Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法,依次进行以下步骤:在100℃下热熔交联聚乙烯发泡材料;在交联聚乙烯发泡材料中设置闭孔结构;在交联聚乙烯发泡材料中添加阻燃剂从而形成隔声层;在180℃下热熔硬泡聚氨酯材料形成保温层;在保温层外设置无纺布的抗拉层;在隔声层外设置玻纤布的抗拉层。本发明解决了现有技术存在的厂房材料对降噪功能和保温功能无法兼得的问题,提供一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法,其应用时提供环保、加工方便、成本低、保温隔声效果好的聚氨酯保温降噪隔声复合垫,可消除厂房内的噪声,同时对厂房进行保温。

一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及厂房材料,具体涉及一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法。
背景技术
现在人们对居家生活品质要求越来越高,楼层地面的撞击声改善和保温性能提升成为建筑上的必然要求,现用于楼板上进行撞击声改善和保温的材料主要是:1.挤塑聚苯板,以聚苯乙烯为原料制成,不吸水,且导热系数较低。2.XPE或IXPE材质,用低密度聚乙烯树脂加交联剂和发泡剂经过高温连续发泡而成,对撞击声具有一定的改善效果,但是用于楼板保温效果较差,导热系数较高。3.陶粒混凝土,由胶凝材料和轻骨料配制而成的,耐热防火性较好,但无法对楼板撞击声改善的效果不佳,并且对施工工艺要求较高,容易发生表面开裂现象。综上,现有技术导致现有建筑材料用于楼板撞击声改善和保温性能提升项目存在着成本高、施工工艺复杂、技术参数要求不足、面层易出现开裂现象等情况。
发明内容
本发明解决了现有技术存在的厂房材料对降噪功能和保温功能无法兼得的问题,提供一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法,其应用时提供环保、加工方便、成本低、保温隔声效果好的聚氨酯保温降噪隔声复合垫,可消除厂房内的噪声,同时对厂房进行保温。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法,依次进行以下步骤:
A:在100℃下热熔交联聚乙烯发泡材料;
B:在交联聚乙烯发泡材料中设置闭孔结构;
C:在交联聚乙烯发泡材料中添加阻燃剂从而形成隔声层;
D:在180℃下热熔硬泡聚氨酯材料形成保温层;
E:在保温层外设置无纺布的抗拉层;
F:在隔声层外设置玻纤布的抗拉层。
进一步的,一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法,所述步骤C中的隔声层的厚度为6mm。
进一步的,一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法,所述步骤D中的保温层厚度为10mm。
进一步的,一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法,所述步骤E中的抗拉层与保温层在100℃下热熔复合而成。
进一步的,一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法,所述步骤F中的抗拉层与隔声层在120℃下热熔复合而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明提供环保、加工方便、成本低、保温隔声效果好的聚氨酯保温降噪隔声复合垫,可消除厂房内的噪声,同时对厂房进行保温。
2、本发明可以改善撞击声和低导热系数的双重优点,避免了因现有技术缺点而导致通过不同效果材料堆叠来达到同时满足两种性能要求的厂房制造方法,降低了楼板层高对整体空间的占用量,增大了用户的实际居住空间。
3、本发明降低了施工材料成本,降低了楼板表面开裂现象发生的概率。

实施例
一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法,依次进行以下步骤:在100℃下热熔交联聚乙烯发泡材料;在交联聚乙烯发泡材料中设置闭孔结构;在交联聚乙烯发泡材料中添加阻燃剂从而形成隔声层;在180℃下热熔硬泡聚氨酯材料形成保温层;在保温层外设置无纺布的抗拉层;在隔声层外设置玻纤布的抗拉层。其中:所述步骤C中的隔声层的厚度为6mm。所述步骤D中的保温层厚度为10mm。所述步骤E中的抗拉层与保温层在100℃下热熔复合而成。所述步骤F中的抗拉层与隔声层在120℃下热熔复合而成。
本发明提供环保、加工方便、成本低、保温隔声效果好的聚氨酯保温降噪隔声复合垫,可消除厂房内的噪声,同时对厂房进行保温。可以改善撞击声和低导热系数的双重优点,避免了因现有技术缺点而导致通过不同效果材料堆叠来达到同时满足两种性能要求的厂房制造方法,降低了楼板层高对整体空间的占用量,增大了用户的实际居住空间。降低了施工材料成本,降低了楼板表面开裂现象发生的概率。

A:在100℃下热熔交联聚乙烯发泡材料;
B:在交联聚乙烯发泡材料中设置闭孔结构;
C:在交联聚乙烯发泡材料中添加阻燃剂从而形成隔声层;
D:在180℃下热熔硬泡聚氨酯材料形成保温层;
E:在保温层外设置无纺布的抗拉层;
F:在隔声层外设置玻纤布的抗拉层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤C中的隔声层的厚度为6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于厂房的降噪隔声材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤D中的保温层厚度为10mm。
