1. Depression-preventing Effect verification of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 6
The antidepressant effects of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were investigated using a forced swimming test or a tail overhang test for mice.
Selecting SPF male Kunming mice as test objects, randomly dividing the mice into 14 groups of 10 mice each, after adaptive feeding for 3 days, respectively putting the mice into a 600 x 400 x 200mm fresh-keeping box for smelling fragrance, wherein 1 group is a blank control group, and putting 100 mu L of distilled water; 2-8 groups are examples 1-7 groups, and 100 μ L of the compound essential oil of examples 1-7 is added; 9-14 groups are comparative examples 1-6, and 100 μ L of the essential oil described in comparative examples 1-6 was added. The test was carried out 30min after smelling fragrance on the fourth day.
Smelling the fragrance: adding distilled water and essential oil into the fragrance box, placing in a place which can not be contacted by mouse in the fresh-keeping box with normal air vent, placing mouse in the fresh-keeping box, heating the fragrance box at 60 deg.C to volatilize distilled water and essential oil, and smelling for 30 min. Mice were free to eat and drink water during the experiment.
Forced swimming test or tail hanging test for mice
Forced Swimming Test (FST)
Each mouse was placed individually in a cylindrical glass jar 30cm high and 18cm in diameter, at a water depth of 10cm and a water temperature of 23 + -2 deg.C. After the mice are put into water, the mice are firstly adapted to swimming for 2min, and then the cumulative immobile time of the mice swimming within the next 4min is recorded. The judgment standard of the mouse immobility state is as follows: the four limbs of the mouse stop struggling in a static floating state on the water surface, or only slight limb movement for maintaining body balance shows a disappointing state.
Tail Suspension Test (TST)
The tail suspension test was performed 24h after the forced swim test of the mice was completed. The medical adhesive tape with the hook is adhered to the position 1cm away from the tail tip of the mouse, the hook is hung on the hole of the cross rod of the support so that the mouse cannot move, the mouse is in an upside-down hanging state, the head of the mouse is 5cm away from the black desktop, and one mouse is hung each time. After hanging, the mice were allowed to adapt to an inverted posture for 2min, and then the cumulative time of standing the tail in the next 4min was recorded. The judgment standard of the motionless state is as follows: the mouse hanging upside down stops shaking to struggle or to maintain a posture without other actions showing disappointed state.
Test results data are presented as mean ± standard deviation and variance analysis is used to compare differences between groups.

Note: the shoulder marks indicate that each group of the examples and the comparative examples has significant difference compared with a blank control group, and P is less than 0.05; the same row of shoulder letters (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, l) indicate that the comparison between different groups of the examples and the comparative examples is carried out, and different letters indicate that the comparison shows that the comparison has significant difference, and P is less than 0.05
As can be seen from the above tests, the immobility time for swimming and the immobility time for suspending tail of the mice in the groups of examples 1 to 7 and the groups of comparative examples 1 to 6 are reduced compared with the blank control group, and have significant difference (P is less than 0.05), which shows that the essential oils of the examples 1 to 7 and the comparative examples 1 to 6 have certain antidepressant effect. The results of the comparison between the groups of examples 1-7 and the groups of comparative examples 1-6 show that the swimming immobility time and the tail immobility time of the groups of examples 1-7 are far shorter than those of the groups of comparative examples 1-6, and the optimal effect is the group of example 4. The results suggest that the combination of grapefruit oil, citrus oil and bergamot oil in a certain proportion can exert a synergistic effect and obtain a better anti-depression effect, and the further addition of one or more of marjoram oil, cinnamon oil, clove bud oil, thyme oil, frankincense oil, lemon oil, rose oil, citrus oil, Italian permanent flower oil, Happy sage oil, Roman chamomile oil and spearmint oil can further improve the effect of the composition.
2. Fragrance acceptance test for examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 6
Please take 50 experienced professionals to form an evaluation team to evaluate the flavor of the essential oils described in examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-6, and the evaluation results are as follows:

The test results show that the dissatisfaction degrees of the people groups for the fragrances of different essential oils are all lower than those of the comparative examples, so that the fragrance acceptance degrees of the examples are all higher than those of the comparative examples.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
