本发明公开了一种婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉,该婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉由以下重量份数的原料制成:小米粉60‑100份、鹰嘴豆粉40‑50份、大豆粉20‑30份、香蕉粉10‑15份、黑芝麻粉5‑10份、核桃粉5‑10份。本发明的婴儿米粉营养全面、均衡,易于消化吸收,可增强婴儿肠胃功能,利于婴儿体质发育。

本发明涉及一种婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉,属于食品领域。
背景技术
小米营养丰富、易消化吸收,是中华民族传统的食物。小米中粗蛋白质平均含量为11.42%,高于小麦、大米、水稻和玉米。小米中的人体必需氨基酸含量较为合理,其人体必需氨基酸指数分别比大米、小麦面、玉米高41%、65%和51.5%,同联合国粮农组织和国际卫生组织要求的量很接近。小米的粗脂肪含量平均为4.28%,高于大米和小米粉,不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸的85%,有利于防治人的动脉硬化。小米中铁、锌、铜、镁、硒等矿物质的含量均超过大米、小麦粉和玉米,使小米具有补血、壮体、防止克山病和大骨节病等作用。小米的食用粗纤维是大米的5倍,可促进人体消化和肠胃健康。总之,小米的上述营养品质使其成为孕妇、儿童和病人的良好营养食品,这已被世界所公认,小米资源作为营养膳食的开发利用具有非常重要的意义。
婴儿对食物中热能、蛋白质、脂质、糖类、氨基酸、矿物质和维生素等营养成份的要求具备其特殊性。一方面,婴儿出生4个月后,母乳或牛奶中的营养物质已经不能满足婴儿快速成长的需求,需及时添加谷物等辅食,可以补充营养元素的需求,确保婴儿健康成长。另一方面,婴儿肠胃发育不全,对营养物质的消化吸收具备较高选择性。所以,婴儿辅食的要求需要针对婴儿自身发育特点和营养需求而进行有针对性的制作。
小米在作为婴儿辅食原料方面具备其独特优越性,小米富含一般粮食中所缺乏的胡萝卜素,小米所含维生素B1位居所有粮食之首,它是维持大脑活力、神经组织的正常功能、血液的循环流通、胃肠道的消化吸收等必不可少的营养素。小米所含膳食纤维性质柔软,容易烹熟,口感好,易消化,适合肠胃功能较弱的婴幼儿食用。小米富含铁、锌、磷等矿物质,对婴幼儿补血、壮体、防止克山病和大骨节病等带来帮助。小米含丰富的蛋白质和必需氨基酸,小米蛋白属低过敏性蛋白,是一种安全性较高、适合婴幼儿的理想食品基料。
鹰嘴豆是世界上栽培面积较大的食用豆类植物之一,在我国新疆已有2500年的生长历史,是世界第二大消费豆类。鹰嘴豆具有很高的营养、食用、医疗价值。鹰嘴豆粉易于吸收消化,是婴儿和老年人的营养食品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种营养全面、易于消化吸收的婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉。
本发明所述的一种婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉,由以下重量份数的原料制成:小米粉60-100份、鹰嘴豆粉40-50份、大豆粉20-30份、香蕉粉10-15份、黑芝麻粉5-10份、核桃粉5-10份。
本发明所述的一种婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉的制作方法如下:
(1)按比例称量原料小米粉、鹰嘴豆粉、大豆粉、香蕉粉、黑芝麻粉和核桃粉,搅拌混匀;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合物与水按重量比1∶2-3.5的比例加入水,搅拌均匀后在100℃下蒸煮25-35min,获得混合熟料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得熟料,用100-120目筛网过滤;
(4)将步骤(3)所得熟料,用干燥机在烘干120-140℃下烘干15-20min;
(5)将步骤(4)所得烘干灭菌后包装。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉营养全面、均衡,易于消化吸收,可增强婴儿肠胃功能,利于婴儿体质发育。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
一种婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉,由以下重量份数的原料制成:小米粉80份、鹰嘴豆粉408份、大豆粉20份、香蕉粉10份、黑芝麻粉5份、核桃粉5份。
具体制作方法如下:
(1)按比例称量原料小米粉、鹰嘴豆粉、大豆粉、香蕉粉、黑芝麻粉和核桃粉,搅拌混匀;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合物与水按重量比1∶2的比例加入水,搅拌均匀后在100℃下蒸煮25min,获得混合熟料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得熟料,用100目筛网过滤;
(4)将步骤(3)所得熟料,用干燥机在烘干120℃下烘干20min;
(5)将步骤(4)所得烘干灭菌后包装。
实施例二:
一种婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉,由以下重量份数的原料制成:小米粉100份、鹰嘴豆粉50份、大豆粉30份、香蕉粉15份、黑芝麻粉10份、核桃粉10份。
具体制作方法如下:
(1)按比例称量原料小米粉、鹰嘴豆粉、大豆粉、香蕉粉、黑芝麻粉和核桃粉,搅拌混匀;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合物与水按重量比1∶3.5的比例加入水,搅拌均匀后在100℃下蒸煮25-35min,获得混合熟料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得熟料,用120目筛网过滤;
(4)将步骤(3)所得熟料,用干燥机在烘干130℃下烘干15min;
(5)将步骤(4)所得烘干灭菌后包装。

1.一种婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉,其特征在于,所述的婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉由以下重量份数的原料制成:小米粉60-100份、鹰嘴豆粉40-50份、大豆粉20-30份、香蕉粉10-15份、黑芝麻粉5-10份、核桃粉5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿鹰嘴豆米粉,其特征在于,具体制作方法如下:
(1)按比例称量原料小米粉、鹰嘴豆粉、大豆粉、香蕉粉、黑芝麻粉和核桃粉,搅拌混匀;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合物与水按重量比1∶2-3.5的比例加入水,搅拌均匀后在100℃下蒸煮25-35min,获得混合熟料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得熟料,用100-120目筛网过滤;
(4)将步骤(3)所得熟料,用干燥机在烘干120-140℃下烘干15-20min;
(5)将步骤(4)所得烘干灭菌后包装。
