The invention discloses a combined construction structure of a suspension type monorail and a highway bridge, which comprises a suspension member (4), a steel box track beam and a steel-concrete combined connection part (3), wherein the steel-concrete combined connection part (3) comprises a box beam flange plate (2), a steel pipe structure (301) and I-shaped steel brackets (302), the suspension member (4) comprises suspension arms at two sides and suspension supports at the bottom, the top ends of the suspension arms are fixed on the steel-concrete combined connection part (3), the steel pipe structure (301) is embedded in the box beam flange plate (2), the I-shaped steel brackets (302) are vertically welded on a web plate of the steel pipe structure (301), two ends of the I-shaped steel brackets (302) are embedded in the box beam flange plate (2), and the steel-concrete combined connection part (3) further comprises a shear key. According to the combined construction structure of the suspension type monorail and the highway bridge, the suspension type monorail is arranged below flanges on two sides of the highway large-span bridge through the steel-concrete combined connection part, so that the bridge surface space is saved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of suspended monorails, and particularly relates to a combined structure of a suspended monorail and a highway bridge.
Background
The suspended monorail traffic system features that the track is over the train and supported in the air by steel or cement column. The ground traffic is moved into the air, so that the urban traffic problem can be relieved on the basis of no need of expanding the existing urban highway bridge facilities, and the rail is moved into the air instead of the whole road surface which is lifted into the air like an overhead light rail or a riding type monorail, thereby overcoming the defects of other rail traffic systems and having a plurality of outstanding characteristics in construction and operation.
Worldwide, suspension type monorail lines with a certain mileage are built in the places of Duotemond, duplex, japanese, qianlichuan and the like. Along with the continuous acceleration of the urban process, china has entered a history stage of the comprehensive development of rail transit, the China monorail transit builds a track line of a straddle type monorail, no suspension type monorail line is put into practical use in China at present, but a plurality of cities show interest in suspension type monorail transit systems.
Although the suspended monorail can reduce the pressure of ground traffic, the track is lifted into the air, pier columns are required to be additionally built, and the construction amount of the track is greatly increased. Aiming at the defects or improvement demands of the prior art, the invention provides a combined construction structure of a suspension type monorail and a highway bridge, wherein the suspension type monorail is fixed in box girder flange plates at two sides of a highway large-span bridge surface through a steel-concrete combined connecting part, so that the utilization of the existing highway large-span bridge line is realized, an additional pier column is not required to be additionally arranged to support the suspension type monorail in the air, the occupation of bridge deck space is avoided, the released space can be used as a pavement or an emergency lane, and the combined construction structure can also be used for other purposes such as overhauling or building auxiliary engineering; as the two sides of the highway bridge are provided with the straddle type monorail lines, the monorail lines can be used as the reciprocating lines on the same road section, and the manpower and financial resources are greatly saved.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a combined construction structure of a suspension type monorail and a highway bridge, which comprises suspension members, a steel box track beam and a steel-concrete combined connecting part, wherein the steel-concrete combined connecting part comprises a box beam flange plate, a steel pipe structure and an I-shaped steel bracket;
the suspension member comprises suspension force arms at two sides and a suspension support at the bottom, the top ends of the suspension force arms are fixed on the reinforced concrete combined connecting part, the steel box track beam is arranged in the suspension support, and the top ends of the suspension monorails are hung in the steel box track beam and are used for realizing that the suspension monorails are fixed below the box beam flange plates, so that the suspension monorails can move back and forth along the two sides of a highway bridge to avoid occupying bridge deck space;

(1) According to the combined construction structure of the suspended monorail and the highway bridge, the suspended monorail is fixed in the box girder flange plates at two sides of the large-span bridge surface of the highway through the reinforced concrete combined connection part, and the suspended monorail is erected in the air without additionally arranging pier columns, so that the occupation of bridge deck space is avoided, the released space can be used as a sidewalk or an emergency lane, and the suspended monorail can be used for other purposes such as overhauling or building auxiliary engineering; as the two sides of the highway bridge are provided with the straddle type monorail lines, the monorail lines can be used as the reciprocating lines on the same road section, and the manpower and financial resources are greatly saved.
(2) The invention relates to a combined construction structure of a suspension type monorail and a highway bridge, wherein a steel-concrete combined connection part for fixing the suspension type monorail comprises a steel pipe structure and I-shaped steel corbels, the steel pipe structure is arranged along the cross section transverse bridge direction of the box girder bridge and is embedded in a flange plate of the box girder, the I-shaped steel corbels are a plurality of and welded on a web plate of the steel pipe structure at uniform intervals, and the steel pipe structure and the I-shaped steel corbels are used for providing fixed support for suspension components, namely providing guarantee for the stability of the suspension type monorail.
(3) According to the combined construction structure of the suspended monorail and the highway bridge, the steel pipe structure and the I-shaped steel corbels are provided with the shear keys, the other ends of the shear keys and the steel pipe structure and the I-shaped steel corbels are buried into the poured concrete, the fixing holes in the steel pipe structure are fixed in the flange plates of the box girder and serve as auxiliary stress parts, and the pressure exerted by part of the suspended monorail is shared, so that the stability of the whole combined construction structure is ensured.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. In addition, the technical features of the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.
