counterbalanced. The prepay transaction behavior refers to the borrowing prepayment service similar to credit card consumption or provided by network service providers. And sequencing the transactions according to the occurrence time of the transaction behaviors, and dividing the bill period to obtain bills sequenced according to time and in different periods. For example, the transaction behaviors include [ mobile phone top up, take out order ], [ purchase of clothing ], [ purchase of electronic product, purchase of lottery ticket, payment by agency ], [ purchase of food ].
S102, distributing resources among the periodic service sets according to a first distribution rule.
The first allocation rule relates to a temporal correlation between periodic traffic sets and a traffic correlation between the resource and a periodic traffic set.
In a specific implementation, the first allocation rule allocates resources among the periodic traffic sets according to a principle that traffic relevancy is prior to time relevancy.
In a specific implementation process, the first allocation rule comprehensively evaluates the time correlation and the service correlation to determine the resource allocation sequence.
Taking logistics transportation as an example, the logistics business set established in step S101 is represented as [ coal, furniture ], [ clothing ], [ electronic product, packaged food, daily necessities ], [ fresh meat ]. In the above set, as the fresh meat has a short shelf life and needs to be transported preferentially and has the highest business relevance, the allocated transport capacity is land transportation, and other goods to be transported have the same business relevance, the transport capacity allocation firstly considers the fresh meat, and then sequentially comprises the coal, the furniture, the clothing, the electronic products, the packaged foods and the daily necessities according to the time sequence of collecting the goods.
The above procedure shows that the type of feed provided is cereal-doped gluten meal, while the 3 rd, 8 th and 17 th houses only need to be fed with cereal-doped gluten meal, which results in increased feeding costs and therefore is of low business relevance, while the 20 th and 10 th houses are suitable for feeding cereal-doped gluten meal, so that the feed is provided in order of priority taking into account the business relevance, [ C20 ═ 10, C10 ═ 10] and [ C15 ═ 15], and [ C20 ═ 10, C10 ═ 10] and [ C15 ═ 15] are assigned according to the time relevance, and [ C20 ═ 10, C10 ═ 10] are assigned first. In case the feed distribution is left, the batch may distribute the balance to [ C3-15, C8-11 ] and [ C17-10 ] in time dependence.
In another scenario, a debit note generated when a pre-paid transaction is taken needs to be reconciled. The prepay transaction behavior refers to the borrowing prepayment service similar to credit card consumption or provided by network service providers. For example, the transaction behaviors that need to be withheld include [ mobile phone top-up, take-away order ], [ purchase of clothing ], [ purchase of electronic products, purchase of lottery tickets, payment by a voucher ], [ purchase of food ]. The source of the deduction amount is refund generated by goods returned from the purchase of electronic products, and the reward generated by the system is submitted after the problems of the electronic products are found in time. In the above scenario, the source of the deduction is the refund of the electronic product, and the transaction refund should also pay the generated prepayment preferentially, so that it has the highest business relevance to the periodic business set of purchasing the electronic product, the deduction is preferentially allocated to the bill, and if there is still a remainder after the bill is paid, the other three bills are paid out in time order according to the time freedom.
And S103, generating a primary distribution form and storing primary distribution information.
After the distribution is carried out by using the first distribution rule, a primary distribution form is generated according to the distribution result, and the form stores settlement distribution information of each periodic service set.
In a specific embodiment, the primary assignment form contains the following information: the method comprises the steps of a first-level single number, the service attribute of resources to be distributed, the resource distribution quantity, the service occurrence time, the resource distribution summary among the same type of services and the resource distribution details of each periodic service set.
Taking logistics transportation as an example, the primary sheet number is the serial number generated by the primary distribution process. In a specific implementation, the primary order number is a primary waybill number. The type of traffic refers to the type of capacity to be distributed, e.g. air, road, rail, water. The resource allocation quantity is the total capacity to be allocated, such as the load of land transportation, the number of railway transportation cars and the like. The service occurrence time refers to time information of the periodic service, and the information is used for measuring the time correlation. The resource allocation summary among the sub-services of the same type refers to the summation of the resources allocated to the sub-services related to the same type in each service. Of course, the primary allocation form also stores the resource allocation details of each periodic service set, including the resource sequence, allocation amount, service correlation degree and time correlation degree sequence of allocation, and the like, and the whole allocation process can be clearly restored according to the allocation details.
