Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 一种左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:包括封堵盘及与封堵盘连接的锚定盘,所述封堵盘呈网状结构,内部设置有阻流膜,封堵盘远端采用管状部件固定,通过管状部件相对于固定封堵盘的另一端与锚定盘进行连接,封堵盘近端使用栓头固定并设置有与输送装置连接的结构;所述管状部件相对于固定封堵盘的另一端设置有多根支撑杆,所述支撑杆从相对于封堵盘方向发出,支撑杆近端跨越管状部件中心到相对侧,多根所述支撑杆呈交叉放射状排列,形成锚定盘,支撑杆近端与以管状部件中轴线之间的夹角α角度为40-55度,支撑杆远端呈向内弯曲状。
- 如权利要求1所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述封堵盘和锚定盘展开时,所述整个封堵器的高度为12-20毫米,锚定盘的高度为9-15毫米,封堵盘的高度为3-5毫米。
- 如权利要求1所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述支撑杆远端向内弯曲部分的长度1-5毫米。
- 如权利要求1所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述支撑杆的个数选自2-50的自然数,优选为奇数。
- 如权利要求1所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:至少一根所述支撑杆远端的向内弯曲部分用于靠近心耳的一侧设置有一个以上的锚定刺,锚定刺相对于支撑杆可向外张开的角度为20-45度。
- 如权利要求5所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述锚定盘展开时,所述锚定盘抵住左心耳内壁,所述锚定刺刺入左心耳内壁,以稳定所述锚定盘在左心耳内的固定。
- 如权利要求5所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述锚定刺的根部在支撑杆上,锚定刺利用激光切割出锚定刺形状,利用模具热处理定型出锚定刺的角度,锚定刺在不受压力的情况下自动向外张开,压缩时该锚定刺可收回到支撑杆上。
- 如权利要求1所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述支撑杆的远端末部设置有圆形的球头,封堵盘近端使用栓头固定并设置有与输送装置连接的结构为螺纹结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述封堵盘的直径稍大于锚定盘,其中,封堵盘的直径大于锚定盘2-6毫米,或者封堵盘的直径大于锚定盘6-12毫米。
- 如权利要求1所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述封堵盘和封堵盘采用可记忆的合金材料,优选镍钛合金丝,经热处理形成所需形状;所述管状部件选自钢套或者合金套状部件。
- 如权利要求1所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述支撑杆上还可以设置有空洞,用于在锚定盘上缝合阻流膜,阻止左心耳内血栓的流出。
- 如权利要求1或者11所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述阻流膜为未经改性处理或者化学改性处理的PET阻流膜。
- 如权利要求12所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述PET阻流膜为经过化学改性的PET阻流膜,该PET阻流膜利用酯基置换成酰胺基的反应,经过化学改性的PET阻流膜的接触角小于90°,增强亲水性。
- 如权利要求13所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:该PET阻流膜利用酯基置换成酰胺基的反应为将一侧带有磺酸钠基的分子嫁接在阻流膜表面,使得阻流膜表面呈电负性。
- 如权利要求13所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述PET阻流膜的化学改性方法如下:将PET阻流膜放入容器内,加入水及1,4-二氧六环的混合溶剂,加入末端分别为伯胺基和磺酸基的烷烃、催化剂,在50-100℃下搅拌2-24小时,反应结束后将阻流膜取出。
- 如权利要求15所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:所述磺酸基的烷烃为3-氨基丙烷磺酸,4-氨基丁烷磺酸,5-氨基戊烷磺酸或者6-氨基己烷磺酸;所述催化剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾或氨水。
- 如权利要求15所述的左心耳封堵器,其特征在于:其中,水与1,4-二氧六环的体积比为5:1,反应结束后将阻流膜取出后采用去离子水和无水酒精反复清洗。
