技术领域
本发明属于金属切削加工技术领域,特别涉及环保型高清洁切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属切削加工时,通常采用切削液来冷却和润滑刀具。传统切削液产品存在以下缺陷:一是由于含有亚硝酸盐不利于环境保护和人体健康;二是传统的切削液产品在使用时需要长期更换,影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种环保型高清洁切削液,该切削液不仅长期使用不需要更换和排放,而且无毒无味,对人体无害。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明环保型高清洁切削液,由以下质量份的原料组成:三乙醇胺20~30,二乙醇胺2~10,二元酸3~8,硼酸5~10,辛癸酸4~6,聚醚6~14,苯甲酸钠2~4,苯并三氮唑0.5~1以及水17~54.5。
本发明同时提供一种环保型高清洁切削液的生产工艺:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、取三乙醇胺以及二乙醇胺加热到60℃,加入硼酸、二元酸边加边搅拌,升温至100℃,使溶液变得清澈透明即可;
步骤二、取水,加入苯甲酸钠充分溶解后依次加入聚醚、辛癸酸以及苯并三氮唑,边加边搅拌至溶液清澈透明即可得到环保型高清洁切削液。
本发明的有益效果是:一、由于本品是全合成型水溶性切削液,不含硫、氯、磷、亚硝酸盐,不含矿物油、动植物油,具备较好的润滑效果;不含矿物油和动植物油内的脂肪避免了细菌产生的培养基,也可以长期使用不易变质;加入一定量聚醚,增加润滑性的同时,有清洗作用、抗杂油作用;在加工过程中设备漏油不会溶解到切削液工作液内,不会让细菌繁殖;二、由于本品不含甲醛类杀菌剂,加入一定量苯甲酸钠既有防锈作用,又同时具备很好的抗菌、抗腐败的能力,长期使用不需要更换和排放切削液;三、由于本品加入一定量的聚醚和苯甲酸钠,具有极佳的抗杂油能力并增加了铁粉、磨泥、磨渣的沉降性,在金属加工球墨铸铁工件时,由于球墨铸铁内含石墨使切削工作液变黑,本品能够提高铁粉、磨泥、磨渣与切削液分离性能,能长期保持切削工作液的清澈透明,长期使用不需要更换和排放;四、由于本品加入一定量组份的三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、二元酸以及硼酸,使切削液具有更强的防锈、防腐作用;五、本品具有较好的冲洗性能,一定量的聚醚和水能保持刀具及砂轮的清洁,具有较低的泡沫型,适应高速加工工艺;六、本品具有极少的切削液带出量,不排放,消耗少,只需补充自然损耗部分,长期使用不需更换,真正达到了节能、环保的目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1,本发明环保型高清洁切削液,由以下质量份的原料组成:三乙醇胺20~30,二乙醇胺2~10,二元酸3~8,硼酸5~10,辛癸酸4~6,聚醚6~14,苯甲酸钠2~4,苯并三氮唑0.5~1以及水17~54.5。
本发明同时提供一种环保型高清洁切削液的生产工艺:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、取三乙醇胺以及二乙醇胺加热到60℃,加入硼酸、二元酸边加边搅拌,升温至100℃,使溶液变得清澈透明即可;
步骤二、取水,加入苯甲酸钠充分溶解后依次加入聚醚、辛癸酸以及苯并三氮唑,边加边搅拌至溶液清澈透明即可得到环保型高清洁切削液。

1.一种环保型高清洁切削液,其特征是:由以下质量份的原料组成:三乙醇胺20~30,二乙醇胺2~10,二元酸3~8,硼酸5~10,辛癸酸4~6,聚醚6~14,苯甲酸钠2~4,苯并三氮唑0.5~1以及水17~54.5。
2.一种制备如权利要求1所述环保型高清洁切削液的方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、取三乙醇胺以及二乙醇胺加热到60℃,加入硼酸、二元酸边加边搅拌,升温至100℃,使溶液变得清澈透明即可;
步骤二、取水,加入苯甲酸钠充分溶解后依次加入聚醚、辛癸酸以及苯并三氮唑,边加边搅拌至溶液清澈透明即可得到环保型高清洁切削液。
