Example 12
The car washing liquids of examples 1-11 and comparative examples 1-4 are constructed in the following steps: the construction process comprises the following steps: the vehicle adopts a black Toyota crown, the vehicle age is 5 years, the product is diluted by 200 times, and after the vehicle is washed in a conventional manner, the detergency, the effective time, the hydrophobic effect, the glossiness and the anti-fouling performance of the vehicle washing liquid are tested after the vehicle is naturally dried. The hydrophobic effect is measured by the water film breaking time, and the shorter the time is, the better the hydrophobic effect is; the glossiness is divided into five grades from 1 to 5, and the larger the numerical value of the grade is, the higher the glossiness is; the anti-fouling performance is divided into five grades from 1 to 5, the larger the numerical value of the grade is, the better the anti-fouling performance is, and the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the car washing liquid disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good detergency, long effective time, good hydrophobic property, good glazing property and good anti-fouling property as can be seen from comparison between examples 1-11 and comparative example 4. As can be seen from the comparison between examples 2-6 and comparative examples 1-3, the car washing liquid added with the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane has better hydrophobic effect, glossiness and anti-fouling performance than the car washing liquid not added with the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane; and the weight ratio of the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane A to the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane B is as follows: amino-modified polydimethylsiloxane a: when the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane B is 2: 3-3: 2, the glossiness and the anti-fouling performance are better, and especially, the weight ratio of the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane A to the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane B is as follows: amino-modified polydimethylsiloxane a: when the ratio of amino modified polydimethylsiloxane B to 1:1 is equal to 1, the combination of glossiness and antifouling performance is optimal. From a comparison of examples 2, 7 and 8, it can be seen that the detergency is stronger when the surfactant A is a mixture of alkyl glycoside and polyquaternium-80, especially the weight ratio of alkyl glycoside to polyquaternium-80 is: alkyl glycoside: the best detergency is obtained when polyquaternium-80 is 5: 3.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. The concentrated multifunctional cleaning and maintaining car washing liquid is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 2-10 parts of amino modified polydimethylsiloxane, 15-20 parts of surfactant, 0.5-1.3 parts of acid, 0.1-1 part of chelating agent and 73-85 parts of water;
the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane is a mixture of amino modified polydimethylsiloxane A and amino modified polydimethylsiloxane B; the viscosity of the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane A is 1-500 cps; the viscosity of the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane B is 1000-10000 cps;
the surfactant is a mixture of a surfactant A and a surfactant B; the surfactant A is a mixture of alkyl glycoside and polyquaternium-80; the surfactant B is at least one of a cationic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant and a zwitterionic surfactant; the weight ratio of the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane A to the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane B is as follows: amino-modified polydimethylsiloxane a: amino-modified polydimethylsiloxane B is 2:3 to 3: 2.
2. The concentrated multifunctional cleaning and maintenance vehicle washing liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the amino-modified polydimethylsiloxane A to the amino-modified polydimethylsiloxane B is as follows: amino-modified polydimethylsiloxane a: amino-modified polydimethylsiloxane B ═ 1: 1.
3. the concentrated multifunctional cleaning and maintenance vehicle washing liquid of claim 1, wherein the acid is at least one of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, citric acid, sulfamic acid and methanesulfonic acid.
4. The concentrated multi-functional cleaning and maintenance vehicle washing liquid of claim 3, wherein the acid is acetic acid and/or citric acid.
5. The concentrated multifunctional cleaning and maintenance vehicle washing liquid of claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is at least one of sodium citrate, disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, phosphates, aminocarboxylic acids, organic phosphonic acids, and hydroxycarboxylic acids.
6. The concentrated multifunctional cleaning and maintenance vehicle washing liquid of claim 5, wherein the chelating agent is sodium citrate and/or disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate.
