Abstract

本发明提供了一种中药涂剂及其在治疗膝关节骨性关节疾病的应用，中药涂剂配方由如下重量份数的各组份组成：艾叶1‑6份；细辛1‑3份；归尾1‑6份；生川乌0.01‑0.1份；生草乌0.01‑0.1份，本发明的中药涂剂可快速有效缓解筋骨疲劳及疼痛，具有改善局部组织血液循环和修复受损组织的功能，祛风湿、祛风寒，通经活络，活血化瘀，消肿止痛。

一种中药涂剂及其在治疗膝关节骨性关节疾病的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及生物医学，具体涉及一种中药涂剂及其在治疗膝关节骨性关节疾病的应用。
背景技术
骨性关节炎中医属“骨痹”范畴，由于年老体衰，骨失滋养，致局部或全身骨关节退化改变。中年以后肝肾亏损，肝虚则血不能养筋，筋不能维持骨节之张弛，关节失滑利，肾虚而髓减，致使筋骨均失所养，或招致风寒之邪，气血受阻，经脉凝滞，不通则痛，致生本病。目前中医界对该病的病因病机、治疗原则的认识渐趋一致，肝肾亏虚、风寒弊阻、筋脉不通是其主要病机，调补肝肾、驱风散寒、温经通络是主要治则。
外敷药法是将药物制剂直接贴敷在损伤局部，通过皮肤毛细血管吸收持续使药效发挥作用，具有避免口服给药可能发生的首过效应及全身的毒副作用，药物可以长时间持续扩散进入血液循环，维持恒定的血药浓度或生理效应，增加治疗效果，减少用药次数，改善患者用药顺应性。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提出了一种既能有效治疗骨性关节炎，而且治疗过程方便快捷，体感舒适的中药涂剂。
为实现上述目的，本发明通过以下方案实现：
一种中药涂剂，其中药涂剂配方由如下重量份数的各组份组成：
艾叶1-6份；
细辛1-3份；
归尾1-6份；
生川乌0.01-0.1份；
生草乌0.01-0.1份；
进一步，其中药涂剂配方的优选配方1由如下重量份数的各组份组成：
艾叶1份；
细辛3份；
归尾4份；
生川乌0.01份；
生草乌0.1份；
进一步，中药涂剂配方的优选配方2由如下重量份数的各组份组成：
艾叶3份；
细辛1份；
归尾2份；
生川乌0.05份；
生草乌0.05份；
进一步，中药涂剂配方的优选配方3由如下重量份数的各组份组成：
艾叶6份；
细辛2份；
归尾6份；
生川乌0.1份；
生草乌0.01份；
其中将优选配方1-3中药磨粉，每30-60g药粉与50-100ml白酒40g药粉与80ml白酒调成膏状涂剂。
优选调配为每40g药粉与80ml白酒调配。
其中所用白酒温度优选为50℃。
实际应用中，本发明膏状涂剂可以与电磁波治疗仪共同使用。
中药涂剂的制备及使用方法具体如下：
1.将优选配方的中药打磨，然后过筛形成药粉。
2.将药粉与白酒调配成膏状涂剂。
3.将涂剂涂抹到人体30分钟，使用电磁波治疗仪照射。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
1.本发明的中药涂剂，其配方原料均使用中药，原料绿色环保。仅小部分患者使用后出现药物外用部位皮肤干燥和皮肤过敏症状的药物不良反应，停药后消失。
2.本发明的中药涂剂可快速有效缓解筋骨疲劳及疼痛，具有改善局部组织血液循环和修复受损组织的功能，祛风湿、祛风寒，通经活络，活血化瘀，消肿止痛。