In another scenario, feed is dispensed to a chicken house. The primary single number is the serial number generated by the primary allocation process. In a specific implementation, the primary order number is the delivery number of the feed. The type of service refers to the type of feed to be dispensed, such as grain type, grain and protein meal blend type, medicated disease resistant type, and the like. The resource allocation amount is the total amount of feed to be allocated, e.g. the number of bags of feed, the weight of feed, etc. The service occurrence time refers to time information of the periodic service, and the information is used for measuring the time correlation. The summary of resource allocation among the sub-services of the same type refers to the summation of the resources allocated by the sub-services related to the same type in each service, for example, when two feeds are allocated, the same periodic service sets the required quantity of one feed. Of course, the primary allocation form also stores the resource allocation details of each periodic service set, including the resource sequence, allocation amount, service correlation degree and time correlation degree sequence of allocation, and the like, and the whole allocation process can be clearly restored according to the allocation details.
In another scenario, a debit note generated when a pre-paid transaction is taken needs to be counterbalanced. The prepay transaction behavior refers to the borrowing prepayment service similar to credit card consumption or provided by network service providers. The primary single number is the serial number generated by the primary allocation process. In the specific implementation process, the number is the single number corresponding to the impulse service. The type of the service refers to the type of the source of the funds to be distributed, such as the user's repayment, the withdrawal of the goods, the insurance benefits generated by the insurance of the transaction, the lottery winning prize, the return of the service for delivery, etc. The resource allocation amount is the total amount of funds to be allocated. The service occurrence time refers to time information of a periodic service, which can be considered as time for offsetting service in this embodiment, and this information is used to measure the time correlation. The summary of resource allocation among the sub-services of the same type refers to the summation of the resources allocated to the sub-services related to the same type in each service, for example, the offsets generated for principal and interest in the process of offsetting payment. Of course, the primary allocation form also stores the fund allocation details of each periodic service set, including the sequence of allocating funds, the allocation amount, the business relevance and time relevance ranking of allocation, and the like, and the whole allocation process can be clearly restored according to the allocation details.
S104, according to the second distribution rule, distributing the resources distributed to each periodic service set among the services in the set and the sub-services of the services.
The second allocation rule is related to a time correlation between services in the periodic service set, a service correlation between resources and services, and an allocation priority between sub-services in a single service.
In one embodiment, the second allocation rule allocates resources among the periodic service sets according to a principle that a service correlation between resources and services is prior to an allocation priority among sub-services in a single service, and the allocation priority among sub-services in the single service is prior to a time correlation.
In one embodiment, the service correlation between the resources and the services, the allocation priority between the sub-services in a single service, and the time correlation are considered together to allocate the resources.
The second distribution rule is a second distribution rule within the periodic traffic aggregate, and in the case of logistics transportation, after the first capacity distribution, it may be necessary to distribute the capacity allocated to each cargo collection period among several orders of the cargo collection period, and the distribution rule follows the second distribution rule. In step S102, the transportation capacity is allocated to the logistics business set "[ coal, furniture ], [ clothing ], [ electronic product, packaged food, daily necessities ], [ fresh meat ]" established in step S101, and the transportation capacity is allocated to the cargo collection period [ electronic product, packaged food, daily necessities ] according to the first allocation rule. According to the time correlation, the transportation capacity distribution is sorted into electronic products, packaged foods and daily necessities, however, three batches of goods can be disassembled into [ electronic products 1, electronic products 2, packaged foods 1, packaged foods 2, daily necessities 1 and daily necessities 2], and the electronic products 1, the packaged foods 1 and the packaged foods 1 have higher sub-business priority than the electronic products 2, the packaged foods 2 and the packaged foods 2 because the electronic products 2, the packaged foods 2 and the packaged foods 1 are easy to damage. Then, in the secondary allocation process, the allocation order is to give priority to the service correlation degree, and under the condition that the service correlation degrees are the same, the sub-service priority is taken into consideration, and finally the time correlation degree is taken into consideration. Therefore, the transportation capacity of the goods is distributed in the order of the electronic product 1, the packaged food 1, the electronic product 2, the packaged food 2 and the packaged food 2. This achieves the finest granularity division of capacity.
