背景技术
梅岭土鸡是为适应我国的饮食习惯和地方风情,经多年遗传育种改良工程而成的优质三黄土鸡种。梅岭土鸡商品代外貌三黄、体型紧凑、羽色光亮、头小颈细、眼大有神、脚小骨细、胴体漂亮、皮下脂肪沉积佳,风味独特;生长适中,饲料利用效率较高,对各种环境适应性强、耐粗饲、抗应激能力强,性情温驯、自我觅食强,适应放养和散养。成年母鸡体重1.5千克,公鸡1.7千克。
清远麻鸡,原产于广东省清远市清新县。又名清远走地鸡,就是家养土鸡。因母鸡背侧羽毛有细小黑色斑点,故称麻鸡。它以体型小、皮下和肌间脂肪发达、皮薄骨软而著名,素为我国活鸡出口属肉用型品种,体型特征可概括为“一楔”、“二细”、三麻身”。清远麻鸡自然生长,皮爽肉劲,汤汁鲜美,鲜香可口。清远麻鸡营养丰富,富含硒、维生素E及风味物质肌苷酸等,清远麻鸡所含的OMEGA-3不饱和脂肪酸和磷脂更高一些,这两种物质可以促进胆固醇的代谢,对保护心脑血管非常有好处。与普通肉鸡相比,清远鸡微量元素硒含量是普通肉鸡的1.8倍以上,OMEGA-3不饱和脂肪酸和磷脂比普通肉鸡含量更高,清远麻鸡中500天龄的老母鸡钙质多,蛋白质多,脂肪少,其中硒、维生素的含量均占比是普通清远鸡的2倍,用其炖汤,汤汁鲜美,有营养,且肉易吸收,是滋养大补的最美佳肴。6月龄母鸡半净膛为85%,全净膛为75.5%,阉公鸡半净膛为83.7%,全净膛为76.7%。年产蛋为70~80枚,平均蛋重为46.6克,蛋形指数1.31,壳色浅褐色。
石岐鸡主产于广东省中山市三角镇,为广东省优质地方鸡种之一,因其做成的白切鸡皮薄、肉嫩、油少、色靓而闻名,早在20世纪20年代就销往港澳地区。石岐鸡头大小适中,多为直立单冠,6至7个冠齿,体躯丰满,胸肌发达。公鸡多为黄色和枣红色,主翼有黑色,以羽轴为界外则枣红色内则黑色,有紧靠羽轴两边为黑色,也有全身黑色而羽尖少部分枣红色,尾羽多为黑色,也有无主尾羽的特征。母鸡多为黄色和麻色,以麻色居多,背部有麻黄、麻褐、麻棕色三种。主翼羽以羽轴为界,也有黑色、黄色、棕色、黑花色。鸡脚部颜色有黄色、白玉色之分,以黄色居多。皮肤有黄色、白玉色,以白玉色居多。年产蛋70至90个,蛋壳呈褐色或浅褐色。与清远麻鸡苗类似,石岐鸡苗背部两侧也各有一条约4毫米宽的白色绒毛从肩延伸至尾部,第一次换羽后条纹消失,出现雌雄羽毛的差别。
彼德逊白羽肉鸡是指美国彼德逊公司推出的白羽肉鸡品种,且该品种生长速度快,饲料转化率高。彼德逊白羽肉鸡父母代种母鸡24周龄体重为2.57-2.68公斤。
目前,家禽养殖中,我国本地的土鸡适应性强,容易饲养,且鸡肉风味品质好,深受消费者的广泛欢迎,但生长速度慢,饲料转化率低,不能满足消费者日益增长的餐桌需求,因此,我国家禽养殖业急需培育一种鸡肉品质好的同时生长速度快、饲料转化率高的杂交土鸡品种来消费者的需求。而果园散养可以使鸡群在空气新鲜、水质优良、虫草充足的自然环境中生长发育,增加了鸡圈的免疫力,更好地保证了肉质的鲜美,生产出更加绿色优质的土鸡肉,而果园散养不好管理,如果管理方法不好,即鸡舍、围栏防护以及饲喂等方法设置的不合理,鸡只的发病率将会提高,因此,如何更加科学的进行林下散养成为养殖领域急需解决的难题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种加快土鸡生长的饲养方法,该方法将培育出来的土鸡新品种在果园进行放养,科学的饲养与管理,在放养过程中开展驱虫,且在出栏前饲喂育肥饲料和进行笼养,更好地加快了土鸡的生长。