背景技术
地热地板是通过地板辐射采暖,室内温度均匀,温度从地面向上辐射,由下而上递减。
近年来,传统取暖设施普遍存在的环境污染严重、能源浪费大、温度分布不均匀等缺点逐渐暴露,人们开始不满足于传统的采暖系统,更符合人体舒适度的地热地板逐渐映入眼帘。
随着地热地板越来越多的进入寻常百姓家,“地暖危害论”谣言开始传播开来,这缘于复合地热地板屡屡被曝甲醛超标,而这也成为了地热地板普及推广的一大拦路虎。
地热地板的供暖,是由供热管线产生热量,通过地板传递到表面,必然会有热损失,理想的地板能把这些损失降到最低,。
对于地热地板,目前国内主要存在如下专利文献:
授权公告号为206091183U的中国专利提供一种绿色环保节能地热木地板,用于解决现有地热木地板在使用过程中存在的热能浪费严重的问题。该实用新型包括面板、底板和设置在面板和底板之间的加热芯板,所述加热芯板包括木质芯板,所述木质芯板的上端设置有至少两条相互平行的凸起,所述面板上设置有数目与凸起的数目相同的滑槽,所述滑槽的宽度大于凸起的宽度,所述滑槽的深度大于凸起的深度,所述木质芯板上均匀开设有多个散热通孔,所述木质芯板的下侧设置有热传递块,所述热传递块的下表面设置有电加热丝网,所述电加热丝网与底板之间设置有陶瓷纤维层。然而,该专利所提供的地热木地板,主要目的为解决热能浪费问题,对于改善室内空气质量尤其是甲醛含量并未提及。

本发明的目的在于提供一种可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,解决了现有地热地板对室内空气质量中的甲醛含量处理能力差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的一种可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,所述地热地板传热效率高,热能利用率高,使用寿命长,并可有效吸附室内空气中的甲醛,降低甲醛含量,吸附力持久,制备成本低,节能环保。

一种可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,所述地热地板包括:面层板;设置于面层板底面的底层板,底层板通过胶黏剂层与面层板层叠设置,底层板底面开设有用于容置供热管线的容置槽,容置槽形状呈平面螺旋形开设于底层板底面,底层板上表面沿垂直底层板上表面方向开设有若干热传导孔,该若干热传导孔沿平面螺旋形间隔排布,热传导孔底部与容置槽连通形成对供热管线产生热量的传导;所述容置槽内壁由内至外依次涂覆有保温层、防潮层及抗菌层;所述面层板上表面由下至上依次涂覆有耐磨层和甲醛吸附层;所述胶黏剂层包括如下重量份的成分:丙烯酸改性环氧树脂:40~50份,硅烷偶联剂:10~15份,甲基纤维素:15~25份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮:5~10份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:15~20份,石墨烯:5~10份,改性聚磷酸铵:15~20份,纳米二氧化硅:10~15份,纳米氧化铝:5~10份,甲基丙烯酸:5~10份,抗氧化剂:1~5份,增稠剂:1~5份,固化剂:1~5份,去离子水:50~60份。