In another scenario, feed is dispensed to a chicken house. In the feed order [ C20-10, C10-10 ], the feed in 2 henhouses is divided into a reserve amount and a minimum required amount, which is calculated according to the number of chickens fed in the henhouse, but this amount can also be derived from historical statistics or by direct estimation using the existing average. Based on this, the above order is subdivided into [ C20a ═ 4, C20b ═ 6, C10a ═ 5, and C10b ═ 5], and in orders for the same chicken house, the lowest demand will be preferentially allocated, i.e. with a relatively high priority in the sub-business, and then, with the same business priority, the feed allocation is according to C20b ═ 6 (lowest allocation for the 20 th chicken house), C10b ═ 5 (lowest allocation for the 10 th chicken house), C20a ═ 4 (reserve for the 20 th chicken house), and C10a ═ 5 (reserve for the 10 th chicken house).
In another scenario, a debit note generated when a pre-paid transaction is taken needs to be counterbalanced. The amount of the offsets required to be generated by each debit note is also divided into two parts according to the principal and interest of the transaction, and each debit note in the bill relates to two sub-services, namely [ principal for purchasing electronic products, interest for purchasing electronic products, principal for purchasing lottery tickets, interest for lottery tickets, principal for payment, interest for payment ]. Then when the amount of the offset allocated to the bill [ buy electronic product, buy lottery ticket, pay by credit ] is due to the prize money resulting from the purchase of lottery ticket, the amount of the offset allocated first needs to take into account the interest due to the bill principal, and after offsetting the interest, the remaining amount is used to offset the principal part of the borrowed bill. Then, according to the secondary distribution rule, the amount of money allocated to the periodic service set, i.e., the individual bills, is allocated in the order of [ interest in purchasing electronic products, interest in purchasing lottery tickets, interest in paying on behalf of, principal in purchasing electronic products, principal in purchasing lottery tickets, principal in paying on behalf of ].
And S105, generating a secondary distribution form and storing secondary distribution information.
And after the distribution is carried out by using the second distribution rule, generating a secondary distribution form according to the distribution result, wherein the secondary distribution form stores settlement distribution information in each periodic service set.
The secondary distribution information stored in the secondary distribution form at least comprises the following steps: the secondary bill number, the primary distribution form corresponding to the secondary distribution form, the resource distribution quantity, the resource distribution details obtained by each sub-service of the service, and the details of allocating the repayment amount to each bill.
Taking logistics transportation as an example, the secondary single number is the serial number generated in the secondary distribution process. In a specific implementation process, the secondary order number is a sub-order number generated by the primary order number, and the sub-order number corresponds to the primary order number, so that the secondary distribution information necessarily includes corresponding information of the primary distribution form corresponding to the secondary distribution form. The resource allocation amount is the total amount of capacity allocated in the cargo collection period, such as the load of land transportation, the number of railway cars and the like. The resource allocation detail obtained by each sub-service of the service refers to the resource allocation amount obtained by each sub-service in the allocation process and the priority order of resource allocation after each service is split into sub-services with finer granularity in the cargo collection period. Certainly, the secondary allocation form further stores the resource allocation details of each periodic service set, including the sequence of allocated resources, the allocation amount, the service relevance and time relevance ranking of allocation, various detailed summaries of allocation, and the like, and the whole allocation process can be clearly restored according to the allocation details.
In another scenario, feed is dispensed to a chicken house. The secondary single number is the sub-stream water number generated by the secondary distribution process. In a specific implementation process, the secondary distribution information is a delivery number of the feed, and the delivery number is necessarily subordinate to a primary delivery number, so that the secondary distribution information necessarily includes corresponding information of a primary distribution form corresponding to the secondary distribution form. The resource allocation amount is the total amount of feed to be allocated, e.g. the number of bags of feed, the weight of feed, etc. And the resource allocation detail obtained by each sub-service of the service comprises the details of the type and the amount of the feed allocated by each henhouse. Of course, the secondary allocation form also stores the resource allocation details of each periodic service set, including the resource sequence, allocation amount, service correlation degree and time correlation degree sequence of allocation, and the like, and the whole allocation process can be clearly restored according to the allocation details.
