本发明提供一种智能路灯,包括:灯具,所述灯具安装在灯杆上,所述灯具通过弧形支撑杆和横拉杆安装在升降装置上,所述升降装置、横拉杆、弧形支撑杆组成三角形支撑结构,所述灯具包括灯具壳体,所述灯具壳体内设有灯具安装腔,所述灯具安装腔内设有灯具安装板,灯具安装板上设有照明控制电路板,所述灯具壳体一侧设有红外检测装置,红外检测装置安装在照明控制电路板与电源之间,红外检测装置上串联有光线强度检测装置,照明控制电路板上设有延时电路,本发明红外检测装置安装在照明控制电路板与电源之间,红外检测装置上串联有光线强度检测装置,可以在光线昏暗时,同时有人需要照明时,才打开灯光,能够大大节约能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明设备技术领域,具体为一种智能路灯。
背景技术
路灯在人们的日常生活中起到很大的作用,方便了人们晚上的出行;然而现有的路灯多为人工去控制开关时间,人为操作的东西就难免会出现差错,有时会延误开灯时间,造成人们出行不便,有时会天亮时忘记关灯,造成电能浪费,当有特殊天气,如阴天下雨下雾时需要开灯时,也难免会忘记开灯,现有的路灯在夏季以及亮灯时间长时,灯头内部温度很高,不能自行降温,会造成电子元器件的老化加速,降低了路灯的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种智能路灯,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种智能路灯,包括:灯具,所述灯具安装在灯杆上,所述灯杆安装在灯杆固定座上,所述灯具通过弧形支撑杆和横拉杆安装在升降装置上,所述升降装置、横拉杆、弧形支撑杆组成三角形支撑结构,灯杆一侧设有升降槽,升降装置安装在升降槽内,所述灯具包括灯具壳体,所述灯具壳体内设有灯具安装腔,所述灯具安装腔内设有灯具安装板,灯具安装板上设有照明控制电路板,所述照明控制电路板上设有LED照明颗粒,所述灯具安装板通过灯具固定板安装在灯具壳体内,所述灯具固定板两侧设有通风散热孔,所述灯具固定板上侧设有石墨烯散热涂层,石墨烯散热涂层上侧设有散热翅片,所述灯具壳体一侧设有红外检测装置,红外检测装置安装在照明控制电路板与电源之间,红外检测装置上串联有光线强度检测装置,照明控制电路板上设有延时电路。
所述通风散热孔上侧设有散热风扇,散热风扇通过散热风扇固定支架安装在灯具壳体与灯具固定板之间,散热风扇倾斜设置。
所述照明控制电路板与灯具安装板之间设有透镜固定板,透镜固定板外端设有散光透镜,散光透镜外侧设有散光透镜凸起。
所述升降装置包括固定壳体,灯具安装在固定壳体上,所述固定壳体一侧设有升降支撑杆,升降支撑杆安装在升降槽内,所述升降支撑杆一侧设有驱动齿,升降支撑杆上设有传动齿轮,传动齿轮一侧与升降支撑杆上的驱动齿连接、另一侧连接于驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮安装在驱动电机上,升降支撑杆上端设有升降固定孔,旋转支撑轴安装在升降固定孔上。
所述驱动电机通过电机固定座安装在固定壳体上,传动齿轮通过传动齿轮固定轴安装在固定壳体上。
所述升降支撑杆两端设有升降支撑杆固定头,升降支撑杆固定头通过升降支撑杆固定座安装在升降槽内。
与已公开技术相比,本发明存在以下优点:本发明红外检测装置安装在照明控制电路板与电源之间,红外检测装置上串联有光线强度检测装置,可以在光线昏暗时,同时有人需要照明时,才打开灯光,能够大大节约能源。

如图1-3所示,一种智能路灯,包括:灯具1,所述灯具1安装在灯杆4上,所述灯杆4安装在灯杆固定座7上,所述灯具1通过弧形支撑杆2和横拉杆3安装在升降装置5上,所述升降装置5、横拉杆3、弧形支撑杆2组成三角形支撑结构,灯杆4一侧设有升降槽6,升降装置5安装在升降槽6内,所述灯具包括灯具壳体11,所述灯具壳体11内设有灯具安装腔12,所述灯具安装腔12内设有灯具安装板112,灯具安装板112上设有照明控制电路板17,所述照明控制电路板17上设有LED照明颗粒110,所述灯具安装板112通过灯具固定板113安装在灯具壳体11内,所述灯具固定板113两侧设有通风散热孔15,所述灯具固定板113上侧设有石墨烯散热涂层16,石墨烯散热涂层16上侧设有散热翅片13,所述灯具壳体11一侧设有红外检测装置114,红外检测装置114安装在照明控制电路板17与电源之间,红外检测装置114上串联有光线强度检测装置115,照明控制电路板17上设有延时电路。
所述通风散热孔15上侧设有散热风扇14,散热风扇14通过散热风扇固定支架安装在灯具壳体11与灯具固定板113之间,散热风扇14倾斜设置。
