背景技术
在机动车中越来越多地使用电子驱动单元来减少车辆排放并提供用于改进车辆动力学的能力。电子驱动模块的已知构造的一个缺点在于其尺寸。关于这一点,通常需要相对大型的电动马达和变速器,因而,难以将一些已知构造封装到特定车辆中。而且,当电子驱动单元被配置成向通常由内燃机产生的动力驱动的轮轴提供辅助动力时,将电子驱动单元封装到车辆中明显更为复杂。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3,根据本公开的教导构造的两级电子驱动单元(EDU)总体由附图标记10表示。EDU 10可分别包括外壳组件12、电动马达14、两级变速器16、差速器组件18以及第一输出轴20和第二输出轴22。在所提供的具体示例中,EDU 10进一步包括被配置为经由传动轴(未示出)从内燃机(未示出)接收旋转动力的机械输入组件24。
在所提供的示例中,外壳组件12限定第一旋转轴线28并包括马达外壳组件30、主外壳32和盖34。马达外壳组件30包括外部马达外壳36和被接纳在外部马达外壳36中并被配置为将电动马达14接纳其中的内部马达外壳38。外壳马达外壳36和内部马达外壳38可协作,以限定一个或多个螺旋状的冷却剂通道40,冷却流体可循环通过该冷却剂通道以去除在电动马达14的操作期间产生的热量。主外壳32横向设置在内部马达外壳38与盖34之间并固定联接到内部马达外壳38和盖34。

可采用任何期望的装置选择性地使变速器输出部64在第一位置、第二位置和第三位置之间平移。在所提供的具体示例中,采用具有离合器叉110的致动器选择性地使变速器输出部64平移。离合器叉110可包括一对臂,该一对臂可被接纳在形成于变速器输出部64的外圆周表面的槽112中。
参照图7,差速器组件18可分别包括差速器输入部130以及第一差速器输出部132和第二差速器输出部134。差速器组件18可为任意类型的机构,其可允许在差速器输入部130与第一差速器输出部132和第二差速器输出部134之间进行扭矩传输,同时能够允许第一差速器输出部132与第二差速器输出部134之间的速度差。本示例的差速器组件18包括差动齿轮组,但将认识到,差速器组件可包括一个或多个摩擦离合器。在所提供的具体示例中,差速器输入部130为差速箱,差动齿轮组为锥齿轮组,其包括:联接到差速箱以在垂直于第一轴线的朝向上随其旋转的插销(未示出);能旋转地安装在插销上的多个差速小齿轮140;以及各自与差速小齿轮140啮合的第一侧齿轮和第二侧齿轮(即,分别为第一差速器输出部132和第二差速器输出部134)。差速器组件18可被配置成其中第一差速器输出部132与第二差速器输出部134之间的速度差不受限制的开放式差速器。可替代地,差速器组件18可为如所示的锁定类型或限滑差速器组件。在此示例中,离合器总成(clutch pack)150设置在差速器输入部130(差速器箱)与第一差速器输出部132之间。离合器总成150包括:轴向能滑动但不可旋转地联接到差速器输入部130的第一组离合器片;以及与第一组离合器片交错并轴向能滑动但不可旋转地联接到第一输出轴22的第二组离合器片。因为第一差速器输出部132固定地但不可旋转地联接到第一输出轴22,第一组离合器片也轴向能滑动但不可旋转地联接到第一差速器输出部132。可使用诸如液压缸的任何类型的线性马达、滚珠坡道式(ball-ramp)致动器或任何其他类型的机械致动器来压缩离合器总成,由此将第一差速器输出部132与差速器输入部130摩擦联接至期望程度。在此示例中图示的差速器组件18可以第一模式和第二模式操作。在第一模式中,离合器总成150未被压缩,因而,并未将差速器输入部130旋转联接(rotationally couple)到第一输出轴22/第一差速器输出部132,因而,差速器组件18作为开放式差速器操作(即,差速器组件18不限制第一差速器输出部132与第二差速器输出部134之间的速度差)。在第二模式中,离合器总成150被充分压缩,因而,能将旋转动力从差速器输入部130传输到第一输出轴22/第一差速器输出部132,从而使第一输出轴22/第一差速器输出部132与差速器输入部130共同旋转。在此状况下,差速器组件18抑制第一差速器输出构件132与第二差速器输出构件134之间的速度差。
参照图2至图7,两级变速器16的变速器输出部64轴向能滑动但不可旋转地联接到差速器输入部130。在所提供的示例中,变速器输出部64上的第三组齿94包括内齿,该内齿与形成在差速器输入部130的套筒状部分上的外齿158啮合,该套筒状部分沿着第一旋转轴线28轴向设置在第二差速器输出部134与第一行星架74之间。因而,将认识到,变速器输出部64联接到差速器输入部130,以便绕第一旋转轴线28共同旋转,而不论变速器输出部64是否处于其第一位置、第二位置或第三位置。
第一输出轴20可联接到第一差速器输出部132以随其旋转,而第二输出轴22可被接纳穿过电动马达14的马达轴54并联接到第二差速器输出部以随其旋转。在所提供的的示例中,第一输出轴20和第二输出轴22中的每一个为加伸轴,具有与其联接的等速接头的外轴承座圈170。

机械输入组件,具有输入法兰、齿圈、输入小齿轮和在所述输入法兰与所述输入小齿轮之间传输旋转动力的辅助变速器,所述齿圈联接到所述差速器输入构件以随其旋转,所述输入小齿轮与所述齿圈啮合,并且其中所述齿圈和所述输入小齿轮轮为螺旋锥齿轮。
20.根据权利要求19所述的电子驱动单元,其中所述第一行星齿轮组中的每个包括与所述第一恒星齿轮和所述第一内齿轮二者均啮合的单个行星齿轮。
21.根据权利要求19所述的电子驱动单元,其中所述第二行星齿轮组中的每个包括与所述第二恒星齿轮和所述第二内齿轮二者均啮合的单个行星齿轮。
22.根据权利要求19所述的电子驱动单元,其中所述辅助变速器包括联接到所述输入法兰以随其旋转的第一齿轮和与所述第一齿轮啮合并联接到所述输入小齿轮以随其旋转的第二齿轮。
23.根据权利要求19所述的电子驱动单元,其中所述齿圈和所述输入小齿轮为准双曲面齿轮。
24.根据权利要求19所述的电子驱动单元,其中所述差速器组件为能以第一模式和第二模式操作的限滑差速器组件,在所述第一模式中,所述差速器组件不限制所述第一差速器输出构件与所述第二差速器输出构件之间的速度差,在所述第二模式中,所述差速器组件抑制所述第一差速器输出构件与所述第二差速器输出构件之间的速度差。
25.根据权利要求24所述的电子驱动单元,其中所述差速器组件包括离合器,其中当所述差速器组件以所述第二模式操作时,所述离合器将所述第一输出轴能旋转地联接到所述差速器输入构件。
26.根据权利要求19所述的电子驱动单元,其中所述差速器组件包括摩擦离合器,该摩擦离合器能选择性地操作,用于将所述差速器输入构件能旋转地联接到所述第一差速器输出构件。
