本发明公开了一种双行光电分切机,包括上行分切组、下行分切组及分切机构,所述上行分切组包括上行放卷机构和上行收卷机构,所述下行分切组包括下行放卷机构和下行收卷机构,所述分切机构包括圆形转动切刀,所述上行分切组及下行分切组共用同一圆形转动切刀,所述分切机构还包括上行压辊及下行压辊,所述上行压辊及下行压辊均包括有分布于圆形转动切刀两侧的两部分,所述上行压辊与下行压辊相对于圆形转动切刀的轴线对称,所述上行压辊轴线与圆形转动切刀轴线之间的距离小于二者半径之和,本发明整体占用空间不变,但分切处理量为原本两倍,利用率较高。

技术领域
本发明属于分切机领域,更具体的说涉及一种双行光电分切机。
背景技术
分切机是一种将宽幅纸张、云母带或薄膜分切成多条窄幅材料的机械设备,常用于造纸机械、电线电缆云母带及印刷包装机械。分切机主要的运用于:无纺布;云母带、纸张、绝缘材料及各种薄膜材料分切、特别适宜于窄带(无纺布,纸张,绝缘材料、云母带、薄膜等等)的分切。
光电分切机通常包括放卷机构和收卷机构,在其二者之间还设置有光电纠偏器、切刀及张力控制机构等,目前切刀有采用圆形转动切刀和条状固定切刀,对于圆形转动切刀来说,在分切机运行时,产品单向运行,圆形转动切刀圆周运转,但实际起到分切作用的部分非常小,利用率较低,特别是对于工厂内一整条流水线来说,单独的切刀也需要占用一定空间,如利用率较底则造成一定的空间浪费。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种整体占用空间不变,但分切处理量为原本两倍,利用率较高的双行光电分切机。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种双行光电分切机,包括上行分切组、下行分切组及分切机构,所述上行分切组包括上行放卷机构和上行收卷机构,所述下行分切组包括下行放卷机构和下行收卷机构,所述分切机构包括圆形转动切刀,所述上行分切组及下行分切组共用同一圆形转动切刀。
进一步的所述分切机构还包括上行压辊及下行压辊,所述上行压辊及下行压辊均包括有分布于圆形转动切刀两侧的两部分,所述上行压辊与下行压辊相对于圆形转动切刀的轴线对称,所述上行压辊轴线与圆形转动切刀轴线之间的距离小于二者半径之和。
进一步的所述上行压辊及下行压辊表面设置有磨砂层。
进一步的所述上行分切组与下行分切组运行方向相反,所述圆形转动切刀的侧面设置有吸尘风道。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过设置上型分切组和下行分切组,在同一空间内设置两组,且公用同一圆形转动切刀,整体空间利用率较高,达到现有技术的2倍,且对圆形转动切刀更高效的利用,使其转动时同时对两组产品进行分切。

具体实施方式
通过图1至图3对本发明双行光电分切机作进一步的说明。
一种双行光电分切机,包括上行分切组、下行分切组及分切机构,所述上行分切组包括上行放卷机构1和上行收卷机构2,所述下行分切组包括下行放卷机构3和下行收卷机构4,所述分切机构包括圆形转动切刀9,所述上行分切组及下行分切组共用同一圆形转动切刀9。
优选的所述上行分切组与下行分切组运行方向相反,所述圆形转动切刀9的侧面设置有吸尘风道10。
优选的所述分切机构还包括上行压辊7及下行压辊8,所述上行压辊7及下行压辊8均包括有分布于圆形转动切刀9两侧的两部分,所述上行压辊7与下行压辊8相对于圆形转动切刀9的轴线对称,所述上行压辊7轴线与圆形转动切刀9轴线之间的距离小于二者半径之和。
优选的所述上行压辊7及下行压辊8表面设置有磨砂层。
如图1所示,运行时上行分切组的产品由左向右沿a方向运行,下行分切组的产品由右向左沿b方向运行,圆形转动切刀9沿c方向圆形,利用上行压辊7和下行压辊8分别将上行产品5和下行产品6挤压至圆形转动切刀9处,保证圆形转动切刀9能够直接分切产品,圆形转动切刀9转动时能够同时对双行的产品进行分切,利用率高;如图2所示,分切时产生大量的粉尘碎屑等垃圾,这部分垃圾将在上行产品5和下行产品6之间,利用吸尘风道10将产生的垃圾分别吸出,防止飘落在下行产品6上而影响质量,同时利用上行和下行同时分切,下行产品6能够阻止上行的粉尘碎屑由下方飘出,同时上行产品5能够阻止下行的粉尘碎屑由上方飘出,自然形成封闭区间,加上吸尘风道10效果更加,防止工作人员吸入大量粉尘影响身体健康。

1.一种双行光电分切机,其特征是:包括上行分切组、下行分切组及分切机构,所述上行分切组包括上行放卷机构和上行收卷机构,所述下行分切组包括下行放卷机构和下行收卷机构,所述分切机构包括圆形转动切刀,所述上行分切组及下行分切组共用同一圆形转动切刀,上行产品和下行产品分别由圆形转动切刀的上下两侧通过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双行光电分切机,其特征是:所述分切机构还包括上行压辊及下行压辊,所述上行压辊及下行压辊均包括有分布于圆形转动切刀两侧的两部分,所述上行压辊与下行压辊相对于圆形转动切刀的轴线对称,所述上行压辊轴线与圆形转动切刀轴线之间的距离小于二者半径之和。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双行光电分切机,其特征是:所述上行压辊及下行压辊表面设置有磨砂层。
4.根据权利要求2所述的双行光电分切机,其特征是:所述上行分切组与下行分切组运行方向相反,所述圆形转动切刀的侧面设置有吸尘风道。