所述照明控制电路板17与灯具安装板112之间设有透镜固定板111,透镜固定板11外端设有散光透镜18,散光透镜18外侧设有散光透镜凸起19。
所述升降装置5包括固定壳体51,灯具1安装在固定壳体51上,所述固定壳体51一侧设有升降支撑杆58,升降支撑杆58安装在升降槽6内,所述升降支撑杆58一侧设有驱动齿,升降支撑杆58上设有传动齿轮26,传动齿轮26一侧与升降支撑杆58上的驱动齿连接、另一侧连接于驱动齿轮52,驱动齿轮52安装在驱动电机53上,升降支撑杆58上端设有升降固定孔59,旋转支撑轴7安装在升降固定孔59上。
所述驱动电机53通过电机固定座54安装在固定壳体51上,传动齿轮26通过传动齿轮固定轴57安装在固定壳体51上。
所述升降支撑杆58两端设有升降支撑杆固定头55,升降支撑杆固定头55通过升降支撑杆固定座59安装在升降槽6内。
本发明通过在灯具壳体11一侧设有红外检测装置114,红外检测装置114安装在照明控制电路板17与电源之间,红外检测装置114上串联有光线强度检测装置115,可以在光线昏暗时,同时有人需要照明时,才打开灯光,能够大大节约能源。
灯具1通过弧形支撑杆2和横拉杆3安装在升降装置5上,升降装置5、横拉杆3、弧形支撑杆2组成三角形支撑结构,安装结构稳定、坚固耐用,安全系数高,而且,灯杆4一侧设有升降槽6,升降装置5安装在升降槽6内,升降支撑杆58一侧设有驱动齿,升降支撑杆58上设有传动齿轮26,传动齿轮26一侧与升降支撑杆58上的驱动齿连接、另一侧连接于驱动齿轮52,驱动齿轮52安装在驱动电机53上,可以精度控制照明高度,同时,方便更换、维修,使用非常方便。
灯具固定板113两侧设有通风散热孔15,可以防潮、防雨水,而且,所述灯具固定板113上侧设有石墨烯散热涂层16,石墨烯散热涂层16上侧设有散热翅片13,能够使照明单元快速散热,提高灯具使用寿命,另外,通风散热孔15上侧设有散热风扇14,散热风扇14通过散热风扇固定支架安装在灯具壳体11与灯具固定板113之间,散热风扇14倾斜设置,能够将散发出的热量快速排出灯体,提高整体使用寿命。

1.一种智能路灯,包括:灯具,所述灯具安装在灯杆上,所述灯杆安装在灯杆固定座上,其特征在于:所述灯具通过弧形支撑杆和横拉杆安装在升降装置上,所述升降装置、横拉杆、弧形支撑杆组成三角形支撑结构,灯杆一侧设有升降槽,升降装置安装在升降槽内,所述灯具包括灯具壳体,所述灯具壳体内设有灯具安装腔,所述灯具安装腔内设有灯具安装板,灯具安装板上设有照明控制电路板,所述照明控制电路板上设有LED照明颗粒,所述灯具安装板通过灯具固定板安装在灯具壳体内,所述灯具固定板两侧设有通风散热孔,所述灯具固定板上侧设有石墨烯散热涂层,石墨烯散热涂层上侧设有散热翅片,所述灯具壳体一侧设有红外检测装置,红外检测装置安装在照明控制电路板与电源之间,红外检测装置上串联有光线强度检测装置,照明控制电路板上设有延时电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能路灯,其特征在于:所述通风散热孔上侧设有散热风扇,散热风扇通过散热风扇固定支架安装在灯具壳体与灯具固定板之间,散热风扇倾斜设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能路灯,其特征在于:所述照明控制电路板与灯具安装板之间设有透镜固定板,透镜固定板外端设有散光透镜,散光透镜外侧设有散光透镜凸起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能路灯,其特征在于:所述升降装置包括固定壳体,灯具安装在固定壳体上,所述固定壳体一侧设有升降支撑杆,升降支撑杆安装在升降槽内,所述升降支撑杆一侧设有驱动齿,升降支撑杆上设有传动齿轮,传动齿轮一侧与升降支撑杆上的驱动齿连接、另一侧连接于驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮安装在驱动电机上,升降支撑杆上端设有升降固定孔,旋转支撑轴安装在升降固定孔上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种智能路灯,其特征在于:所述驱动电机通过电机固定座安装在固定壳体上,传动齿轮通过传动齿轮固定轴安装在固定壳体上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种智能路灯,其特征在于:所述升降支撑杆两端设有升降支撑杆固定头,升降支撑杆固定头通过升降支撑杆固定座安装在升降槽内。
