through background management, the goods transportation state is controlled in the whole process, and the transportation condition can be known in many ways; and has an abnormality warning function.

Claims (9)

1. An intelligent lockset based on position unlocking is characterized by comprising a main lock body and an electric control part;
the main lock body is controlled by the electric control part to be locked or unlocked in a back locking way, and cannot be unlocked from the outside after the back locking is carried out; the electric control part senses the position information of the lockset and the locking or unlocking state of the main lock body; sensing information is remotely transmitted, and a remote unlocking control instruction is received; determining whether to execute an unlocking control instruction according to the sensed position information to unlock the lockset;
the main lock body also comprises a locking limiting device, a spring, an electromagnet and a main lock closing limiting switch;
the locking limiting device is provided with two placing positions of locking and unlocking, when the locking limiting device is placed at the locking position, the main lock body is locked, and when the locking limiting device is placed at the unlocking position, the main lock body is unlocked; the natural placing position is a locking position;
the spring and the electromagnet are arranged on the same side of the locking limiting device, and when the locking limiting device is locked, the spring props against the locking limiting device to enable the locking limiting device to be arranged in a locking position; when the unlocking control circuit outputs an unlocking control instruction, the electromagnet pulls the locking limiting device and compresses the spring until the unlocking position unlocks the main lock body;
the main lock closing limit switch is installed at the unlocking position of the locking limit device, and the locking limit device is controlled to be always located at the unlocking position according to a control instruction output by an unlocking control circuit of the electric control part.
2. The intelligent lockset of claim 1 wherein said electronic control portion comprises a sensor module, a satellite positioning module, a communication module and an unlocking control circuit;
the sensor module senses the lock switch state and any one or more kinds of sensing information including the current movement speed of the lock, the internal pressure intensity of a space where the lock is located, the temperature and humidity, the vibration magnitude, the acceleration and the attitude information;
the satellite positioning module provides the current geographic position and the altitude information of the lock in real time;
the communication module is used for establishing remote two-way global communication of the lock, transmitting various states of the lock and sensor information in real time and acquiring remote control information;
the unlocking control circuit is connected with the communication module and receives control instructions including locking and unlocking actions transmitted by the communication module; the satellite positioning module is connected with the satellite positioning module, receives the current position information, compares and verifies the unlocking position through the position information, and determines whether to execute an unlocking control instruction; the lock body is connected with the main lock body to lock and unlock the main lock body; and the communication module is connected with the sensor module, receives the sensing information and reports the sensing information through the communication module.
3. The intelligent lockset of claim 2 further comprising an auxiliary lock body;
the auxiliary lock body is locked or unlocked from the outside;
the auxiliary lock body is connected with the sensor, and the sensor is used for sensing the locking and unlocking states of the auxiliary lock body.
4. A secure transportation system including a location-based unlocking intelligent lock, comprising the intelligent lock of any one of claims 1-3, a background management unit, and a client;
the lock is bound with the consignment and placed on the transport tool, the lock is communicated with the background management unit and the client, sends information to the background management unit and receives information of the background management unit and the client;
the background management unit is communicated with the lock and the client to realize the management and control of the lock and the client;
and the client gives the authority according to the role of each party in the transportation process of the consignment protected by the lock to carry out strict authority management, and the clients of different types carry out corresponding operations on the controlled lock and the background management unit according to the authority.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the lock, after being locked, can only be unlocked in a predetermined unlocking area and an unlocking command is output by the party who has obtained the unlocking right; in the unlocking authority, the main lock body is a one-way lock.
6. The secure transportation system of claim 4, wherein the background management unit performs identity authentication, binding management, communication management, positioning management, sensor information management, unlocking authority control, state monitoring and alarm management, and information distribution management on the lock and the client.
7. A safe transportation method based on the intelligent lockset of any one of claims 1-3, comprising the following steps:
step S1, before the goods are transported, identity registration and authentication are carried out on the client according to the freight sheet, different authorities are given to the clients of transportation parties with different identities, the intelligent lock based on position unlocking is bound, and a corresponding relation is generated between the intelligent lock and the consignment;
step S2, in the process of safe transportation, each transportation party exercises respective management authority through respective client and monitors the transportation condition of the consignment by monitoring the lock;
and S3, when the set unlocking position area is reached, unlocking the lock by controlling the unlocking authority through the background management unit, and finishing the safe transportation process.
8. The secure transportation method according to claim 7, wherein step S1 specifically includes:
1) according to the waybill contract, identity registration is carried out on each transport party client to serve as a shipper, a carrier, a receiver and an operator, respective management authority is obtained, and carrier association is established; each client accesses and manages the controlled lock and the background management unit according to the authority;
2) binding the lock, so that clients of all transportation parties and a background management unit can monitor the safety state of the consignment through the lock;
3) after the master lock body is locked, if the client side authority or the unlocking position area of each transportation party needs to be changed, the shipper, the carrier and the receiver need to jointly confirm the application, the change is carried out by the operator, and the changed three parties jointly take effect after confirmation on the respective client sides; the lock cannot be unlocked in any mode from the start of the co-application to the confirmation of the change to be effective; and changing the application into a new position/new authority after the application is effective, and maintaining the original unlocking position/authority unchanged if the application is rejected.
9. The secure transportation method according to claim 7, wherein step S2 specifically includes:
1) the background management unit collects and monitors transportation data including lock positions and sensor information in real time through remote communication;
2) each transport party accesses the background management unit through the client according to the own authority to monitor the state of the transport process;
3) the background management unit filters the received controlled lock information, distributes the information to clients of all parties in real time according to requirements, and enables all relevant parties to know the current transportation state;
4) and monitoring whether the state of the current entrusting object is normal or not, receiving alarm information sent by the controlled lock in real time, and distributing and informing relevant clients.