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种加快土鸡生长的饲养方法,其特征在于,土鸡饲养在果园中进行,所述果园为种植桃树或梨树的果园,在果园内设置有鸡舍,在鸡舍地面上铺设2-3cm厚的木屑,将培育好的土鸡新品种放入到果园进行散养,定期对土鸡饲喂全价颗粒饲料,同时在饲料中还添加一些糟渣、树叶、南瓜、藤粉等杂粮,在果园饲养过程中开展预防性驱虫两次,分别是80-85日龄和115-12日龄,在饲料中混入吡喹酮粉剂和阿维菌素粉剂,拌料3-6天,每次服用剂量,吡喹酮量是每公鸡土鸡体重13-14mg计算,阿维菌素量是每公鸡土鸡体重0.01-0.02mg计算,在土鸡出栏前16-22天,饲喂高能饲料,该高能饲料包括6%-7%的动物性油脂,12%-16%的富含淀粉的红薯或者木薯,0.8%-1%的干辣椒粉,0.4%-0.5%的大蒜粉,且在出栏前一个月开始笼养,在夏天将饲料改成湿料饲喂。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的加快土鸡生长的饲养方法,将培育出来的土鸡新品种在果园进行放养,以圈养栖息和户外散养相结合,提高了果园的土地利用率,解决了果园大面积闲置土地的利用问题,在饲养过程中对土鸡进行了科学合理的饲养与管理,在饲料中定期加入了一定量的添加剂,以增强土鸡皮肤的色素沉积,改善肉质和增加鲜味,同时在放养过程中开展驱虫,且在出栏前饲喂育肥饲料和进行笼养,更好地加快了土鸡的生长。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及有点更加清楚明白,以下结合是实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种土鸡新品种的培育方法,具体包括以下步骤:
a、选取刚孵化的梅岭土鸡雏鸡进行笼养,待雏鸡培育到55天以上能分辨公母时,剔除公鸡和不健壮的母鸡,选择健壮的纯种梅岭土鸡母鸡进行林地放养,将其饲养到2kg以上且达到性成熟后,作为母本;选取经笼养的、健壮的且性成熟的2.5kg以上的彼得逊白羽肉鸡公鸡作为父本,将选取的父本和母本进行自然杂交产蛋,选取个头匀称圆润的受精蛋进行孵化,得到小鸡,将小鸡进行围栏平地圈养,饲喂营养价值高的专用鸡饲料,选择健康、性成熟且体重在2.5kg以上的公鸡作为杂交后的第一代父本;
b、选取刚孵化的清远麻鸡雏鸡进行笼养,待雏鸡培育到55天以上能分辨公母时,剔除公鸡和不健壮的母鸡,选择健壮的纯种清远麻鸡母鸡进行林地放养,将其饲养到2kg以上且达到性成熟后,作为母本;选取经笼养的、健壮的且性成熟的2.5kg以上的彼得逊白羽肉鸡公鸡作为父本,将选取的父本和母本进行自然杂交产蛋,选取个头匀称圆润的受精蛋进行孵化,得到小鸡,将小鸡进行围栏平地圈养,饲喂营养价值高的专用鸡饲料,选择健康、性成熟且体重在2.0kg以上的母鸡作为杂交后的第一代母本;
