The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples of the specification:
fig. 1 to 8 are schematic views illustrating an embodiment of a lifting type mushroom sorting device according to the present invention.
A lifting type mushroom sorting device comprises a lifting sorting mechanism 1 which reciprocates up and down, a feeding conveying mechanism 2 arranged on the lower side of the lifting sorting mechanism 1 and a discharging conveying mechanism 3 arranged on the upper side of the lifting sorting mechanism 1.
The feeding conveying mechanism 2 comprises a feeding conveying line 2-1 and a separating portion 2-2 arranged at the discharging end of the feeding conveying line 2-1, wherein the separating portion 2-2 is of a comb-tooth-shaped structure which is horizontally arranged.
The space between each comb teeth of the separation part 2-2 is set according to the sorting specification of the mushrooms, so that the mushrooms with small volumes pass through the space between each comb tooth of the separation part 2-2, and the mushrooms with large volumes are clamped on the upper side face of the separation part 2-2.
The lifting sorting mechanism 1 comprises a lifting part 1-1 which is mutually matched with the separating part 2-2, and a lifting driving assembly which drives the lifting part 1-1 to reciprocate up and down; the lifting part 1-1 is of a comb-tooth-shaped structure which is horizontally arranged, and comb teeth of the lifting part 1-1 and the separation part 2-2 are mutually staggered and matched in the vertical direction.
The small-sized mushrooms can pass between the comb teeth of the separating part 2-2 and the lifting part 1-1 respectively, and when the lifting part 1-1 passes through the separating part 2-2 upwards, the large-sized mushrooms are transferred from the separating part 2-2 to the lifting part 1-1.
The discharging conveying mechanism 3 comprises a discharging conveying line 3-1, a detention part 3-2 hinged to the feeding end of the discharging conveying line 3-1 and a turnover power piece 3-3 for driving the detention part 3-2 to turn over.
The hinge shaft of the retention part 3-2 is horizontally arranged.
The turnover power part 3-3 has the following two functions:
1. when the lifting part 1-1 ascends, the overturning power piece 3-3 drives the detention part 3-2 to overturn towards the discharging conveying line 3-1 side until the lifting part 1-1 is positioned on the upper side of the detention part 3-2, so that the lifting part 1-1 and the detention part 3-2 are prevented from being blocked mutually when passing through in a staggered way (as the lifting part 1-1 ascends and is provided with a large volume of mushrooms).
When the lifting part 1-1 descends from the highest point, the overturning power piece 3-3 drives the detention part 3-2 to overturn towards the lifting sorting mechanism 1 side, so that comb teeth of the detention part 3-2 and the lifting part 1-1 are mutually staggered and matched in the vertical direction, and when the lifting part 1-1 downwards passes through the detention part 3-2, the bulky mushrooms are transferred to the detention part 3-2 from the lifting part 1-1.
2. When the mushrooms are transferred from the lifting part 1-1 to the detention part 3-2, the overturning power piece 3-3 drives the detention part 3-2 to overturn towards the discharging conveying line 3-1, so that the mushrooms can be quickly transferred to the discharging conveying line 3-1.
The lower side of the separation part 2-2 is also provided with a collecting frame 4.
The small mushroom passes through the separating part 2-2 and the lifting part 1-1 downwards and then directly enters the collecting frame 4.
The comb teeth of the separation part 2-2 extend back and forth, the front end of the comb teeth is fixed on the feeding conveying line 2-1, and the rear end of the comb teeth is bent upwards;
the comb teeth of the lifting part 1-1 extend forwards and backwards, the rear end of the comb teeth is fixed on the lifting driving assembly, and the front end of the comb teeth is bent upwards.
The comb teeth of the detention part 3-2 extend back and forth, the rear end of the comb teeth is connected to the discharging conveying line 3-1, and the front end of the comb teeth is bent upwards.
The comb teeth on the left side and the right side of the separation part 2-2, the lifting part 1-1 and the detention part 3-2 are provided with baffle plates 5.
The bending and blocking piece 5 is arranged to prevent the mushrooms from falling off from the periphery of the sorting area during sorting.
The feeding conveying line 2-1 is a conveying belt for conveying at intervals.
The lifting driving assembly comprises a driving wheel 1-2 driven by a motor, a driven wheel 1-3 arranged on the upper side of the driving wheel 1-2 and a transmission chain 1-4 wound between the driving wheel 1-2 and the driven wheel 1-3; the lifting part 1-1 is fixedly arranged on the transmission chain 1-4.
The working process of the lifting type mushroom sorting device is as follows:
1. the feeding conveying line 2-1 conveys mushrooms to be sorted to the separating part 2-2, at the moment, the lifting part 1-1 is positioned at the lower side of the separating part 2-2, small mushrooms pass through the comb tooth spaces of the separating part 2-2 and the lifting part 1-1, enter the collecting frame 4, and large mushrooms are clamped on the upper side face of the separating part 2-2.
2. When the feeding conveyor line 2-1 stops feeding and the lifting part 1-1 passes through the separating part 2-2 upwards, the bulky mushrooms are transferred from the separating part 2-2 to the lifting part 1-1.
3. The lifting part 1-1 continues to ascend through the separating part 2-2, and the overturning power piece 3-3 drives the detention part 3-2 to overturn towards the discharging conveying line 3-1 until the lifting part 1-1 is positioned on the upper side of the detention part 3-2.
4. When the lifting part 1-1 descends from the highest point, the overturning power piece 3-3 drives the detention part 3-2 to overturn towards the lifting sorting mechanism 1 side, so that comb teeth of the detention part 3-2 and the lifting part 1-1 are mutually staggered and matched in the vertical direction, and when the lifting part 1-1 downwards passes through the detention part 3-2, the bulky mushrooms are transferred to the detention part 3-2 from the lifting part 1-1.
5. When the mushrooms are transferred from the lifting part 1-1 to the detention part 3-2, the overturning power piece 3-3 drives the detention part 3-2 to overturn towards the discharging conveying line 3-1 side, and the mushrooms are quickly transferred to the discharging conveying line 3-1.
