本发明属于灯泡用具技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温一体式LED灯泡。本发明公开了耐高温一体式LED灯泡,包括灯座,所述的灯座上设置有灯头,灯头上设置有陶瓷基板,所述的陶瓷基板上一次封装有LED灯,所述的灯座上二次封装有玻壳,所述的陶瓷基板和LED灯设置于玻壳内,所述的玻壳内充有惰性气体。本发明的有益效果是:绿色节能、使用寿命长、耐高温,适合微波炉,电蒸箱,蒸汽烤箱,烤箱内照明,节能,安装简便。

技术领域
本发明属于灯泡用具技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温一体式LED灯泡。
背景技术
随着社会对绿色环保节能的要求越来越迫切,同时因为耐高温钨丝灯虽然高温下性能良好,但是发热大,功耗大,寿命有限。LED 灯泡采用半导体照明,发热,功耗,寿命有着传统钨丝灯无法比拟的优势。但是耐高温能力欠缺。而且目前的灯座、灯头和底座之间都不是一体结构,在使用的时候需要人工安装上去。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决以上所述的技术问题,提供一种绿色节能、使用寿命长、耐高温,适合微波炉,电蒸箱,蒸汽烤箱,烤箱内照明,节能,安装简便的耐高温一体式 LED 灯泡,其技术方案如下:
耐高温一体式LED灯泡,包括灯座,其特征在于,所述的灯座上设置有灯头,灯头上设置有陶瓷基板,所述的陶瓷基板上一次封装有LED灯,所述的灯座上二次封装有玻壳,所述的陶瓷基板和LED灯设置于玻壳内,所述的玻壳内充有惰性气体。
优选方式为,所述的玻壳为高硼玻璃玻壳。
优选方式为,所述的灯座下部设置有插座底板,插座底板、灯座、灯头为一体式结构。
本发明提供的耐高温一体式LED灯泡,在使用的时候,陶瓷基板可以使得灯泡产生的热量散热更加的快。LED灯使得整个灯泡寿命使用更长,更加的绿色节能。惰性气体可以使得整个灯泡更加的耐高温。
本发明采用的一体式结构使得安装简便。
本发明的有益效果是:绿色节能、使用寿命长、耐高温,适合微波炉,电蒸箱,蒸汽烤箱,烤箱内照明,节能,安装简便。

下面结合图1具体说明实施例:
耐高温一体式LED灯泡,包括灯座1,其特征在于,所述的灯座1上设置有灯头2,灯头2上设置有陶瓷基板3,所述的陶瓷基板3上一次封装有LED灯4,所述的灯座上二次封装有玻壳5,所述的陶瓷基板和LED灯设置于玻壳内,所述的玻壳内充有惰性气体6。
优选方式为,所述的玻壳为高硼玻璃玻壳。
优选方式为,所述的灯座下部设置有插座底板7,插座底板、灯座、灯头为一体式结构。
本发明提供的耐高温一体式LED灯泡,在使用的时候,陶瓷基板可以使得灯泡产生的热量散热更加的快。LED灯使得整个灯泡寿命使用更长,更加的绿色节能。惰性气体可以使得整个灯泡更加的耐高温。
目前的灯泡在使用时温度达到70度左右,如果温度高于70度的时候,整个灯泡的使用寿命会大大缩短。而本发明的灯泡使用温度可以达到150度,在150度的高温下使用时间可以达到1000个小时。

1.耐高温一体式LED灯泡,包括灯座,其特征在于,所述的灯座上设置有灯头,灯头上设置有陶瓷基板,所述的陶瓷基板上一次封装有LED灯,所述的灯座上二次封装有玻壳,所述的陶瓷基板和LED灯设置于玻壳内,所述的玻壳内充有惰性气体。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐高温一体式LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述的玻壳为高硼玻璃玻壳。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐高温一体式LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述的灯座下部设置有插座底板,插座底板、灯座、灯头为一体式结构。
