背景技术
目前,汽车上常用的自动变速器有如下几种类型,液力自动变速器、液压传动变速器、电力传动变速器、有级式机械自动变速器和无级式机械变速器等,而有级变速器和无级变速器最大的区别是:有级变速器输出传动力矩高,但不能实现无级变速,而无级变速器能够实现无级变速但输出传动力矩大大低于有级变速器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车用新型自动电磁无级变速器不但输出传动力矩高,而且能够实现无级变速,使变速过程较为平稳。

本发明将电磁控制与齿轮部件相结合,并在每组变速齿轮组设置独立的电磁线圈和离合轮,在进行变速时,通过控制器控制下一档通电吸合后再进行上一档的断电分离,使得变速过程更为平稳。

工作原理如下:当司机将档位杆推到前进档D档时,控制器发出指令,使电磁线圈Ⅰ5通入电流,离合轮Ⅰ6吸合在电磁线圈Ⅰ5上并随Ⅰ档传动齿轮4转动,并带动输出轴2转动输出,完成Ⅰ档变速;当汽车达到设定的速度时,速度传感器向控制器发送速度信号,控制器发出指令,使电磁线圈Ⅱ9通入电流,离合轮Ⅱ10吸合在电磁线圈Ⅱ9上并随Ⅱ档传动齿轮8转动,完成Ⅱ档变速,此时电磁线圈Ⅰ5被控制断电,离合轮Ⅰ6与电磁线圈Ⅰ5分离,由离合轮Ⅱ10带动输出轴2转动输出,因为电磁线圈Ⅱ9吸合完成Ⅱ档变速后再断开电磁线圈Ⅰ5的电流使离合轮Ⅰ6与电磁线圈Ⅰ5分离,所以汽车变档时较为平稳,不会产生“顿”的感觉,如此类推进行Ⅲ档、Ⅳ档、Ⅴ档的变速。
当将档位杆推到手动档M档时,控制器发出电磁线圈Ⅰ5通入电流的指令,使得离合轮Ⅰ6吸合,档位杆向前推一次就进行下一个档位的离合轮的吸合,上一个离合轮的分离,已完成下一档的变速。
当档位杆推到空档N时,所以电磁线圈处于断电状态,汽车属于空档状态。
当档位杆推到倒车档R档时,控制器发出指令,使倒档电磁线圈和电磁线圈Ⅰ5通电,完成低速倒车换档。
当档位杆推到停车档P档时,全部电磁线圈断电,车属于空档状态,同时拉起手刹杆,完成安全停车状态。

所述的Ⅴ档变速齿轮组包含Ⅴ档主动齿轮(19)和Ⅴ档传动齿轮(20),所述的Ⅴ档主动齿轮(19)固定安装于输入轴(1)上,位于Ⅳ档主动齿轮(15)的后方;所述的Ⅴ档传动齿轮(20)通过轴承Ⅴ安装于输出轴(2)上,Ⅴ档传动齿轮(20)与输出轴(2)之间通过轴承Ⅴ实现动连接,Ⅴ档传动齿轮(20)的一侧面上固定安装有电磁线圈Ⅴ(21),输出轴(2)上靠近电磁线圈Ⅴ(21)的位置安装有离合轮Ⅴ(22),所述的离合轮Ⅴ(22的中心孔内设置有与输出轴(2)相配合的花键槽;所述的Ⅴ档主动齿轮(19)和Ⅴ档传动齿轮(20)相互啮合;
所述的电磁线圈Ⅰ(5)、电磁线圈Ⅱ(9)、电磁线圈Ⅲ(13)、电磁线圈Ⅳ(17)、电磁线圈Ⅴ(21)分别与控制器电连接。