In another scenario, a debit note generated when a pre-paid transaction is taken needs to be counterbalanced. The prepay transaction behavior refers to the borrowing prepayment service similar to credit card consumption or provided by network service providers. The secondary order number is the serial number generated by the secondary allocation process, the order number is subordinate to the primary allocation process, and therefore, the secondary order number is the sub-order number generated by the primary waybill number. The resource allocation amount is the total amount of funds to be allocated, and in this embodiment, refers to the amount of offsetting funds allocated to the bill. The resource allocation detail obtained by each sub-service of the service refers to allocation detail between principal and interest in each debit note and each debit note of the bill against funds. Of course, the secondary allocation form also stores the fund allocation details in each periodic service set, including the sequence of allocating funds, the allocation amount, the business relevance and time relevance ranking of allocation, and the like, and the whole allocation process can be clearly restored according to the allocation details.
And S106, updating the service according to the primary distribution form and the secondary distribution form.
In the specific implementation process, the resource quantity required by the periodic service set after resource allocation is updated according to the primary allocation form, and the resource quantity required by each sub-service of each service is updated according to the secondary allocation form; updating each periodic service set, the service correlation degree and the time correlation degree of each service; and updating the distribution priority of each sub-service.
Taking logistics transportation as an example, updating the transport capacity required to be allocated in each cargo collection period after resource allocation according to a primary allocation form, and updating the transport capacity required by each single cargo and each sub-single in each single cargo according to a secondary allocation form; updating each cargo collecting period, the time correlation degree and the business correlation degree of each cargo, for example, deleting a certain business after the capacity distribution full amount required to be distributed by the business, and naturally establishing a new time correlation degree relation between unfinished businesses before and after the business on a time axis; the allocation priorities of the sub-services are updated, and the re-determined sub-service priorities of capacity allocation full amount exist among the sub-services of a single order.
In another scenario, two distribution processes are performed in the process of distributing the feed to the henhouses, the required feed of each order is updated according to the primary distribution form after the resource distribution, and the feed required to be distributed to a single henhouse in each order and the distributed feed amount required by the order sub-business of the single henhouse are updated according to the secondary distribution form. Updating the service correlation degree and the time correlation degree of each order and the feed required by the henhouse; the allocation priorities of the individual sub-services, such as the reserve amount of feed required by the chicken coop and the allocation priority of the lowest required amount, have to be updated.
In another scene, after two-stage compensation is carried out on the debit note generated when the pre-payment transaction behavior is adopted, the bill and the debit note are updated according to the first-stage distribution table and the second-stage distribution table, the compensation amount required to be distributed by each bill is updated according to the first-stage distribution table, and the resource amount required by each debit note is updated according to the second-stage distribution table; updating the service correlation and time correlation of each bill and each borrow bill; and updating the sub-bills in each borrow bill, such as the distribution priority of interest and principal.
Example 2:
in this embodiment, a secondary resource management apparatus and a process of using and testing the apparatus in a server system are provided.
As shown in fig. 3, the secondary resource management device includes the following modules:
and the service summarizing module is used for summarizing the user services, and the summarized services comprise periodic service sets divided according to a preset period.
A first allocation module for allocating resources among the periodic traffic sets according to a first allocation rule.
And the primary distribution form generation module is used for generating a primary distribution form and storing primary distribution information.
And the second allocation module is used for allocating the resources allocated to each periodic service set among the services in the set and the sub-services of the services according to a second allocation rule.
The second-level distribution form generation module is used for generating a second-level distribution form and storing second-level distribution information;
and the updating module is used for updating the service according to the primary distribution form and the secondary distribution form.
As described above, the secondary resource management method and apparatus may be applied in a server, which may communicate with a terminal (client) such as a desktop, a mobile terminal (e.g., a smart phone), an ipad, and the like. The resource management device can also be applied to a platform. Alternatively, the resource management device may be run on a terminal (client) in the form of software.
The following device performs a functional test by taking a scenario of offsetting a loan sheet generated during a pre-payment transaction behavior as an example:
the first step, a service summarizing module.
