技术领域
本发明属于金属切削加工技术领域,特别涉及抗氧化防锈润滑切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属切削加工时,通常采用切削液来冷却和润滑刀具。传统切削液产品存在以下缺陷:一是由于含有亚硝酸盐不利于环境保护和人体健康;二是传统的切削液产品抗氧化效果差、易变质、贮存时间短,防锈效果差,致使工件和刀具易生锈,降低了工件和刀具使用时间。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种抗氧化防锈润滑切削液,该切削液不仅抗氧化效果好、不易变质、贮存时间长、防锈效果好,从而使工件和刀具不易生锈,延长了刀具使用时间,而且无毒无味,对人体无害。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明抗氧化防锈润滑切削液,由以下质量份的原料组成:乙二醇3~5,妥尔油酸钠盐4~5,聚山梨酯-80 2~3,二壬基萘磺酸锌2~3,三乙醇胺油酸皂1~2,二硬酯胺2~3,二甲基硅油0.6~1.2,双十四碳醇酯3~4,月桂酸2~3,助剂4~6以及水150~180;助剂由以下质量份的原料组成:分散剂NNO 1~2,聚甘油脂肪酸0.4~0.6,松焦油3~4,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇1~2,高耐磨炭黑2~4,硅油4~6,植酸2~3,乙酰丙酮2~3,山梨糖醇1~2,硫脲2~3,二异丙醇胺0.4~0.7,消泡剂0.2~0.4以及水40~50。
本发明同时提供一种抗氧化防锈润滑切削液的生产工艺:包括如下步骤:
(1)助剂的制备
步骤一、将分散剂NNO、聚甘油脂肪酸、山梨糖醇加到水中,加热至50~60℃,搅拌均匀后加入消泡剂备用;
步骤二、将松焦油、硅油、植酸、高耐磨炭黑、乙酰丙酮混合加热至40~50℃,搅拌均匀后将步骤一中的产物缓慢加入,以300~400r/min的转速搅拌,加料结束后加热至70~80℃,并在1800~2000r/min下高速搅拌10~15min,再加入2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇,硫脲以及二异丙醇胺,继续搅拌5~10min即可;
(2)抗氧化防锈润滑切削液的制备
步骤三、将妥尔油酸钠盐、三乙醇胺油酸皂、聚山梨酯-80和双十四碳醇酯混合,加热至30~50℃,搅拌反应20~40min后得到混合物A;
步骤四、将水煮沸后迅速冷却至70~80℃,再加入二硬酯胺和月桂酸搅拌均匀,然后加入助剂在800~900r/min下搅拌反应40~60min,得到混合物B;
步骤五、将步骤四中的混合物B边搅拌边缓慢加入至步骤三种的混合物A中,将温度控制在40~55℃,搅拌均匀后加入乙二醇,二壬基萘磺酸锌,二甲基硅油以及助剂,在1400~1600r/min下高速搅拌20~30min后过滤即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本品抗氧化效果好,不易变质,贮存时间长,防锈效果好,使工件和刀具不易生锈,延长了使用时间,此外,还具有优良的润滑性能,减少工件之间的摩擦,保护刀具。

实施例1,本发明抗氧化防锈润滑切削液,由以下质量份的原料组成:乙二醇3~5,妥尔油酸钠盐4~5,聚山梨酯-80 2~3,二壬基萘磺酸锌2~3,三乙醇胺油酸皂1~2,二硬酯胺2~3,二甲基硅油0.6~1.2,双十四碳醇酯3~4,月桂酸2~3,助剂4~6以及水150~180;助剂由以下质量份的原料组成:分散剂NNO 1~2,聚甘油脂肪酸0.4~0.6,松焦油3~4,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇1~2,高耐磨炭黑2~4,硅油4~6,植酸2~3,乙酰丙酮2~3,山梨糖醇1~2,硫脲2~3,二异丙醇胺0.4~0.7,消泡剂0.2~0.4以及水40~50。

1.一种抗氧化防锈润滑切削液,其特征是:由以下质量份的原料组成:乙二醇3~5,妥尔油酸钠盐4~5,聚山梨酯-80 2~3,二壬基萘磺酸锌2~3,三乙醇胺油酸皂1~2,二硬酯胺2~3,二甲基硅油0.6~1.2,双十四碳醇酯3~4,月桂酸2~3,助剂4~6以及水150~180;助剂由以下质量份的原料组成:分散剂NNO 1~2,聚甘油脂肪酸0.4~0.6,松焦油3~4,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇1~2,高耐磨炭黑2~4,硅油4~6,植酸2~3,乙酰丙酮2~3,山梨糖醇1~2,硫脲2~3,二异丙醇胺0.4~0.7,消泡剂0.2~0.4以及水40~50。
2.一种制备如权利要求1所述抗氧化防锈润滑切削液的方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
(1)助剂的制备
步骤一、将分散剂NNO、聚甘油脂肪酸、山梨糖醇加到水中,加热至50~60℃,搅拌均匀后加入消泡剂备用;
步骤二、将松焦油、硅油、植酸、高耐磨炭黑、乙酰丙酮混合加热至40~50℃,搅拌均匀后将步骤一中的产物缓慢加入,以300~400r/min的转速搅拌,加料结束后加热至70~80℃,并在1800~2000r/min下高速搅拌10~15min,再加入2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇,硫脲以及二异丙醇胺,继续搅拌5~10min即可;
(2)抗氧化防锈润滑切削液的制备
步骤三、将妥尔油酸钠盐、三乙醇胺油酸皂、聚山梨酯-80和双十四碳醇酯混合,加热至30~50℃,搅拌反应20~40min后得到混合物A;
步骤四、将水煮沸后迅速冷却至70~80℃,再加入二硬酯胺和月桂酸搅拌均匀,然后加入助剂在800~900r/min下搅拌反应40~60min,得到混合物B;
步骤五、将步骤四中的混合物B边搅拌边缓慢加入至步骤三种的混合物A中,将温度控制在40~55℃,搅拌均匀后加入乙二醇,二壬基萘磺酸锌,二甲基硅油以及助剂,在1400~1600r/min下高速搅拌20~30min后过滤即可。