c、采取二元正交法,将步骤a中的杂交后的第一代父本与步骤b中的杂交后的第一代母本进行自然杂交产蛋,选取个头匀称圆润的受精蛋进行孵化,得到小鸡,将小鸡进行笼养,定期饲喂高营养饲料,待雏鸡培育到55天以上能分辨公母时,将公鸡和母鸡进行分开饲养,采用围栏平地圈养的方式,待公鸡饲养到2.5kg以上时,选择体质健康的、羽毛漂亮的、性成熟的且雄性功能强的公鸡作为第二父本,选择体质健康的、性成熟的且体重达到2.0kg以上的母鸡作为第二母本;
d、选择体质健康、羽毛靓丽、性成熟且体重为2.0-2.5kg的纯种石岐鸡母鸡作为母本,与步骤c中的第二父本进行自然杂交产蛋,选取个头匀称圆润的受精蛋进行孵化,得到小鸡,将小鸡进行围栏平地圈养,定期饲喂高营养饲料,待雏鸡培育到55天以上能分辨公母时,剔除母鸡和不健壮的公鸡,选择体质健康的公鸡进行饲养,饲养方式为早上林地放养,晚上鸡舍笼养,定期饲喂营养价值高的鸡饲料,选取体质健康、性成熟、雄性功能强且体重为2.5-3.0kg以上的公鸡作为第三代父本;
e、选择体质健康、羽毛靓丽、雄性功能强且体重为2.5-3.5kg的纯种清远麻鸡公鸡作为父本,与步骤c中的第二母本进行自然杂交产蛋,选取个头匀称圆润的受精蛋进行孵化,得到小鸡,将小鸡进行笼养,定期饲喂高营养饲料,待雏鸡培育到55天以上能分辨公母时,剔除公鸡和不健壮的母鸡,选择体质健康的母鸡进行饲养,饲养方式为早上林地放养,晚上鸡舍笼养,定期饲喂营养价值高的鸡饲料,饲喂次数为每周两次,选取体质健康、性成熟、且体重为2.0-2.8kg以上的母鸡作为第三代母本;
f、将步骤d中的第三代父本和步骤e中的第三代母本进行自然杂交产蛋,选出个头匀称圆润的受精蛋进行孵化,得到小鸡,将该小鸡继续进行围栏平地圈养,定期饲喂高营养饲料,待雏鸡培育到55天以上能分辨公母时,剔除母鸡和不健壮的公鸡,选择体质健康的公鸡进行圈养,选择羽毛漂亮、体质健康、性成熟,且体重为2.5kg以上的公鸡作为第四代父本;
g、将步骤f中的第四代父本与体质健康的纯种梅岭土鸡进行自然杂交产蛋,选出个头匀称圆润的受精蛋进行孵化,得到小鸡,将该小鸡继续进行圈养,定期饲喂营养高的专用鸡饲料,待雏鸡培育到55天以上能分辨公母时,将其进行果园饲养,选择体质健康、性成熟的公鸡和母鸡进行杂交,经过三代以上横交固定后即得到肉质好且生长速度快的土鸡新品种。
按照上述方法培育出来的土鸡新品种既可以保持优质的土鸡的鸡肉品质,同时还可以提高生长速度和饲料转化率,生长速度比一般的土鸡提高了37%,满足了消费者对肉质与量的要求,更好地满足了消费者的餐桌需要。
培育出土鸡新品种后,将土鸡新品种进行果园饲养,包括以下步骤:
(1)果园选址:选择干燥、向阳、不向风、环境安静、交通便利、电力系统发达的、种植桃树或梨树的果园,选择的果园距离村庄500米以外,有足够的清洁水源,地势整体坡度在20°以下,果园的树林荫蔽度为60%-68%以上,地面土壤的透水性和透气性要好,土壤以沙土为好;