And summarizing user account information in the server, wherein the user account information is all transaction information related to production and life activities of the user, and the account information relates to time correlation and business correlation information. For example, during payment settlement of a user based on the time sequence of transactions and the relevance of transaction contents, a single transaction includes each transaction of the user. The summarized user transaction services are arranged according to a time sequence and divided into a plurality of periodic service sets according to a preset period, and each periodic service set can contain 1 or more services; of course, if no traffic occurs within a predetermined period, the periodic traffic set may also contain no traffic. In the payment settlement process, the periodic service set can be equivalent to a bill per period, and the single service of the user can be equivalent to the debit generated by each transaction. Each single service, i.e. each borrowing, comprises the sub-services of principal, interest, etc., and these sub-services also comprise the priority order in the resource allocation process.
Second and first distribution module
When there is a balance fund distribution, the server distributes the amount of the balance fund to each periodic business set, namely the level of each bill according to a preset rule, and herein, the distribution rule of the bill level is called as a first distribution rule. The first allocation rule handles the mutual competition relationship among the plurality of periodic service sets, so that the first allocation rule is based on the time correlation among the plurality of periodic service sets and the service correlation between the plurality of periodic service sets and the allocated resources. The time correlation degree refers to the time sequence of service proceeding, and the service correlation degree refers to the correlation degree between the fund for settlement and the service.
In the testing process, the server distributes the accounting funds according to the first distribution rule and the sequence of the transaction service occurrence time from far to near, distributes the funds to the bill with the farthest transaction time, and then sequentially accounts the bills according to the time correlation. In each periodic service set, interest is allocated first, and then principal is allocated.
In the testing process, the server firstly distributes funds according to the correlation degree of the account checking funds and the transaction business according to a first distribution rule, preferentially distributes the funds to bills with high business correlation degree, and sorts other bills according to the time correlation degree. For example, the amount for repayment and reimbursement is returned through a refund channel, the amount is preferentially allocated to the original bill of the transaction place generating the refund according to the business relevance, and in the process of making up the bill, interest is allocated firstly, and then principal is allocated. And then, the rest bills are processed in sequence according to the time correlation, interest is firstly distributed in the bills in each period, and then principal is distributed. For another example, the amount for repayment and reimbursement is generated by making a guarantee and a claim according to a single piece of borrowing, and then the amount is preferentially allocated to the original bill where the guarantee and the claim borrowing are located according to the business relevance, and then the reimbursement fund is allocated according to the time sequence of the bill generation, and if the balance appears, the balance is transferred to the balance or allocated according to the user setting.
Third, first grade form generation module
After the distribution is carried out by using the first distribution rule, the server generates a primary distribution form according to the distribution result, and the form stores settlement distribution information of each periodic service set.
In a specific embodiment, the primary assignment form contains the following information: the primary bill number, the transaction type of the service, the transaction amount of the service, the occurrence time of the service, the amount of the principal balance in the distribution process, the amount of the interest balance in the distribution process, and the details of the allocation of the repayment amount to each bill.
The primary single number is the serial number generated by the primary allocation process. In some embodiments, the serial number also includes information such as a serial number of the transaction, time information, and the number of bills.
The transaction type of the business refers to the fund type of the account making fund, such as a channel of refund, repayment, withholding, insurance claim settlement and the like. In some embodiments, this type has a special check bit, which may be embodied by a primary single number.
The transaction amount of the transaction is the total amount of the ledger funds. The total amount is allocated to the bill to be paid according to the business relevance and the time relevance.
The time of occurrence of the transaction refers to the date the billing occurred. In some embodiments, the date may also be embodied in a primary order number.
The principal balance amount in the distribution process refers to the balance amount of the original transaction money in the settlement process. In the balance settlement process of the account single level, the transaction total amount is distributed to different bills for balancing principal and interest, and the principal balance amount in the distribution process is the sum of the principal amounts balanced in each bill.
The interest amount of interest offset in the distribution process refers to the amount of interest offset generated for the original transaction money in the settlement process. In the balance settlement process of the account single level, the transaction total amount is distributed to different bills for balancing the principal and interest, and the interest balance amount in the distribution process is the sum of the interest balance amounts balanced in each bill.