3.本发明的中药涂剂调配简单，而且使用便捷，治疗需时短。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种中药涂剂及其在治疗膝关节骨性关节疾病的应用，本领域技术人员可以借鉴本发明内容，对原料和添加剂在国家相关标准规定范围内做适当的替换和调整，但需要特别说明的是，所有的替换和调整都被视为包括在本发明的范围中。
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明中药涂剂配方有三个优选配方，具体如下
中药涂剂配方的优选配方1由如下重量份数的各组份组成：
艾叶1份；
细辛3份；
归尾4份；
生川乌0.01份；
生草乌0.1份；
中药涂剂配方的优选配方2由如下重量份数的各组份组成：
艾叶3份；
细辛1份；
归尾2份；
生川乌0.05份；
生草乌0.05份；
中药涂剂配方的优选配方3由如下重量份数的各组份组成：
艾叶6份；
细辛2份；
归尾6份；
生川乌0.1份；
生草乌0.01份；
中药涂剂的制备及使用方法具体如下：
1.将优选配方的中药打磨，然后过筛形成药粉。
2.将药粉与白酒调配成膏状涂剂。
3.将涂剂涂抹到人体30分钟，使用电磁波治疗仪照射。
典型案例
病例1：
患者：男，年龄：67岁，发明时间：5年，症状为双膝关节疼痛，X片示骨质增生，KL分级为2，经过治疗后临床治愈。
病例2：
患者：男，年龄：70岁，发明时间：8年，症状为骨密度减低、骨质增生，KL分级为3，经过治疗后临床治愈。
病例3：
患者：女，年龄：71岁，发明时间：2年，症状为双膝关节疼痛，X片示左侧股骨下见一骨性突起、骨质增生，KL分级为3，经过治疗后临床治愈。
病例4：
患者：女，年龄：72岁，发明时间：30年，症状为双膝关节疼痛，X片示骨质疏松、骨质增生、局部见骨刺形成，KL分级为4，有效治疗。
病例5：
患者：男，年龄：63岁，发明时间：1年，症状为双膝关节疼痛，X片示骨质增生变尖，KL分级为3，经过治疗后临床治愈。
病例6：
患者：女，年龄：51岁，发明时间：3年，症状为双膝关节疼痛，X片示关节面密度增高、骨质增生，KL分级为3，经过治疗后临床治愈。
病例7：
患者：女，年龄：53岁，发明时间：7年，症状为双膝关节疼痛，X片示骨质增生、间隙略呈内窄外宽改变，KL分级为2，经过治疗后显效。
病例8：
患者：女，年龄：62岁，发明时间：7年，症状为双膝关节疼痛，X片示骨质增生、唇样骨赘，KL分级为3，经过治疗后临床治愈。
KL分级标准如下：0级:正常。1级:关节间隙可疑变窄,可能有骨赘。2级:有明显的骨赘,关节间隙轻度变窄。3级:中等量骨赘,关节间隙变窄较明确,软骨下骨骨质轻度硬化改变,范围较小。4级:大量骨赘形成,可波及软骨面,关节间隙明显变窄,硬化改变极为明显,关节肥大及明显畸形。

艾叶1-6份；
细辛1-3份；
归尾1-6份；
生川乌0.01-0.1份；
生草乌0.01-0.1份。

艾叶1份；
细心3份；
归尾4份；
生川乌0.01份；
生草乌0.1份。

艾叶3份；
细辛1份；

4.根据权利要求1所述中药涂剂，其特征在于，所述中药涂剂配方由如下重量份数的各组份组成：
艾叶6份；
细辛2份；

生川乌0.1份；
生草乌0.01份。
5.一种中药涂剂制备方法，其特征在于：先磨粉，后调配为膏状。
6.根据权利要求5所述中药涂剂制备方法，其特征在于，所述调配加入白酒调配。
7.根据权利要求6所述中药涂剂制备方法，其特征在于，每20-60g药粉与50-100ml白酒调配。
8.根据权利要求7所述中药涂剂制备方法，其特征在于，每40g药粉与80ml白酒调配。
9.根据权利要求8所述中药涂剂制备方法，其特征在于，所述白酒温度为50℃。
