Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of masks, and particularly relates to a medical bacterial cellulose/non-woven fabric composite hydrogel mask and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The facial mask is a carrier of beauty care products and is divided into powder blending type and facial mask paper (cloth) made of various fabric materials. The basic function of the facial mask is to achieve the maintenance functions of deep cleaning, moisture retention, whitening and the like by expanding pores and promoting skin metabolism. The facial mask paper plays a role by adsorbing essence, and different materials of the facial mask paper have great influence on the functions of the facial mask. At present, the better mask paper is a biological fiber class, and then the better mask paper is silk mask paper and blended non-woven fabrics.
The bacterial cellulose is cellulose hydrogel prepared by microbial fermentation, has a fine nanofiber 3D structure, endows the material with various excellent properties such as extremely high water content, strong adsorption and diffusion dual functions, good elasticity, excellent mechanical property and high biological safety, and is used for efficient moist healing wound dressings. Similarly, the excellent carrier performance of the bacterial cellulose makes the bacterial cellulose become a high-grade facial mask paper carrier with very good performance, and belongs to biological cellulose. However, the pure bacterial cellulose hydrogel mask is not easy to spread due to its soft texture, and is inconvenient to use.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a medical bacterial cellulose/non-woven fabric composite hydrogel mask comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing medical bacterial cellulose by adopting acetobacter xylinum fermentation;
(2) inoculating acetobacter xylinum strain into the seed culture solution, wherein the temperature is 25-32 ℃, the stirring speed is 150-;
(3) inoculating seed liquid with volume of 8-12% of the culture liquid into the culture liquid, and mixing uniformly for later use to obtain fermentation liquid;
(4) injecting the fermentation liquor into a culture vessel filled with non-woven fabric facial mask paper, bundling, standing and culturing for 2-5 days at 25-32 ℃, wherein the bacterial cellulose grows into the fibers of the non-woven fabric facial mask paper in the fermentation process to form a staggered interpenetrating network with the fibers, so that the bacterial cellulose and the non-woven fabric composite hydrogel facial mask are tightly compounded to obtain the medical bacterial cellulose/non-woven fabric composite hydrogel facial mask;
(5) rinsing the medical bacterial cellulose/non-woven fabric composite culture product with deionized water, removing residual culture solution, soaking with deionized water until colorless, leaching with 0.05-0.5M sodium hydroxide solution for 1-2 times, and rinsing with deionized water until neutral.
The non-woven fabric mask paper is pure cotton non-woven fabric, silk mask paper, jute mask paper or fiber-forming mask cloth.
The synthetic fiber is acrylic acid, nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester or viscose fiber.
The culture vessel filled with the non-woven fabric facial mask paper in the step (4) is a sterilized culture vessel with the non-woven fabric facial mask paper, and the specific sterilization process is as follows:
placing the non-woven fabric facial mask paper in a culture vessel, bundling, sterilizing at the high temperature of 115-121 ℃ and 0.07-0.101MPa for 20-30min, and drying at 30-80 ℃ for later use.
A medical bacterial cellulose/non-woven fabric composite hydrogel mask comprises a medical bacterial cellulose hydrogel layer and a non-woven fabric layer, wherein fibers of the bacterial cellulose hydrogel layer grow into the non-woven fabric to form a staggered interpenetrating network.
The thickness of the bacterial cellulose hydrogel layer is 0.2-5 mm.
The fiber gap range of the non-woven fabric layer is 50-200 mu m.
The thickness of the non-woven fabric layer is 0.1-1.5 mm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
(1) the medical bacterial cellulose/non-woven fabric composite hydrogel mask can fully utilize the dual functions of quick adsorption and diffusion of bacterial cellulose to adsorb essence, and can quickly diffuse to the surface of skin when in use.
(2) The medical bacterial cellulose/non-woven fabric composite hydrogel mask disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the bacterial cellulose hydrogel film is good in elasticity and good in fitting property, the mask can be completely attached to the face, the effective contact area of the mask on the skin is increased, and the effective action of essence is promoted.
(3) According to the medical bacterial cellulose/non-woven fabric composite hydrogel mask, the non-woven fabric base effectively improves the spreading performance of the bacterial cellulose film, and the use convenience is greatly improved.