The primary allocation table also records details of allocation of the repayment amount to each bill during the primary allocation process. The method comprises a repayment sequence list, a bill distribution amount, a bill information distribution amount and the like.
It is noted that a payment/refund order corresponds to a first-level billing.
Four-stage and two-stage distribution module
The second allocation rule is mainly based on traffic correlation between individual traffic in the periodic traffic set and the allocated resources. As mentioned above, the time correlation refers to the chronological order of the business, and the business correlation refers to the correlation between the fund for settlement and the business.
In a specific implementation process, the amount of the bill is distributed, secondary distribution is carried out among borrows in the bill, under the condition that the business relevance is the same, funds are distributed to preferentially offset the interest part of each borrow in the same bill, and the offset sequence of the interest in each borrow is according to the order of the generation time of the borrow; and then, the balance of the principal part in each borrow list is carried out, and the balance sequence of the principal in each borrow list is according to the sequence of the generation time of the borrow.
In a specific implementation process, the amount of money of the bill is distributed, secondary distribution is carried out among borrows in the bill, under the condition that the business relevance is different, the amount of money is preferentially distributed to a borrow bill with high business relevance, the interest is first offset in the borrow bill with high business relevance, then the principal is offset, in the borrow bill with offset according to the time relevance, the interest in each borrow bill is preferentially offset according to the time sequence, and then the principal in each borrow bill is offset according to the time sequence.
In the specific implementation process, the repayment amounts generated by different debit notes are not related to each other. For example, the amount of money allocated to a bill includes a first amount of money due to refund of the first debit form, a second amount of money due to insurance claim of the second debit form, and a third amount of money due to repayment of the user, and in the offsetting process, the first amount, the second amount, and the third amount are irrelevant to each other, so that the offsetting process offsets the first debit form preferentially with the first amount, offsets the second debit form preferentially with the second amount, and offsets the third amount with time correlation.
Five-level and two-level distribution form generation module
After the second distribution rule is used for distribution, the server generates a secondary distribution form according to the distribution result, and the form stores settlement distribution information of each service in the periodic service set.
In a specific embodiment, the secondary assignment form contains the following information: the second-level order number, the first-level order number corresponding to the second-level order number, the transaction amount of the service, the amount of the balance of the principal in the distribution process, the amount of the balance of interest in the distribution process and the details of the payment amount distributed to each bill.
The secondary sheet number is the serial number generated in the secondary offset process. In some embodiments, the serial number also includes information such as a serial number of the transaction, time information, and the number of bills.
The secondary single number needs to correspond to one primary single number, so that the primary single number corresponding to the secondary single number is recorded in the secondary distribution table.
The principal balance amount in the distribution process refers to the balance amount of the original transaction money in the settlement process. In the single-level offsetting settlement process of the borrowing, the bill allocation amount is allocated to different borrowing sheets and is used for offsetting principal and interest, and the principal offsetting amount in the allocation process is the sum of the offsetting principal in each borrowing sheet.
The interest amount of interest offset in the distribution process refers to the amount of interest offset generated for the original transaction money in the settlement process. In the process of offsetting settlement of the borrowing single-stage, the transaction total amount is distributed to different borrowing sheets for offsetting principal and interest, and the interest offsetting amount in the distribution process is the sum of the offsetting interest amounts in the borrowing sheets.
The secondary allocation table also records the details of allocation of the repayment amount to each bill during the secondary allocation process. The method comprises a repayment sequence list, a bill distribution amount, a bill information distribution amount and the like.
It is noted that one bill corresponds to one secondary bill.
Sixth, update the module
And updating the bill and the borrow bill after the balance is completed according to the contents in the primary distribution table and the secondary distribution table.
According to the steps, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment can meet the requirement of more fine granularity management (from a bill level to a borrowing single level) of the system, solve the problem of reasonable allocation of resources from different sources, and reasonably pool the resources according to the time freedom degree.
Example 3:
the present embodiment provides a secondary resource management method in a specific application scenario, where the method includes:
s201, summarizing user services.
The user service is all contents related to a certain production and living activity of a user, for example, in a repayment settlement process of the user based on the time sequence of transactions and the relevance of the transaction contents, a single service comprises each transaction service of the user.
