Abstract

本发明提供了一种高性能环保醇基燃料,由以下重量份的原料制成:甲醇80~90份、乙醇2~8份、叔丁醇3~5份、溴化钠0.01~0.08份、甘油1~2份、二甲苯2~5份。本发明的高性能环保醇基燃料燃烧发热量可超过9000Kcal/kg,能够满足锅炉燃烧机以及大型烘干炉膛所需的温度。本发明的原料来源广泛,价格低廉,燃烧后有害气体排放量低,对环境污染小,达到了节能减排的目的。

一种高性能环保醇基燃料
技术领域
本发明属于燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种高性能环保醇基燃料。
背景技术
醇基燃料是一种以甲醇、乙醇、丁辛醇等多元醇类为主体配制的燃料,根据不同比例调和而成,又称为甲基燃料,以液体或者固体形式存在。它也是一种生物质能,和核能、太阳能、风力能、水力能一样为各国政府目前大力推广的环保清洁能源。生产醇基燃料是煤炭液化技术和生物质生产再生能源技术的重要组成部分,规模化生产醇基燃料的成本远低于其他清洁燃料,具有极强的市场竞争力。如果这一燃料得到普及,将在很大程度上弥补我国石油资源的短缺,并可在一定范围内实现清洁燃料的本土化生产和供应。
醇基燃料能量密度低,蒸发潜热大。醇基燃料的热值一般在20100~ 26000kJ/kg之间,是柴油、液化气等高热值燃料热值的60%左右,属于低热值液体燃料,醇基燃料可以和水以任何比例相互溶解,但不与水形成共沸混合物,含水燃料的热值将更低,其蒸发潜热为1130kJ/kg,是汽油的四倍多。醇基燃料是一种非常清洁的染料,由于燃料本身含氧,燃烧时需要氧较少,燃料燃烧充分,呈蓝色火焰,烟气中不含有碳粒,主要为二氧化碳和水。醇基燃料含硫量极低,燃料燃烧后烟气中硫化物生成浓度也极低,醇基燃料是仅次于氢气的最清洁的燃料之一,但未燃尽的醇基燃料气体对眼睛有强烈的刺激作用,并可使人致盲。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高性能环保醇基燃料,热值高,且低排放。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是一种高性能环保醇基燃料,由以下重量份的原料制成:甲醇80~90份、乙醇2~8份、叔丁醇3~5 份、溴化钠0.01~0.02份、甘油1~2份、二甲苯2~5份。
液体燃料燃烧以雾化燃烧为主,其燃烧过程分为喷雾形成阶段、蒸发阶段、着火阶段和燃烧阶段。燃料雾化得越好,颗粒越小,产生的比表面积越大,就越容易与空气充分混合,燃烧进行得越完全。而液体燃料在雾化过程中,液体在雾化过程中会在液相之间形成一层膜,膜会阻碍液体快速雾化,导致燃烧不完全,燃烧温度提高。在醇基燃料中添加溴化钠,溴化钠可刺穿液体燃料在雾化过程中形成的液化膜形成大量空腔,从而促进液体燃料的迅速雾化,雾化颗粒小,产生的比表面积大,与空气充分混合,燃烧完全,燃烧温度大幅提高,大气排放指标比现在的国家排放标准还低。
乙醇和叔丁醇增加热值,提高燃烧效果。叔丁醇还具有燃料助燃剂的作用,提高热值,燃烧稳定,易点火。二甲苯可提高辛烷值,甘油具有助燃和耐燃作用,增加热值。各原料协同增加热值,达到很好的燃烧效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)本发明的醇基燃料燃烧热值高达9000~9300Kcal/kg,火焰温度可达 1350~1400℃。
2)本发明的原料来源广泛,价格低廉,燃烧后有害气体排放量低,对环境污染小,达到了节能减排的目的。
具体实施方式
以下用实施例来进一步说明本发明的实质性内容,但并不以此限定本发明。
实施例1
甲醇80份、乙醇2份、叔丁醇3份、溴化钠0.01份、甘油1份、二甲苯2份。
制备方法:各原料混匀,静置,即得。
实施例2
甲醇90份、乙醇8份、叔丁醇5份、溴化钠0.05份、甘油2份、二甲苯5份。
制备方法:各原料混匀,静置,即得。
实施例3
甲醇85份、乙醇6份、叔丁醇5份、溴化钠0.03份、甘油1份、二甲苯4份。
制备方法:各原料混匀,静置,即得。
实施例4
甲醇85份、乙醇7份、叔丁醇4份、溴化钠0.04份、甘油1.5份、二甲苯5份。
制备方法:各原料混匀,静置,即得。
对上述醇基燃料进行燃烧性能测试,测试结果如下表1:

对上述醇基燃料进行环保性能测试,具体情况如下:
对某食品厂CWNS4.2-85/60-Y(Q)蒸汽锅炉,额定电压380/220V,制造厂丹东蓝天环保锅炉制造有限公司,额定热功率4.2MW,锅炉容水量6200L,燃料品种:实施例1的醇基燃料。检测点位:烟道内。
检测项目:烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物。
检测方法:烟尘-重量法、二氧化硫、氮氧化物-定点电位电解法。
方法依据:GB/T16157-1996《固体污染源排放中颗粒物测定与气态污染物采样方法》;《空气和废气监测分析方法》(第四版);HJ693-2014《固定污染源废气氮氧化物的测定定电位电解法》;HJ/T57-2000《固定污染源排气中二氧化硫的测定定电位电解法》。结果见下表2:

由上表1、2可知,本发明的醇基燃料燃烧充分,热值高,释放热量大,可达到节能环保的要求。

1.一种高性能环保醇基燃料,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:甲醇80~90份、乙醇2~8份、叔丁醇3~5份、溴化钠0.01~0.08份、甘油1~2份、二甲苯2~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能环保醇基燃料,其特征在于:各原料的重量份为:甲醇80~90份、乙醇2~8份、叔丁醇3~5份、溴化钠0.01~0.05份、甘油1~2份、二甲苯2~5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高性能环保醇基燃料,其特征在于:各原料的重量份为:甲醇85~90份、乙醇6~8份、叔丁醇4~5份、溴化钠0.03~0.05份、甘油1~2份、二甲苯4~5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高性能环保醇基燃料,其特征在于:各原料的重量份为:甲醇85份、乙醇7份、叔丁醇4份、溴化钠0.04份、甘油1.5份、二甲苯5份。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的高性能环保醇基燃料,其特征在于:其制备方法为:将配方量的各原料混匀,静置,即得。