本发明具有如下优点:
底层板通过容置槽与热传导孔的设计,通过热传导孔实现供热管线产生热量的加速上传,提高传热效率,提升热能利用率,节能降耗;
容置槽内壁由内至外依次涂覆有保温层、防潮层及抗菌层,可有效保持热量不溢散,且防潮抗菌能力强,使用寿命长;
面层板和底层板之间通过胶黏剂层层叠设置,胶黏剂层为特制胶黏剂层,具有优异的甲醛吸附能力以及良好的耐热、热传导性能,可迅速将底层板内供热管线产生的热量传导至面层板乃至室内;
面层板上表面甲醛吸附层的设置,尤其是甲醛吸附层通过底涂层和面涂层的层叠设计结构,形成双重甲醛吸附,结合胶黏剂层的吸附功能,由下至上形成三重甲醛吸附,即可对室内甲醛进行有效吸附,还可对地板产生甲醛进行吸附,在面涂层甲醛吸附能力饱和后,还有底涂层和胶黏剂层对甲醛进行补充吸附,有效防止现有甲醛吸附因吸附饱和后反而会释放甲醛而污染室内空气,保证室内空气的清新。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,但实施例并不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
参见图1~图3,本发明所提供的一种可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,所述地热地板包括:面层板1;设置于面层板1底面的底层板2,底层板2通过胶黏剂层3与面层板1层叠设置,底层板2底面开设有用于容置供热管线的容置槽21,容置槽21形状呈平面螺旋形开设于底层板2底面,底层板2上表面沿垂直底层板2上表面方向开设有若干热传导孔(未图示),该若干热传导孔沿平面螺旋形间隔排布,热传导孔底部与容置槽21连通形成对供热管线产生热量的传导;所述容置槽21内壁由内至外依次涂覆有保温层(未图示)、防潮层(未图示)及抗菌层(未图示);所述面层板1上表面由下至上依次涂覆有耐磨层4和甲醛吸附层5;所述胶黏剂层包括如下重量份的成分:丙烯酸改性环氧树脂:45份,硅烷偶联剂:13份,甲基纤维素:20份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮:8份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:18份,石墨烯:7份,改性聚磷酸铵:17份,纳米二氧化硅:12份,纳米氧化铝:7份,甲基丙烯酸:8份,抗氧化剂:3份,增稠剂:2份,固化剂:4份,去离子水:55份。
进一步地,所述甲醛吸附层5包括由下至上层叠涂覆于耐磨层上表面的底涂层51和面涂层52,所述底涂层51包括如下重量份的成分:聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂:55份,钛白浆:8份,硅藻土:13份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:17份,纳米二氧化钛:7份,纳米二氧化硅:12份,石墨烯:18份,分散剂:3份,表面活性剂:2份,消泡剂:4份,去离子水:70份;所述面涂层52包括如下重量份的成分:聚氯乙烯-三乙烯四胺聚合物:45份,钛酸丁酯:6份,六水合氯化铁:13份,壳聚糖:17份,醋酸:2份,氢氧化钠:7份,二氧化硫:3份,正丁醇:13份,分散剂:2份,表面活性剂:3份,消泡剂:4份,去离子水:55份;所述聚氯乙烯与三乙烯四胺之间重量比为1:5。
进一步地,所述耐高温层为聚氯乙烯耐高温涂层;所述防潮层为聚氨酯防潮涂层;所述抗菌层为纳米银颗粒抗菌涂层。
进一步地,所述耐磨层为纳米耐磨粉末涂料经静电喷涂形成的涂层。
进一步地,所述固化剂为聚醚胺、聚酰胺或脂肪胺;所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或聚氧化乙烯;所述抗氧化剂为维生素E油。
进一步地,所述分散剂为脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦或聚山梨酯;所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠;所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚或聚二甲基硅氧烷。
进一步地,所述胶黏剂层的制备方法包括如下步骤:取搅拌釜,按重量份依次加入丙烯酸改性环氧树脂、甲基纤维素、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、石墨烯、改性聚磷酸铵、纳米二氧化硅、纳米氧化铝、甲基丙烯酸以及25~30份去离子水,以1000~1200转/分钟的转速搅拌,边搅拌边加入,在15~20分钟内升温至70~80℃,保温20~30分钟,加入硅烷偶联剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂、固化剂及剩余去离子水,以1200~1300转/分钟的转速搅拌10~15分钟,并升温至90~100℃,保温10~15分钟,冷却至室温,得所述胶黏剂层。
进一步地,所述底涂层的制备方法包括如下步骤:取搅拌釜,依次加入聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂、钛白浆、硅藻土、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、纳米二氧化、纳米二氧化硅、石墨烯及30~40份去离子水,以800~1000转/分钟的转速搅拌20~30分钟,加入分散剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂及剩余去离子水,以1000~1200转/分钟的转速搅拌10~15分钟,得所述底涂层;
所述面涂层的制备方法包括如下步骤:另取搅拌釜,依次加入聚氯乙烯-三乙烯四胺聚合物、钛酸丁酯、六水合氯化铁、壳聚糖、醋酸、氢氧化钠、二氧化硫、正丁醇及25~30份去离子水,以800~1000转/分钟的转速搅拌20~30分钟,加入分散剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂及剩余去离子水,以1000~1200转/分钟的转速搅拌10~15分钟,得所述面涂层。
实施例2
参照图4,所述容置槽呈波浪形蜿蜒开设于底层板底面,对应地,所述热传导孔沿波浪形间隔开设于底层板上表面。其余同实施例1。
实施例3
所述胶黏剂层包括如下重量份的成分:丙烯酸改性环氧树脂:40份,硅烷偶联剂:15份,甲基纤维素:25份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮:5份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:15份,石墨烯:10份,改性聚磷酸铵:20份,纳米二氧化硅:10份,纳米氧化铝:10份,甲基丙烯酸:5份,抗氧化剂:1份,增稠剂:5份,固化剂:5份,去离子水:60份。其余同实施例1。
实施例4
所述胶黏剂层包括如下重量份的成分:丙烯酸改性环氧树脂:50份,硅烷偶联剂:10份,甲基纤维素:15份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮:10份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:20份,石墨烯:5份,改性聚磷酸铵:15份,纳米二氧化硅:15份,纳米氧化铝:5份,甲基丙烯酸:10份,抗氧化剂:5份,增稠剂:1份,固化剂:1份,去离子水:50份。其余同实施例1。
实施例5
所述底涂层51包括如下重量份的成分:聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂:50份,钛白浆:10份,硅藻土:15份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:20份,纳米二氧化钛:5份,纳米二氧化硅:10份,石墨烯:20份,分散剂:5份,表面活性剂:1份,消泡剂:1份,去离子水:60份;所述面涂层52包括如下重量份的成分:聚氯乙烯-三乙烯四胺聚合物:50份,钛酸丁酯:5份,六水合氯化铁:10份,壳聚糖:15份,醋酸:1份,氢氧化钠:5份,二氧化硫:5份,正丁醇:10份,分散剂:1份,表面活性剂:1份,消泡剂:5份,去离子水:50份。其余同实施例1。
实施例6
所述底涂层51包括如下重量份的成分:聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂:60份,钛白浆:5份,硅藻土:10份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:15份,纳米二氧化钛:10份,纳米二氧化硅:15份,石墨烯:15份,分散剂:1份,表面活性剂:5份,消泡剂:5份,去离子水:80份;所述面涂层52包括如下重量份的成分:聚氯乙烯-三乙烯四胺聚合物:40份,钛酸丁酯:10份,六水合氯化铁:15份,壳聚糖:20份,醋酸:5份,氢氧化钠:10份,二氧化硫:1份,正丁醇:15份,分散剂:5份,表面活性剂:5份,消泡剂:1份,去离子水:60份。其余同实施例1。

