Abstract

本发明提供了一种车载后向远光和行驶安全提示仪。一种通过多个光线传感器反馈，自动判断行驶安全并向后方车辆发出提示的电子装置，尤其是能识别后方车辆非正常使用远光灯的状态并予以提醒。并可利用内部的扬声器与麦克风装置在后方车辆通过远光灯切换进行交流提醒时与本车驾驶员进行提示和确认。

车载后向远光和行驶安全提示仪
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动判断行驶安全并向后方车辆发出提示的电子装置，尤其是能识别后方车辆非正常使用远光灯的状态并予以提醒。
背景技术
目前，对于道路上行驶的车辆，夜间行驶的远光灯滥用造成的交通安全事故居高不下。车辆本身不具备向后方车辆驾驶员或驾驶系统提示远光安全隐患的功能。市场上存在一部分通过车身装饰物警示后车的产品，但涉及违反交通安全法规，而且无法实现判断远光灯潜在安全隐患存在时才发出提示的自动化功能。
发明内容
为了解决车辆行驶安全中与后方车辆沟通的障碍问题，本发明提供一种安全提示仪装置。该装置不仅能判断后方车辆的远光使用是否具有安全隐患，而且能直观的根据判断结果和本车驾驶员或驾驶系统给出的建议向后方车辆发出提示信息。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的方案是：采用多个光学传感器，分别记录多个方向的光线强弱情况，由一个中央处理单元电路负责收集各路光线传感器的反馈并通过处理器内置的算法判断后方车辆是否正在使用远光、远光的使用是否合理。当系统判断后方车辆的远光灯存在影响本车驾驶员视线或其他存在安全隐患的情况时，通过一个显示屏幕对后车驾驶员或驾驶系统发出文字图形提示请求后方车辆切换远近光。但系统判断后方车辆远光使用正常(如后车即将变道远光灯与近光灯交替切换)并可能是提示本车驾驶员相关行驶信息时，通过一个扬声器设备向本车驾驶员进行提示。本发明安装方式简单，仅需吸附固定在车辆后窗不被遮挡的位置即可。
本发明的有益效果是，可以准确判断后车远光使用是否正常，并可以实现自动判断车辆是在白天(或光照充足路段)还是在夜间(或光照条件不足路段)行驶，从而更准确的向后方车辆和本车驾驶员提供安全行驶建议。本发明结构简单，可以适用市场上绝大部分车辆。

图中：1.处理单元电路，2.显示屏，3.光线传感器(多个)，4.电源，5.扬声器和麦克风，6.外壳，7.吸附安装装置。装置间实线为电线连接。
图1中，电源(4)、光线传感器(3)(多个)、显示屏(2)、扬声器与麦克风(5)分别通过专用电缆与处理单元电路(1)进行连接。多个光纤传感器的实际安装方向(光线采集指向)形成90度直角正交，可根据实际情况增添传感器数量提高光线精度。
在图2中，吸附安装装置(7)通过可旋转调节搭扣与外壳(6)连接，保障安装吸附角度可根据不同车型的后视窗角度调节。其它部件(1-5)都包装固定在外壳(6)中或外壳壁上。
在图3中，本发明(8)安装在本车(9)后窗内，当后方车辆(10)违规使用远光灯时，给予提示信息。
具体实施方式：
本发明安装在车辆的后窗内，通过传感器判断当后方车辆违规使用远光灯时，通过自身的显示屏装置给予提示信息；当判断后方车辆试图通过远光灯变换进行超车请求或其他提示时，通过自身的扬声器向本车驾驶员进行音频提示，并通过自身麦克风装置接受本车驾驶员发出的语音指令或确认信息，根据驾驶员的语音和指令向后车的请求发出应答。

Claims (4)

1.一种车载后向远光和行驶安全提示仪，由显示屏，电路板，电源，传感器和外壳构成，其特征是多个指向不同的光线传感器与电路板相连接以自动判断光线情况。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载后向远光和行驶安全提示仪，其特征是其处理单元电路以及内部算法，可以根据多个光线传感器判断环境状态以及后方光线情况是否存在安全隐患。在存在安全隐患时通过显示屏发出提醒信息。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车载后向远光和行驶安全提示仪，其特征是通过处理单元电路内置的算法，可以判断后方车辆用远光进行正常交流情况下，通过扬声器和麦克风与本车驾驶员进行沟通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车载后向远光和行驶安全提示仪，其特征是可以根据不同需求在不同情况下利用显示屏呈现不同提示信息。
