在高速条件下,轮胎的外径由于通过重质钢帘线带束层组合件和胎面产生的离心力而增加。这种直径增加或轮胎扩大增加了带束层边缘帘线的缩放运动,导致裂纹萌生、裂纹扩展和最终的带束层边缘分离。
另一方面,在高速条件下在带束层边缘的温度升高可能导致纺织品型冠带层条的局部粘附性变劣并导致局部冠带层-胎面分离,这可能随后在短时间内由于不均匀应力分布导致带束层边缘分离。

发明详述
根据本发明,在充气子午线轮胎的带束层组合件上在圆周方向上螺旋地缠绕的冠带层布或冠带层条,具有交替的尼龙6,6帘线和尼龙6,6单股加捻纱线作为经纱;
-改进了高速耐久性,原因是高的平均条模量(strip modulus),以及由于垂直方向上的纱线移位(形成双层或锯齿形,图3、4、5和6)而增加的帘线到帘线和纱线到纱线的距离(较小的剪切应力);
