本发明属于防火材料技术领域,具体涉及一种环保高耐磨防火实木及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
目前市场上有几种类型的阻燃板,品种多样,性能质量不一,主要有难燃人造板、玻镁板,这些阻燃产品性能根据制作材料不同,而达到的效果也不同,木质材料的防火问题一直是建筑领域内的重要课题,在《建筑设计防火规范GB50016-2014》中明确规定了,各种场所建筑材料的耐火极限,现有建筑材料长时间在高温环境下,仍会被烧毁,而给人们的生命财产带来损失,而市场上能够长时间耐火耐高温的建筑材料,或者成本很高,或者达不到较好的装饰效果。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种制备环保高耐磨防火实木的方法,制备具有A级防火性能,加工工艺范围宽,对外层防火阻隔有极好的能力,有较高的阻隔能力及耐老化性能和耐刮耐磨能力。
本发明还提供一种环保高耐磨防火实木。
本发明技术方案如下:
一种制备环保高耐磨防火实木的方法,包括如下步骤:
a、原材料实木木皮预处理,清理表面灰尘、毛边褶皱,整平压合5~10min,风干或40℃~60℃条件烘干;
b、自然冷却至常温时进行第一次底涂纳米级防火涂料5~10g/c㎡,待底涂层自然固化形成膜质结构,再使用40℃~60℃烘干处理;
c、自然冷却至常温时进行第二次涂覆纳米级防火涂料5~10g/c㎡,待涂层自然固化形成膜质结构后形成防火涂层,存放于恒温、恒湿、遮光、避阳的环境内,确保木皮含水率8%-13%以下后,投入下工序。
优选的,在涂装好的实木皮上添加克重5~10g/c㎡的热固性防火胶粘剂,再在外侧贴附防火布或纤维层。

本发明的环保高耐磨防火实木的制备方法中,所使用的纳米级防火涂料是通过以下制备方法获得:
(1)、制备A组份溶液,具体方法如下:
(a)、现将铝酸酯偶联剂粉末溶于适量的甲醇中,而后加入KH560硅烷偶联剂,制备铝酸酯硅烷偶联剂溶液;
(b)、将交联剂甲基三甲氧硅烷和二甲基二甲氧基硅烷扩链剂加入适量的甲醇溶剂稀释搅拌,制得用于对B组份起到催化、分散、流平作用的反应溶液;
(c)、将上述(a)、(b)两种溶液混合于密闭恒温16~20℃的高速搅拌容器内,高速混合搅拌20~30min后,观察溶液的溶解度至透明无浑浊状物,恒温存放,既得用于催化反应的A组份溶液;
(2)、制备B组份,具体方法如下:
(d)、首先将纯净蒸馏水加热至60~70℃,将抗氧剂BHT264加入热水中并搅拌5~10min,待抗氧剂完全溶解冷却至常温待用;
(e)、将聚己内酯二醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇、丁二醇按照配方组份质量分数要求取少量依次加入恒温16~20℃容器内并缓慢添加工业溶剂乙酸乙酯进行稀释搅拌15~25min,而后加入IPDI、PEG、分散稀释剂丙二醇单甲醚,并缓慢加入工业酒精乙醇进行稀释配比,再搅拌共混20~30min,然后加入缓蚀剂PBTCA和固化催化剂1,4-二甲基哌嗪并共混搅拌10-15min,加入溶解完全的抗氧剂溶液和流平消泡剂聚醚改性有机硅油;
(f)、将步骤(e)溶液,密闭容器内注入氮气排除容器内多余空气,密闭高速搅拌20~30min,得到B组份,冷却至常温,待用;
(3)、制备纳米防火涂料:
(g)、将A、B两个组份的常温溶液进行共混高速搅拌1~2h,搅拌结束后待涂料中的气泡自然散逸完全,即是本发明纳米防火涂料。

本发明的一种制备环保高耐磨防火实木的方法,制备方法环保,高耐磨防火实木皮,在实木皮上设置防火涂层,而防火涂层由A、B两种组份共混而成:所述的A组份为B组份所用的相关交联剂、偶联剂、扩链剂或稀释溶剂等;所述A组份交联剂、偶联剂、扩链剂按照三种原料投入质量比的80-95%、1-5%、3-5%经均混搅拌、甲醇溶解而成制得,并存放于恒温16℃密闭容器内;所述B组份为聚合反应型聚酯聚氨酯水溶液,原材料采购广泛,均为常见的化学品,且成本低廉;制备工艺简单,操作方法便捷,反应条件宽松,制作该涂料的过程极其方便,充分利用了碳源、磷源等结合体,保证了涂料的防火性能,以及高附着力,制备的环保高耐磨防火实木,具有很好的A级防火性能,加工工艺范围宽,对外层阻隔有极好的防火能力,有较高的阻隔能力及耐老化性能和耐刮耐磨能力;且生产工艺简单,容易控制;又不影响外层表面的外观质量,能有效解决外表面防火效果、氧化、耐磨刮等等问题,可应用于家具、地板材料、饰面板材料MDF,GRG及要求表面防火、防磨刮材料的表面处理。该方法适应现有生产工艺流程,可批量化生产。

Claims (9)

1.一种制备环保高耐磨防火实木的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
a、原材料实木木皮预处理,清理表面灰尘、毛边褶皱,整平压合5~10min,风干或40℃~60℃条件烘干;
b、自然冷却至常温时进行第一次底涂纳米级防火涂料5~10g/c㎡,待底涂层自然固化形成膜质结构,再使用40℃~60℃烘干处理;
c、自然冷却至常温时进行第二次涂覆纳米级防火涂料5~10g/c㎡,待涂层自然固化形成膜质结构后形成防火涂层,存放于恒温、恒湿、遮光、避阳的环境内,确保木皮含水率8%-13%以下后,投入下工序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备环保高耐磨防火实木的方法,其特征在于:在涂装好的实木木皮上添加克重5~10g/c㎡的热固性防火胶粘剂,再在外侧贴附防火布或纤维层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备环保高耐磨防火实木的方法,其特征在于:所述防火涂层由A和B两种组分混合而成,所述A组分包括如下组分:

4.根据权利要求2所述的一种制备环保高耐磨防火实木的方法,其特征在于:所述防火布为陶瓷玻纤防火布。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种制备环保高耐磨防火实木的方法,其特征在于:所述纤维层为斜纹、缎纹或平纹碳纤维布。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种制备环保高耐磨防火实木的方法,其特征在于:所述热固性防火胶粘剂为高渗透胶粘剂和高强加硬粘合剂的混合物。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种制备环保高耐磨防火实木的方法,其特征在于:所述交联剂A为甲基三甲氧基硅烷,所述扩链剂A为二甲基二甲氧基硅烷,所述溶剂A为甲醇,所述偶联剂A为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基、硅烷(KH-560)和铝酸酯偶联剂中的两种或三种混合而成,所述A组分与B组分以1:3的质量比混合。
8.一种环保高耐磨防火实木,其特征在于:所述实木木皮上涂层厚度约为50~100微米。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种环保高耐磨防火实木,其特征在于:所述实木木皮上的热固性防火胶粘剂的厚度为0.1~0.15mm,所述实木木皮外侧贴附的防火布或纤维层的厚度为0.5~1mm。
