本发明涉及一种耐高温的润滑剂。
背景技术
芯棒润滑是热轧无缝钢管中金属塑性加工过程的一个重要环节,热轧钢管通过与芯棒穿孔时,它可以提高轧管延伸系数、表面光洁度,延长芯棒使用寿命、降低轧制压力以及能耗、减少或避免轧制事故,因而当前世界各国都在不断改进芯棒润滑剂技术。当前热金属表面的处理主要通过水基石墨润滑剂,但是其所带来的诸多隐患(如导电、难清洗、污染重)日益受到大家关注。相继有一系列的无石墨润滑剂研究方案,但是,其相对润滑性能还存在一定的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有产品中的不足,提供一种耐高温的润滑剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐高温的润滑剂,由以下重量百分比原料制备而成:滑石粉34%,羧甲基纤维素钠0.8%,硅藻土0.6%,焦磷酸钠7%,硬脂酸铝3%,硼砂9%,聚乙二醇9%,硬脂酸单甘油酯0.9%,余量为水。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明改善无石墨润滑剂摩擦系数高的问题,为热轧无缝钢管的水基润滑剂提供一种分散均匀、喷涂容易、耐高温、润滑效果好、易清洗无污染的环保型水基粘土润滑剂。