(2)放养前准备:a、搭建鸡舍,在果园搭建鸡舍,搭建的鸡舍要坐北朝南,鸡舍为砖木结构,鸡舍高为3.5米,鸡舍地面和内墙为水泥材质,且鸡舍墙壁中还设置有泡沫层,同时鸡舍的屋顶选择为泥瓦或石棉瓦结构,这样可以使鸡舍达到良好的保温效果,鸡舍内设置有保温装置和照明灯,在鸡舍地面上铺设2-3cm厚的木屑,可以更好地进行除臭。
b、鸡舍消毒:在鸡只进入鸡舍前,将鸡舍进行消毒,采用的消毒方式为,10kg水加2.5kg草木灰,加热煮沸,待草木灰水澄清后喷洒鸡舍消毒,同时采用1kg生石灰加6.8kg水对果园也进行喷洒消毒,防止家禽疾病的发生。
c、设置围栏:在果园四周设置2.5米高的围栏,该围栏为在果园四周间隔4米打一个木桩,在木桩之间固定尼龙网,防止鸡只逃走以及其他动物进入,放养土鸡前,要认真检查围栏,及时修补漏洞,同时还要对果园进行一次灭鼠和灭蛇,且在果园内设置围栏,将果园分隔成若干个养殖区域,每个养殖区域内都放置有饲喂器和饮水装置。
(3)放养与饲喂:将培育好的土鸡新品种放入到果园进行散养,每亩果园放养8周龄以上的土鸡150-250只,放养的土鸡白天在果园内活动,夜晚或者暴雨天气时返回鸡舍,土鸡多以果园内的虫、草为食,定期对土鸡饲喂全价颗粒饲料,所述饲料包括50%左右的玉米、20%左右的麦麸、20%左右的豆粕、5%左右的鱼粉和少量的维生素,在饲料中还添加一些糟渣、树叶、南瓜、藤粉,每天饲喂三次,饲喂时间为早上7:00,中午12:30,傍晚18:00,傍晚饲喂的地点在鸡舍内进行,可帮助土鸡进入鸡舍,饲喂的量随着土鸡的生长而增加,8-9周龄,每天每只喂料75-90g,10-13周龄,每天每只喂料100-125g,14周龄以上每天每只喂料130-160g,在17周龄前,以7天为一个周期,下个周期的饲料投喂量比上个周期的饲料投喂量增加3%-5%,每周对饲喂器和饮水装置进行清洗和消毒。
所述玉米为黄玉米或玉米蛋白粉,同时定期在饲料中加入添加剂,所述添加剂按照质量份数包括以下成分:β-胡萝卜素20-25份,姜黄10-15份,大蒜9-15份,茴香12-18份,八角12-15份,桂皮10-16份,所述添加剂一周内在饲料内添加3次,每次添加的时间为星期一中午12:30,星期三下午18:00,星期六早上7:00,每次添加的量为饲喂的饲料重量的8%-10%,这样可以增强土鸡皮肤的色素沉积,改善肉色、肉质和增加鲜味。
在饲养过程中开展预防性驱虫两次,分别是80-85日龄和115-12日龄,在饲料中混入吡喹酮粉剂和阿维菌素粉剂,拌料3-6天,每次服用剂量,吡喹酮量是每公鸡土鸡体重13-14mg计算,阿维菌素量是每公鸡土鸡体重0.01-0.02mg计算,在土鸡出栏前16-22天,饲喂高能饲料,该高能饲料包括6%-7%的动物性油脂,12%-16%的富含淀粉的红薯或者木薯,0.8%-1%的干辣椒粉,0.4%-0.5%的大蒜粉,且在出栏前一个月开始笼养,这样可以更好地加快土鸡的生长,在夏天将饲料改成湿料饲喂。
(4)日常管理:每天清扫鸡舍,定期对鸡舍和果园进行消毒,发现有生病土鸡,要及时隔离治疗,果园要进行封闭式管理,严禁土鸡与外来人员接触,保持鸡舍内的温度和湿度,注意鸡舍内的通风。
利用上述科学的土鸡果园放养方法,能更好地保证了土鸡鸡肉的良好品质以及提高了土鸡的生长速度和饲料转化率,具有极高的营养价值和独特的土特、绿色与野味等特点。
