本发明公开的是一种车用混合动力装置,主要包括发动机、扭转减震器、第一电机、制动器、车身、行星排、第二电机、第一啮合齿轮、第二啮合齿轮、第一轴、第二轴、第三轴、第四轴;第一电机和第二电机都具有发电和电动两种状态,装置通过采用行星排机构和1个制动器组合执行动作,能够实现单电机纯电动驱动、双电机纯电动驱动、混合动力驱动、制动回馈四种工作状态,以适用车辆不同的运行工况。本发明结构简单,易于制造,便于装配,能够降低系统成本,同时,本系统的可靠性好,便于维护,能够显著降低使用成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆混合动力驱动系统领域,更具体地说是一种车用混合动力装置及其工作方法。
背景技术
车用混合动力总成的发展趋势是高集成度和高电气化。现有混合动力系统中采用行星齿轮的功率分流构型,但大多只能实现单电机纯电动驱动和混联驱动,而不能实现发动机直接驱动。在混联混合动力装置中,如何实现双电机纯电动驱动,是一个比较困难的技术问题。
中国专利授权公告号为:CN105253006B公开的一种车用双模混合动力驱动装置,该发明专利采用行星排机构配合制动器、第一离合器、第二离合器实现单电机纯电动驱动、双电机纯电动驱动、混合动力驱动、发动机单独驱动以及制动回馈等五种工作方式,实现发动机单独驱动工作模式可由多种方式来实现,有效地降低了能耗和生产成本。
但是,该方案中的行星齿轮构型一般电机的转子轴为同轴空心轴结构,输入轴穿过所述电机的空心转子轴,不仅不容易维修,也不易于工程加工,而且也不利于系统装配,系统的可靠性比较差。
发明内容
本发明公开的是一种车用混合动力装置及其工作方法,其主要目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述不足和缺点。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种车用混合动力装置,包括发动机、扭转减震器、制动器、车身、第一轴、第二轴、第三轴、第四轴、行星排、第一啮合齿轮、第二啮合齿轮、第一电机以及第二电机;
所述行星排包括行星排太阳轮、行星排行星轮、行星排行星架以及行星排齿圈;
所述第一电机的转子轴与所述第二轴连接,所述第一啮合齿轮与所述行星排太阳轮相啮合连接,所述第一电机、第二轴以及第一啮合齿轮为一体结构;
所述第二电机的转子轴与所述第三轴连接,所述第二啮合齿轮与所述行星排齿圈相啮合连接,所述第二电机、第三轴以及第二啮合齿轮为一体结构;
所述制动器的一端与所述行星排行星架的前端相固定连接,该制动器的另一端与所述车身相连接设置;
所述第一轴为所述发动机的动力输出轴,该第一轴的一端连接所述扭转减震器,另一端与所述制动器的一端相连接,所述制动器的另一端与所述行星排行星架相连接;
所述第二轴的两端分别与所述第一电机的转子轴和所述第一啮合齿轮相连接;

在单电机纯电动驱动方式下:所述制动器松开,所述发动机不工作,所述第一电机也不工作,所述第二电机以电动机方式工作,第二电机的输出动力经过所述第三轴输出,再经过所述第二啮合齿轮之后通过所述第四轴输出;
在双电机纯电动驱动方式下:所述制动器制动,所述行星排行星架锁止,所述发动机不工作,所述第一轴和所述行星排行星架被固定,所述第一电机以电动机方式工作,所述第二电机以电动机方式工作,上述两个电动机的输出动力耦合后经过所述第四轴输出;
在混合动力驱动方式下:所述制动器松开,所述发动机工作,所述第一电机以发电机方式工作,所述第二电机以电动机方式工作,所述发动机的部分动力直接通过所述行星排齿圈输出,再通过所述第四轴输出;所述第二电机动力经过所述第二啮合齿轮之后,通过所述第四轴输出;
在制动回馈方式下:所述第二电机以发电机方式工作,回收车辆制动动能。
通过上述对本发明的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明采用平行轴结构,由三个输入轴和一个输出轴组成,改变了现有技术中同轴空心轴结构,利用单个行星排机构配合制动器实现单电机纯电动驱动、双电机纯电动驱动、混合动力驱动以及制动回馈等四种工作方式。本方案结构简单,易于制造,便于装配,能够降低系统成本,同时,本系统的可靠性好,便于维护,能够显著降低使用成本。

