Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料板，包括塑料底板，塑料底板的顶部固定连接有第一连接板，第一连接板的顶部固定连接有第一PP片材层，第一PP片材层的顶部通过支撑架固定连接有第二PP片材层，第二PP片材层的顶部固定连接有第二连接板，第二连接板的顶部固定连接有塑料顶板，塑料顶板的顶部固定连接有橡胶垫，塑料底板的底部固定连接有八个支撑块，且每两个支撑块之间均设置有固定杆，第一连接杆的内部设置有加强板，加强板的内部设置有加强筋。该塑料板，通过加强板和加强筋的配合，使塑料板的强度得到加强，加强板外侧环绕设置的支撑件，进一步对塑料板的强度进行加强，防止了塑料板因强度不足，固定不稳定，而出现断裂变形的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料产品技术领域，具体为一种塑料板。
背景技术
塑料板就是用塑料做成板材，塑料为合成的高分子化合物，可以自由改变形体样式。塑料是利用单体原料以合成或缩合反应聚合而成的材料，由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成的，它的主要成分是合成树脂。
现有技术中，涂装、化工、机械设备、环保除尘设备等领域的工程板材均为金属板或普通塑料板，金属板不够美观、质量大和搬运安装均不方便等问题，且金属板成本高，适用范围小，普通塑料板虽然使用方便，但是强度不足，固定不稳定，经常会出现断裂变形等问题。为此，我们提出一种塑料板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑料板，以解决上述背景技术中提出现有技术中，涂装、化工、机械设备、环保除尘设备等领域的工程板材均为金属板或普通塑料板，金属板不够美观、质量大和搬运安装均不方便等问题，且金属板成本高，适用范围小，普通塑料板虽然使用方便，但是强度不足，固定不稳定，经常会出现断裂变形等问题的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种塑料板，包括塑料底板，所述塑料底板的顶部固定连接有第一连接板，所述第一连接板的顶部固定连接有第一PP片材层，所述第一PP片材层的顶部通过支撑架固定连接有第二PP片材层，所述第二PP片材层的顶部固定连接有第二连接板，所述第二连接板的顶部固定连接有塑料顶板，所述塑料顶板的顶部固定连接有橡胶垫。
所述塑料底板的底部固定连接有八个支撑块，且每两个支撑块之间均设置有固定杆。
所述第一连接杆的内部设置有加强板，所述加强板的内部设置有加强筋，所述加强板的外侧环绕设置有支撑件。
优选的，所述第一PP片材层与第二PP片材层的外侧均设置有聚氨酯薄膜。
优选的，所述支撑架设置的数量为五个，且每两个支撑架之间均设置有缓冲弹簧，所述支撑架的内部设置有固定块。
优选的，所述第二连接板的内部社会有缓冲架，所述缓冲架的内部设置有缓冲块。
优选的，所述支撑块的底部设置有防滑垫。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该塑料板，通过加强板和加强筋的配合，使塑料板的强度得到加强，加强板外侧环绕设置的支撑件，进一步对塑料板的强度进行加强，防止了塑料板因强度不足，固定不稳定，而出现断裂变形的问题，货物放于塑料板上时，支撑架和固定块配合对塑料顶板起到支撑作用，缓冲弹簧对塑料顶板起到缓冲作用，防止了塑料顶板因货物过重而发生断裂，缓冲架与缓冲块配合，使塑料顶板得到缓冲力，防止了塑料顶板因受到较大作用力而损坏，支撑块防止了塑料板因遇到水而腐蚀，从而使塑料底板损伤，延长了塑料板的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种塑料板，包括塑料底板1，塑料底板1的顶部固定连接有第一连接板4，第一连接板4的顶部固定连接有第一PP片材层5，第一PP片材层5的顶部通过支撑架6固定连接有第二PP片材层7，第二PP片材层7的顶部固定连接有第二连接板8，第二连接板8的顶部固定连接有塑料顶板9，塑料顶板9的顶部固定连接有橡胶垫10。
塑料底板1的底部固定连接有八个支撑块11，且每两个支撑块11之间均设置有固定杆13。
第一连接杆4的内部设置有加强板2，加强板2的内部设置有加强筋3，加强板2的外侧环绕设置有支撑件14。
本发明中：第一PP片材层5与第二PP片材层7的外侧均设置有聚氨酯薄膜19；聚氨酯薄膜19能有效的进行防水，保护塑料板的使用寿命。
本发明中：支撑架6设置的数量为五个，且每两个支撑架6之间均设置有缓冲弹簧16，支撑架6的内部设置有固定块15；支撑架6和固定块15配合对塑料顶板9起到支撑作用，缓冲弹簧16对塑料顶板9起到缓冲作用，防止了塑料顶板9因货物过重而发生断裂。
本发明中：第二连接板8的内部社会有缓冲架17，缓冲架17的内部设置有缓冲块18；缓冲架17与缓冲块18配合，使塑料顶板9得到缓冲力，防止了塑料顶板9因受到较大作用力而损坏。
本发明中：支撑块11的底部设置有防滑垫12；防滑垫12防止了塑料板因底部光滑而滑动。
综上所述：该塑料板，通过加强板2和加强筋3的配合，使塑料板的强度得到加强，加强板2外侧环绕设置的支撑件14，进一步对塑料板的强度进行加强，防止了塑料板因强度不足，固定不稳定，而出现断裂变形的问题，货物放于塑料板上时，支撑架6和固定块15配合对塑料顶板9起到支撑作用，缓冲弹簧16对塑料顶板9起到缓冲作用，防止了塑料顶板9因货物过重而发生断裂，缓冲架17与缓冲块18配合，使塑料顶板9得到缓冲力，防止了塑料顶板9因受到较大作用力而损坏，支撑块11防止了塑料板因遇到水而腐蚀，从而使塑料底板1损伤，延长了塑料板的使用寿命。

1.一种塑料板，包括塑料底板(1)，其特征在于：所述塑料底板(1)的顶部固定连接有第一连接板(4)，所述第一连接板(4)的顶部固定连接有第一PP片材层(5)，所述第一PP片材层(5)的顶部通过支撑架(6)固定连接有第二PP片材层(7)，所述第二PP片材层(7)的顶部固定连接有第二连接板(8)，所述第二连接板(8)的顶部固定连接有塑料顶板(9)，所述塑料顶板(9)的顶部固定连接有橡胶垫(10)；
所述塑料底板(1)的底部固定连接有八个支撑块(11)，且每两个支撑块(11)之间均设置有固定杆(13)；
所述第一连接杆(4)的内部设置有加强板(2)，所述加强板(2)的内部设置有加强筋(3)，所述加强板(2)的外侧环绕设置有支撑件(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料板，其特征在于：所述第一PP片材层(5)与第二PP片材层(7)的外侧均设置有聚氨酯薄膜(19)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料板，其特征在于：所述支撑架(6)设置的数量为五个，且每两个支撑架(6)之间均设置有缓冲弹簧(16)，所述支撑架(6)的内部设置有固定块(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料板，其特征在于：所述第二连接板(8)的内部社会有缓冲架(17)，所述缓冲架(17)的内部设置有缓冲块(18)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料板，其特征在于：所述支撑块(11)的底部设置有防滑垫(12)。
