本发明属于汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车门护板。
背景技术
随着经济飞速发展,汽车已成为人们日常生活中紧密相连的一部分,各大主机厂争先推出新车型,为满足客户对汽车感观质量提升的需求,各主机厂都在进从视觉、嗅觉、听觉、触觉以及主观感受方面进行研究,并做适应性开发。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:传统的汽车门内护板采用与车身钣金搭接配合,经常产生与钣金间隙大且不均现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种从视觉上消除了汽车门内护板与钣金产生间隙面差的汽车门护板。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种汽车门护板,具有:
车身钣金;
门内护板,安装在所述车身钣金上;
裙边,设置在所述门内护板的边缘;所述车身钣金上设有凹槽,所述裙边安装在所述凹槽内;所述门内护板的外表面高于所述裙边的外表面。
所述裙边相对所述凹槽的边缘设有倒角;
所述倒角与所述凹槽之间设有第一间隙。
所述裙边上还设有凸条,所述凸条与所述车身钣金相对;
所述凸条与车身钣金之间设有第二间隙。
所述裙边在所述门内护板外周边缘分布。
所述凸条在所述裙边上靠近端部位置分布。
上述技术方案中的一个技术方案具有如下优点或有益效果,解决目前汽车门内护板与车身钣金的面差和间隙,同时避免行驶过程中,车辆颠簸,导致门护板振动,产生异响。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
参见图1-3,一种汽车门护板,具有:
车身钣金;
门内护板,安装在车身钣金上;
裙边,设置在门内护板的边缘;车身钣金上设有凹槽,裙边安装在凹槽内;车身钣金的外表面高于裙边的外表面。在门内护板边缘做裙边增加门内护板刚度,同时裙边与车身钣金R角配合。钣金高于门护板,留有面差,保证外观无间隙。
裙边相对凹槽的边缘设有倒角;倒角与凹槽之间设有第一间隙。门护板裙边倒斜角,避免锐边,留有间隙,在车辆颠簸导致门护板振动时,避免与车身钣金刮擦异响
裙边上还设有凸条,凸条与车身钣金相对;凸条与车身钣金之间设有第二间隙。门护板内侧做一圈细骨保障门内护板与车身钣金位置可靠,留有间隙。
裙边在门内护板外周边缘分布。凸条在裙边上靠近端部位置分布。
采用上述的结构后,解决目前汽车门内护板与车身钣金的面差和间隙,同时避免行驶过程中,车辆颠簸,导致门护板振动,产生异响。

车身钣金;
门内护板,安装在所述车身钣金上;
裙边,设置在所述门内护板的边缘;所述车身钣金上设有凹槽,所述裙边安装在所述凹槽内;所述车身钣金的外表面高于所述裙边的外表面;
所述裙边相对所述凹槽的边缘设有倒角
所述倒角与所述凹槽之间设有第一间隙;
所述裙边上还设有凸条,所述凸条与所述车身钣金相对;
所述凸条与车身钣金之间设有第二间隙;
所述裙边在所述门内护板外周边缘分布。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车门护板,其特征在于,所述凸条在所述裙边上靠近端部位置分布。