S202, distributing the resource to each periodic service set according to a first distribution rule.
The first allocation rule is based on a time correlation between the plurality of periodic traffic sets and a traffic correlation between the plurality of periodic traffic sets and the allocated resources. The time correlation degree refers to the time sequence of service proceeding, and the service correlation degree refers to the correlation degree between the fund for settlement and the service.
In a specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 4, the first allocation rule allocates the accounting funds according to the sequence of the transaction occurrence time from far to near, allocates the funds to the bill with the farthest transaction time first, then sequentially performs accounting on the following bills according to the time correlation, allocates the interest to the bill at each period first, and then allocates the principal.
In a specific implementation, as shown in fig. 5, the first allocation rule first allocates the accounts for the business of the transaction according to the correlation between the hedged funds and the business, preferentially allocates the funds to the bills with high business correlation, and sorts the other bills according to the time correlation. For example, the amount for repayment and reimbursement is returned through a refund channel, the amount is preferentially allocated to the original bill of the transaction place generating the refund according to the business relevance, and in the process of making up the bill, interest is allocated firstly, and then principal is allocated. Then, the bills are processed in sequence according to the time correlation, interest is firstly distributed in the bills in each period, and then principal is distributed.
And S203, generating a primary distribution form and storing primary distribution information.
After the distribution is carried out by using the first distribution rule, a primary distribution form is generated according to the distribution result, and the form stores settlement distribution information of each periodic service set.
And S204, in each periodic service set, allocating the resources to each service according to a second allocation rule.
The second allocation rule is mainly based on traffic correlation between individual traffic in the periodic traffic set and the allocated resources. As mentioned above, the time correlation refers to the chronological order of the business, and the business correlation refers to the correlation between the fund for settlement and the business.
In a specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 6, the amount of the bill is allocated, and the amount of the bill is allocated twice among the borrows in the bill, under the condition that the service correlation degrees are the same, in the same bill, the allocated funds preferentially offset the interest part of each borrow, and the offsetting sequence of the interest in each borrow is according to the sequence of the borrow generation time; and then, the balance of the principal part in each borrow list is carried out, and the balance sequence of the principal in each borrow list is according to the sequence of the generation time of the borrow.
Of course, in the specific borrowing single-level offset process, different offsets may be generated according to different priorities of the borrowing single-level services, for example, all principal and interest of a certain borrowing single are offset preferentially.
In a specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 7, the amount of money of the bill is allocated, the amount of money is allocated twice among the borrowing notes in the bill, and under the condition of different business relevance, the amount of money is preferentially allocated to the borrowing note with high business relevance, the interest is first offset and then the principal is offset in the borrowing note with high business relevance, the interest in each borrowing note is preferentially offset according to a time sequence in the borrowing note with offset according to the time relevance, and then the principal in each borrowing note is offset according to the time sequence.
And S205, generating a secondary distribution form and storing secondary distribution information.
And after the distribution is carried out by using the second distribution rule, generating a secondary distribution form according to the distribution result, wherein the form stores settlement distribution information of each service in the periodic service set.
S206, updating the service according to the primary and secondary distribution forms.
Example 4:
in the embodiment, how the secondary resource management system is in butt joint with the insurance application and claim settlement system is introduced to solve the problem existing in the prior art when a single piece of borrowing data is claimed.
As is known, when a user makes a loan, the lending institution may offer the user a deposit on the loan data to the insurance institution, with a loan corresponding to an insurance policy. When the overdue of the user exceeds a certain period of time, the loan institution carries out insurance settlement on the overdue borrowed data according to the insurance policy, the settlement amount is the overdue amount of the user, however, when settlement is carried out on the borrowed data, partial repayment may be carried out on the borrowed data, the amount of the unrepaired amount of the borrowed data is changed compared with the amount of the borrowed data, and the settlement of the insurance policy is carried out according to the unrepaired amount of the borrowed data.
The following is an introduction to the testing process of the secondary resource management system, the insurance application and claim settlement system and the interfaces thereof:
the secondary resource management system comprises a borrow note, wherein the borrow note comprises information such as the date of occurrence of the borrow note, principal fund, insurance application number, insurance application type, insurance application amount, free-of-interest, overdue or not, interest generated after overdue and the like.