在双电机纯电动驱动方式下:所述制动器3制动,所述行星排行星架62锁止,所述发动机1不工作,所述第一轴5和所述行星排行星架62被固定,所述第一电机12以电动机方式工作,所述第二电机9以电动机方式工作,上述两个电动机(12、9)的输出动力耦合后经过所述第四轴13输出;
在混合动力驱动方式下:所述制动器3松开,所述发动机1工作,所述第一电机12以发电机方式工作,所述第二电机9以电动机方式工作,所述发动机1的部分动力直接通过所述行星排齿圈64输出,再通过所述第四轴13输出;所述第二电机9动力经过所述第二啮合齿轮10之后,通过所述第四轴13输出;
在制动回馈方式下:所述第二电机9以发电机方式工作,回收车辆制动动能。
本发明采用平行轴结构,由三个输入轴和一个输出轴组成,改变了现有技术中同轴空心轴结构,利用单个行星排机构配合制动器实现单电机纯电动驱动、双电机纯电动驱动、混合动力驱动以及制动回馈等四种工作方式。本方案结构简单,易于制造,便于装配,能够降低系统成本,同时,本系统的可靠性好,便于维护,能够显著降低使用成本。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不仅局限于此,凡是利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性地改进,均应该属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (4)

1.一种车用混合动力装置,其特征在于:包括发动机、扭转减震器、制动器、车身、第一轴、第二轴、第三轴、第四轴、行星排、第一啮合齿轮、第二啮合齿轮、第一电机以及第二电机;
所述行星排包括行星排太阳轮、行星排行星轮、行星排行星架以及行星排齿圈;
所述第一电机的转子轴与所述第二轴连接,所述第一啮合齿轮与所述行星排太阳轮相啮合连接,所述第一电机、第二轴以及第一啮合齿轮为一体结构;
所述第二电机的转子轴与所述第三轴连接,所述第二啮合齿轮与所述行星排齿圈相啮合连接,所述第二电机、第三轴以及第二啮合齿轮为一体结构;
所述制动器的一端与所述行星排行星架的前端相固定连接,该制动器的另一端与所述车身相连接设置;
所述第一轴为所述发动机的动力输出轴,该第一轴的一端连接所述扭转减震器,另一端与所述制动器的一端相连接,所述制动器的另一端与所述行星排行星架相连接;
所述第二轴的两端分别与所述第一电机的转子轴和所述第一啮合齿轮相连接;
所述第三轴的两端分别与所述第二电机的转子轴和所述第二啮合齿轮相连接;
所述第四轴为输出轴,与所述行星排齿圈相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用混合动力装置,其特征在于:所述第一电机和第二电机采用的是电动和发电一体机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用混合动力装置,其特征在于:所述第三轴通过花键与所述第二啮合齿轮相连接。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的一种车用混合动力装置的工作方法,其特征在于:
在单电机纯电动驱动方式下:所述制动器松开,所述发动机不工作,所述第一电机也不工作,所述第二电机以电动机方式工作,第二电机的输出动力经过所述第三轴输出,再经过所述第二啮合齿轮之后通过所述第四轴输出;
在双电机纯电动驱动方式下:所述制动器制动,所述行星排行星架锁止,所述发动机不工作,所述第一轴和所述行星排行星架被固定,所述第一电机以电动机方式工作,所述第二电机以电动机方式工作,上述两个电动机的输出动力耦合后经过所述第四轴输出;
在混合动力驱动方式下:所述制动器松开,所述发动机工作,所述第一电机以发电机方式工作,所述第二电机以电动机方式工作,所述发动机的部分动力直接通过所述行星排齿圈输出,再通过所述第四轴输出;所述第二电机动力经过所述第二啮合齿轮之后,通过所述第四轴输出;
在制动回馈方式下:所述第二电机以发电机方式工作,回收车辆制动动能。