Claims (9)

1.一种可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,其特征在于,所述地热地板包括:
面层板;
设置于面层板底面的底层板,底层板通过胶黏剂层与面层板层叠设置,底层板底面开设有用于容置供热管线的容置槽,容置槽形状呈平面螺旋形开设于底层板底面,底层板上表面沿垂直底层板上表面方向开设有若干热传导孔,该若干热传导孔沿平面螺旋形间隔排布,热传导孔底部与容置槽连通形成对供热管线产生热量的传导;
所述容置槽内壁由内至外依次涂覆有保温层、防潮层及抗菌层;
所述面层板上表面由下至上依次涂覆有耐磨层和甲醛吸附层;
所述胶黏剂层包括如下重量份的成分:丙烯酸改性环氧树脂:40~50份,硅烷偶联剂:10~15份,甲基纤维素:15~25份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮:5~10份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:15~20份,石墨烯:5~10份,改性聚磷酸铵:15~20份,纳米二氧化硅:10~15份,纳米氧化铝:5~10份,甲基丙烯酸:5~10份,抗氧化剂:1~5份,增稠剂:1~5份,固化剂:1~5份,去离子水:50~60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,其特征在于,所述甲醛吸附层包括由下至上层叠涂覆于耐磨层上表面的底涂层和面涂层,所述底涂层包括如下重量份的成分:聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂:50~60份,钛白浆:5~10份,硅藻土:10~15份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:15~20份,纳米二氧化钛:5~10份,纳米二氧化硅:10~15份,石墨烯:15~20份,分散剂:1~5份,表面活性剂:1~5份,消泡剂:1~5份,去离子水:60~80份;
所述面涂层包括如下重量份的成分:聚氯乙烯-三乙烯四胺聚合物:40~50份,钛酸丁酯:5~10份,六水合氯化铁:10~15份,壳聚糖:15~20份,醋酸:1~5份,氢氧化钠:5~10份,二氧化硫:1~5份,正丁醇:10~15份,分散剂:1~5份,表面活性剂:1~5份,消泡剂:1~5份,去离子水:50~60份;
所述聚氯乙烯与三乙烯四胺之间重量比为1:5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,其特征在于,所述容置槽呈波浪形蜿蜒开设于底层板底面,对应地,所述热传导孔沿波浪形间隔开设于底层板上表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,其特征在于,所述耐高温层为聚氯乙烯耐高温涂层;所述防潮层为聚氨酯防潮涂层;所述抗菌层为纳米银颗粒抗菌涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,其特征在于,所述耐磨层为纳米耐磨粉末涂料经静电喷涂形成的涂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,其特征在于,所述固化剂为聚醚胺、聚酰胺或脂肪胺;所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或聚氧化乙烯;所述抗氧化剂为维生素E油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,其特征在于,所述分散剂为脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦或聚山梨酯;所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠;所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚或聚二甲基硅氧烷。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂层的制备方法包括如下步骤:取搅拌釜,按重量份依次加入丙烯酸改性环氧树脂、甲基纤维素、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、石墨烯、改性聚磷酸铵、纳米二氧化硅、纳米氧化铝、甲基丙烯酸以及25~30份去离子水,以1000~1200转/分钟的转速搅拌,边搅拌边加入,在15~20分钟内升温至70~80℃,保温20~30分钟,加入硅烷偶联剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂、固化剂及剩余去离子水,以1200~1300转/分钟的转速搅拌10~15分钟,并升温至90~100℃,保温10~15分钟,冷却至室温,得所述胶黏剂层。
9.根据权利要求2所述的可改善室内空气质量的环保地热地板,其特征在于,所述底涂层的制备方法包括如下步骤:
取搅拌釜,依次加入聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂、钛白浆、硅藻土、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、纳米二氧化、纳米二氧化硅、石墨烯及30~40份去离子水,以800~1000转/分钟的转速搅拌20~30分钟,加入分散剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂及剩余去离子水,以1000~1200转/分钟的转速搅拌10~15分钟,得所述底涂层;
所述面涂层的制备方法包括如下步骤:
另取搅拌釜,依次加入聚氯乙烯-三乙烯四胺聚合物、钛酸丁酯、六水合氯化铁、壳聚糖、醋酸、氢氧化钠、二氧化硫、正丁醇及25~30份去离子水,以800~1000转/分钟的转速搅拌20~30分钟,加入分散剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂及剩余去离子水,以1000~1200转/分钟的转速搅拌10~15分钟,得所述面涂层。
