背景技术
常规的纺织轮胎增强帘线由在一个方向(Z或S)上预加捻的纱线(股)组成,该预加捻的纱线(股)再次在相反方向上一起加捻(在S或Z方向上的线缆或帘线捻度)。通常,那些帘线具有平衡的加捻结构,其中纱线或股捻度等于线缆或帘线捻度。
在这样的帘线结构中,由于帘线或线缆在相反方向上加捻期间的解捻,帘线中的残余或合成纱线捻度变为零。帘线中的零加捻或解捻的合股线具有松散的平行长丝束,其具有开放式结构。
这种帘线结构的主要优点是其生产简单,以及其高断裂强度(由于帘线股中的平行长丝)。断裂强度优点仅对于原胚(greige)或未浸胶(undipped)帘线有效。在浸胶过程之后,这种帘线由于粘合剂在长丝束的间隙(空隙渠道)之间的浸胶渗透而经受断裂强度上的显著降低。
根据US 4,877,073,已经提出将其中第一股和第二股(纱线)具有彼此不同的捻度的两股尼龙6.6帘线作为低角度覆层(冠带层),它由于其高的初始可延展性(低模量)而提高了均匀性。这种帘线实现了在模制和固化期间的高过程膨胀,而不会形成过度紧实的帘线,但是由于其低模量,其防止轮胎在高速条件下增长(growth)的有效性不佳。另外,这种帘线具有不对称的结构,从而导致帘线股之间的不均匀应力分布(负载分担),并且还具有在轴向压缩下翘曲的倾向,从而导致帘线早期断裂。
根据US 6,959,534,为了降低加捻成本,纱线(股)以比帘线捻度更低的水平加捻(从而导致内部帘线扭矩),并且已经提出在轮胎帘线织物中使S和Z加捻的帘线交替以解决在压延织物中的卷曲或末端翘起问题。基于该专利,纱线捻度总是小于帘线捻度,并且残余纱线(股)捻度与帘线捻度处于相同的方向上,从而导致高扭转不稳定性。在本发明中,纱线捻度总是高于帘线捻度。
发明内容
用作轮胎增强件的具有平衡的股和帘线捻度(具有数百单独的平行长丝)的常规纺织帘线在浸胶过程之前具有呈原胚形式的开放式股结构。
如前所述,在粘合剂(RFL或预浸)溶液中的浸胶期间,即使在施加到帘线的高帘线张力下,这种帘线也在帘线的每个股中经受到长丝之间的间隙中的高水平的浸胶(粘合剂)渗透。
这种高浸胶渗透的帘线的两个主要缺点在于其高弯曲刚度和在浸胶和热拉伸过程之后的降低的断裂强度。在循环张力和压缩下,具有更高弯曲刚度的帘线经受长丝损坏,这导致存留(retained)强度降低。另一方面,更低的初始帘线强度要求胎体层中的更高的帘线密度(epdm)或更粗的帘线,以便在轮胎中提供足够的爆裂强度。更高的帘线密度(epdm)意味着轮胎中的帘线到帘线的距离(窄铆接点(rivet)区域)更低,其由于在动态条件下的高剪切应力而在帘线之间具有高裂纹(crack)引发可能性。另一方面,更粗的帘线需要更高的橡胶规格,从而导致轮胎中的滚动阻力增加。
根据发明的高性能(HP)纺织帘线结构包括在帘线捻度的相反方向上的足够水平的残余合股线捻度。换句话说,在制备步骤中,股(纱线)捻度高于帘线捻度但在相反方向上。乘用车和轻型卡车轮胎中的主要常规胎体增强件是聚酯帘线(例如PET、PEN)。
根据发明,聚酯帘线股中的长丝束不是开放的(零捻度),而是在残余捻度下紧密且具有闭合的束结构。
发明的具体描述
在具有紧密且闭合的长丝束作为帘线中的股的这种原胚帘线的浸胶过程期间,粘合剂浸胶溶液(RFL或预浸)不能渗透到帘线股的深处中,而是积聚在帘线表面上,这导致在干燥和热定型步骤之后的低弯曲刚度,这对于提高的疲劳抗性和断裂强度保持是重要的。
根据本发明的纺织帘线的股中的残余捻度水平彼此相等,但是在帘线捻度的相反方向上(图1和图2)。
根据本发明的高性能纺织帘线的股具有圆形的(图3的9和10、图5的19、20和21)或椭圆形的(图4中的12和13,图6中的23、24和25)横截面,而不是2股和3股常规帘线的新月(cresent)形状(在图3和图4中的6和7)或三角形的横截面。
如从图3、4、5和6可见,高性能帘线的周长比常规帘线的周长高得多。换句话说,与具有相同的总帘线分特和股数的常规帘线相比,高性能帘线具有高得多的与轮胎中的橡胶基体的接触表面(粘合界面)。这种接触表面的增加实现帘线股和橡胶基体之间在动态条件下的更高效的应力传递,从而导致提高的轮胎耐久性。

Claims (7)

1.一种两股或三股高性能聚酯轮胎帘线,其特征在于,
帘线中的残余合股纱线捻度高于30 tpm并且低于120 tpm,
并且在残余捻度的相反方向上的帘线捻度高于200 tpm并且小于400 tpm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的两股或三股高性能聚酯轮胎帘线,其中,所述帘线的总标称线密度高于1500 分特且小于8000 分特。
3.根据权利要求1所述的两股或三股高性能聚酯轮胎帘线,其中,所述合股纱线之间的最大线密度差小于10%。
