Description
Claims (14)
- 一种制备人工晶体的方法,其特征在于,包括:(1)提供人工晶体粗胚,所述人工晶体粗胚包括:光学区,所述光学区具有上光学面以及下光学面;以及外围区,所述外围区环绕所述光学区;(2)对所述外围区进行激光切割处理,以便形成所述人工晶体,所述人工晶体包括:所述光学区,所述光学区包含所述上光学面以及所述下光学面;以及支撑件,所述支撑件与所述光学区相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述激光切割的激光包括纳秒激光、皮秒激光以及飞秒激光的至少之一。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述激光切割的所述激光的脉冲宽度为10-9s~10-15s。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,所述激光切割的激光波长为248~10600nm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,所述激光切割的激光波长为355~1560nm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,所述激光切割的激光波长为248nm、355nm、533nm、710nm、745nm、920nm、1030nm、1064nm、1560nm、9300nm以及10600nm的至少之一。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,所述激光切割的扫描速率为100~1000mm/s。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,所述激光切割的扫描速率为200~500mm/s。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,所述激光切割的时间为1s~60s。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,所述激光切割的时间为1s~30s。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:(3)对所述人工晶体进行除尘处理,所述除尘处理是利用除尘颗粒、除尘粉末、表面活性剂以及水的至少之一进行的。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)中,所述除尘颗粒含有硅酸锆、氧化锆、氧化铝、氮化硅、刚玉、陶瓷、玻璃、云母、石英、贝壳、牛角、桃核壳、椰子壳、铝、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯乙烯、增强聚丙烯、聚氯乙 烯、丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯丙烯腈共聚物、环烯烃聚合物、聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚酰胺、聚甲醛、聚苯醚、聚砜、聚苯硫醚、聚醚醚酮、液晶聚合物、含氟塑料、聚氨酯、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、密胺树脂、玻璃纤维以及碳纤维的至少之一。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)中,所述除尘粉末含有氧化铝粉末、氧化硅粉末、氧化铈粉末、氧化钛粉末、硅酸镁粉末、硅酸铝粉末、滑石粉、磷酸钙粉末、磷酸镁粉末、硫酸钙粉末、石膏粉末、硫酸钡粉末、陶瓷粉末、高岭土粉末、硅藻土粉末、珍珠粉末、炭粉末、碳纤维粉末以及聚乙烯醇粉末的至少之一。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)中,所述表面活性剂含有烷烃磺酸盐、长链脂肪酸盐、聚乙二醇、聚乙二醇烷基醚、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚乙二醇失水山梨醇脂肪酸脂、失水山梨醇肪酸脂、脂肪酸甘油、雷米邦、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐以及磺化木质素的至少之一。