In consideration of the advantages that the suspension type monorail pair can relieve urban traffic problems and the existing large-scale advantages of the highway bridge on the basis of no need of expanding the existing highway bridge facilities of the city, the invention provides a combined construction structure of the suspension type monorail and the highway bridge, wherein steel-concrete combined connection parts of the suspension type monorail are arranged in box girder flange plates at two sides of the highway box girder bridge, then the suspension type monorail is connected to the steel-concrete combined connection parts, and a main girder of the suspension type monorail acts below a cantilever, and is different from the form of the traditional rail transportation running above box girder flanges at two sides of the bridge deck; meanwhile, the engineering consumption of arranging pier studs and other supporting facilities is avoided, namely, manpower and financial resources are saved; the existing highway large-span bridge system is reasonably utilized. Simultaneously, the suspended monorail is arranged on two sides of a highway bridge, namely two track lines are provided simultaneously, so that the same line can be reciprocated simultaneously, and compared with a monorail line of one pier line of the traditional suspended monorail, the suspended monorail has the advantages of higher efficiency, convenience and resource saving.
FIG. 1 is a schematic illustration of a combined construction of a suspended monorail and highway bridge according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the co-construction structure comprises a highway box girder bridge flange 1, a reinforced concrete combined connecting part 3 and a suspension member 4, wherein the suspension member 4 is welded with the reinforced concrete combined connecting part 3, the suspension member comprises suspension force arms at two sides and suspension supports at the bottom, the suspension force arms are arranged at two sides of the reinforced concrete combined connecting part 3, a steel box girder is arranged on the suspension supports, a suspension type monorail is hoisted in the steel box girder, and forces of the suspension type monorail, the steel box girder and the suspension supports are finally exerted on the reinforced concrete combined connecting part 3 through the suspension force arms so as to act on a box girder flange plate; the hanging force arms are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the steel-concrete combined connecting part 3 so as to ensure that the steel-concrete combined connecting part 3 is uniformly stressed.
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a suspended monorail and highway bridge joint according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the C-C plane of fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the B-B plane of fig. 2. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the A-A plane of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5, the steel-concrete combined connection part 3 comprises a box girder flange plate 2, a steel pipe structure 301, an i-shaped steel bracket 302, a diaphragm 303, a welding part 304 of a hanging member, a shear key 305 and a shear key 306, wherein the steel pipe structure 301 is a plurality of hollow rectangular steel pipes which are embedded in the box girder flange plate 2 at the same interval, the steel pipe structure 301 is horizontally arranged, the i-shaped steel bracket 302 is arranged on the steel pipe structure 301 at the same interval, the i-shaped steel bracket 302 is vertically welded on a web plate of the steel pipe structure 301 and integrally formed with the steel pipe structure 301, the i-shaped steel bracket 302 is embedded in the box girder flange plate 2, the structural connection with the concrete of the box girder flange plate 2 is increased, namely the stress area of the box girder flange plate 2 is increased, the vertical force of a lower track beam is diffused in the box girder flange plate 2 as much as possible, and the firm connection between the box girder flange plate 2 of a highway bridge and the hanging type monorail is ensured. Diaphragm 303 is disposed within steel tube structure 301, and diaphragm 303 has an opening in the middle, which is used for filling concrete in steel tube structure 301,
two hanging member welding positions 304 are arranged on the steel pipe structure 301, the hanging member connecting positions 304 are symmetrically arranged, and the hanging member connecting positions 304 are arranged in the middle of two adjacent I-shaped steel corbels 302. The suspension moment arm is welded to the suspension member connection 304, thereby securing the suspension monorail to the girder flange plate 2 of the highway bridge via the steel tube structure 301.
A plurality of shear keys are correspondingly arranged on two opposite surfaces of the I-steel corbel 302, one end of each shear key is welded on the steel pipe structure 301 and the I-steel corbel 302, the other end is buried in concrete filled in the later period, the auxiliary stress effect is provided for the steel pipe structure 301,
preferably, the length of the steel tube structure 301 is greater than the width of the suspension member.
Preferably, the steel pipe structure 301 is provided at every interval of 20 to 25 m.
Preferably, a plurality of diagonal steel bars are arranged between the suspension arm of the suspension member 4 and the box girder flange plate 2, a diagonal steel bar installation part is arranged on the suspension arm, the other ends of the diagonal steel bars are fixed inside the box girder flange plate 2 and used for fixing the suspension member 4, and a part of tension is shared by the steel pipe structure 301.
Preferably, the inner wall of the steel tube structure 301 is provided with a straight stiffening rib.

the suspension member (4) comprises suspension force arms at two sides and a suspension support at the bottom, the top ends of the suspension force arms are fixed on the steel-concrete combined connection part (3), the steel box track beam is arranged in the suspension support, and the top ends of the suspension monorails are hung in the steel box track beam and are used for realizing that the suspension monorails are fixed below the box beam flange plates (2), so that the suspension monorails move back and forth along the two sides of a highway bridge to avoid occupying bridge deck space;
a plurality of diagonal steel bars are arranged between the suspension arm and the box girder flange plate (2), diagonal steel bar installation parts are arranged on the suspension arm, one ends of the diagonal steel bars are fixed on the diagonal steel bar installation parts, and the other ends of the diagonal steel bars are installed in the box girder flange plate (2);
the steel pipe structures (301) are a plurality of hollow rectangular steel pipes which are arranged horizontally at equal intervals and are embedded in the box girder flange plates (2), the length direction of the steel pipe structures (301) is the same as the extending direction of the box girder flange plates (2), the I-shaped steel corbels (302) are a plurality of the steel pipe structures and are vertically welded on the web plates of the steel pipe structures (301) at equal intervals, and two ends of the I-shaped steel corbels (302) are embedded in the box girder flange plates (2) and are used for sharing the tensile force born by the steel pipe structures (301) to ensure the stability of the combined structure;
a plurality of diaphragm plates (303) are arranged in the steel pipe structure (301), and an opening is formed in the middle of each diaphragm plate (303);