The secondary resource management system comprises a bill which is a set of debit notes in a time period, such as a monthly bill. The bill contains information such as principal, whether the bill is applied, the number of the application bill corresponding to the bill, the type of the application, the amount of the application, whether the bill is overdue, and interest generated during overdue.
And the insurance and claim settlement system is used for insurance application on a single loan slip in the secondary resource management system and claim settlement on the insurance loan slip when the repayment of the loan slip is overdue. The application and claim settlement system comprises an application subsystem used for receiving an application request from the secondary resource management system and generating a policy according to the application request, wherein the policy at least comprises: the number of the insurance policy, the number of the loan policy of the insurance, the type of the insurance, the amount of the insurance and the details of the loan policy of the insurance. The application and claim settlement system comprises a claim settlement subsystem, which is used for receiving a claim settlement request from the secondary resource management system, inquiring the policy number, verifying policy information according to the claim settlement request and settling a claim.
As shown in fig. 8, in a specific implementation process, the loan ticket to be insured sends a guarantee request to the guarantee subsystem through the guarantee request module, and the content of the guarantee request includes the number of the loan ticket to be insured, the type of the guarantee, the amount of the guarantee, and details of the loan ticket to be insured. The application subsystem responds to the application request to generate an application form and stores the application form subsystem, wherein the application form comprises a deposit form number, an applied loan data form number, an account number where the applied loan data form is located, an applied amount, an upper limit of a claim settlement amount, time of the applied loan data form and overdue date of the applied loan data form. And when the borrow sheet is overdue and the user does not pay, the claim settlement sub-module inquires the borrow sheet and provides a claim settlement request to the claim settlement sub-system, the claim settlement sub-system responds to the claim settlement request and inquires the policy protection sub-system according to the request information, and if the claim settlement sub-system accords with the claim settlement condition, the claim settlement sub-system confirms the claim amount according to the request information. The amount of the insurance claim is returned to the secondary resource management system and distributed in the system.
In a specific implementation, the confirmation of the claim amount includes: and confirming whether the claim amount is the non-repayment amount of the overdue debit note or not and confirming whether the claim amount exceeds the upper limit of the claim amount or not. The non-repayment amount of the overdue debit note is obtained by subtracting the repayment amount of the user from the original transaction amount of the debit note. And if the claim amount exceeds the upper limit of the claim amount, carrying out the claim settlement according to the upper limit of the claim amount.
In a specific implementation, the confirmation of the claim amount includes: and confirming whether the claim amount is the non-repayment amount of the overdue debit note and the interest generated by the non-repayment amount, and confirming whether the claim amount exceeds the upper limit of the claim amount. The non-repayment amount of the overdue debit note is obtained by subtracting the repayment amount of the user from the original transaction amount of the debit note, and the interest generated by the non-repayment amount is the interest generated by the non-repayment part in the overdue time period. And if the claim amount exceeds the upper limit of the claim amount, carrying out the claim settlement according to the upper limit of the claim amount.
The interest in the claim is generated in relation to the borrower's underwriting agreement, and in particular implementations no interest is generated if the claim is made within a billing period, for example 30 days, and the interest in the claim is generated if the claim exceeds a billing period.
And the secondary resource management system receives the claim settlement amount from the application and claim settlement system, verifies whether the claim settlement amount is consistent with the request amount, and returns confirmation collection information to the application and claim settlement system if the claim settlement amount is consistent with the request amount. And if the two are inconsistent, sending the information that the claim settlement amount is inconsistent to the user and the application and claim settlement system.
And allocating insurance claim funds distributed in the secondary resource management system to the bill where the insurance borrowing data sheet is located according to the first allocation rule and the business relevancy. And then, in the account, allocating the funds among interest generated by overdue of the borrow notes and principal of the borrow notes according to a second allocation rule. And updating each bill and the debit bill after the distribution is finished.
In the process, the interface between the secondary resource management system and the insurance claim settlement system and the collection, management and distribution mode of the system for the claim settlement funds can make up for the natural defects of the traditional account making mode in the situations of loan insurance and claim settlement, and the system can implement insurance and claim settlement and continuous fine-grained management on a single loan record of a user.
