Abstract

本发明公开了一种吸雾式胶囊及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)制作植物胶囊层:1.1)将水添加入保温桶中,加热至70‑100℃后,添加植物纤维素衍生物,搅拌混合均匀;1.2)将混合溶液冷却至45‑60℃,加入助剂,继续搅拌至均匀;1.3)调整溶液温度至45‑55℃,静置1‑3小时,送入胶囊生产线,得初囊体;2)配明胶:2.1)包括以下组分,各组分按质量份分别为明胶100,水3‑8,海藻酸钠8‑15,丙烯酸树脂8‑15,醋酸正丁脂20‑45,十二烷基硫酸钠5‑25,着色剂0‑8;3)通过包衣装置在步骤1.4得到的胶囊基础上包覆步骤2.1得到的明胶液。本发明其采用喷雾装置进行喷药时药粉使用率大幅度提高,可达到百分之70以上,大大降低成本;且采用喷雾式更利于人体吸收不会对食道造成影响。

一种吸雾式胶囊及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸雾式胶囊及其制备方法。
背景技术
胶囊用于存放药粉,治疗人体疾病;目前在治疗口腔及呼吸道疾病大多采用内服药,经胃部消化后,到小肠吸收,最后再反馈到口腔及呼吸道;这样的方式药效周期较长,不利于患者康复;或采用喷雾式治疗,将药粉置于胶囊内,在胶囊顶部开孔后,用喷雾装置挤压胶囊,达到喷雾目的,但是目前市面上所用的胶囊,由于在挤压后不会复位,且会有部分药粉附着在胶囊内壁上,其药粉的使用率非常低,仅有百分之40左右,大大浪费了药粉的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸雾式胶囊及其制备方法,其采用喷雾装置进行喷药时药粉使用率大幅度提高,可达到百分之70以上,大大降低成本;且采用喷雾式更利于人体吸收不会对食道造成影响。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种吸雾式胶囊及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)制作植物胶囊层:1.1)将水添加入保温桶中,加热至70-100℃后,添加植物纤维素衍生物,搅拌混合均匀,其中,植物纤维素衍生物优选为羟丙甲纤维素;1.2)将混合溶液冷却至45-60℃,加入助剂,继续搅拌至均匀;1.3)调整溶液温度至45-55℃,静置1-3小时,送入胶囊生产线;1.4)将送入胶囊生产线的制备液进行蘸胶、成型后,送入烘干箱内,烘干箱内温度为50-70℃,相对湿度为 40-60%,烘干4-5小时,得初囊体;2)配明胶:2.1)包括以下组分,各组分按质量份分别为明胶100,水3-8,海藻酸钠8-15,丙烯酸树脂8-15,醋酸正丁脂20-45,十二烷基硫酸钠5-25,着色剂0-8;3)通过包衣装置在步骤1.4得到的胶囊基础上包覆步骤2.1得到的明胶液。
步骤步骤1.2)中,助剂包括表面活性剂、助凝剂,其中,表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温 -80、甘油、聚乙二醇中的一种,助凝剂为海藻酸钠、琼脂、卡拉胶、制冷胶中的一种。
步骤2.1)的优选为明胶100,水4.4,海藻酸钠12.1,丙烯酸树脂15,醋酸正丁脂20.3,十二烷基硫酸钠25,着色剂8。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明其采用喷雾装置进行喷药时药粉使用率大幅度提高,可达到百分之70以上,大大降低成本;且采用喷雾式更利于人体吸收不会对食道造成影响。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种吸雾式胶囊及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)制作植物胶囊层:1.1)将水添加入保温桶中,加热至70-100℃后,添加植物纤维素衍生物,搅拌混合均匀,其中,植物纤维素衍生物优选为羟丙甲纤维素;1.2)将混合溶液冷却至45-60℃,加入助剂,继续搅拌至均匀;1.3)调整溶液温度至45-55℃,静置1-3小时,送入胶囊生产线;1.4)将送入胶囊生产线的制备液进行蘸胶、成型后,送入烘干箱内,烘干箱内温度为50-70℃,相对湿度为 40-60%,烘干4-5小时,得初囊体,该囊体相比于常规囊体其水分含量降低,减少药粉的附着,可提高在喷雾式用药时的药粉使用率;2)配明胶:2.1)包括以下组分,各组分按质量份分别为明胶100,水3-8,海藻酸钠8-15,丙烯酸树脂8-15,醋酸正丁脂20-45,十二烷基硫酸钠5-25,着色剂0-8;3)通过包衣装置在步骤1.4得到的胶囊基础上包覆步骤2.1得到的明胶液,通过在胶囊外壳上包覆明胶液,提高了其韧性,通过喷雾装置挤压后会自行复位,可多次喷射,大幅度提高囊体内药粉使用率。
步骤步骤1.2)中,助剂包括表面活性剂、助凝剂,其中,表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温 -80、甘油、聚乙二醇中的一种,助凝剂为海藻酸钠、琼脂、卡拉胶、制冷胶中的一种。
步骤2.1)的优选为明胶100,水4.4,海藻酸钠12.1,丙烯酸树脂15,醋酸正丁脂20.3,十二烷基硫酸钠25,着色剂8。

1.一种吸雾式胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)制作植物胶囊层:1.1)将水添加入保温桶中,加热至70-100℃后,添加植物纤维素衍生物,搅拌混合均匀,其中,植物纤维素衍生物优选为羟丙甲纤维素;1.2)将混合溶液冷却至45-60℃,加入助剂,继续搅拌至均匀;1.3)调整溶液温度至45-55℃,静置1-3小时,送入胶囊生产线;1.4)将送入胶囊生产线的制备液进行蘸胶、成型后,送入烘干箱内,烘干箱内温度为50-70℃,相对湿度为 40-60%,烘干4-5小时,得初囊体;2)配明胶:2.1)包括以下组分,各组分按质量份分别为明胶100,水3-8,海藻酸钠8-15,丙烯酸树脂8-15,醋酸正丁脂20-45,十二烷基硫酸钠5-25,着色剂0-8;3)通过包衣装置在步骤1.4得到的胶囊基础上包覆步骤2.1得到的明胶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸雾式胶囊及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤步骤1.2)中,助剂包括表面活性剂、助凝剂,其中,表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温 -80、甘油、聚乙二醇中的一种,助凝剂为海藻酸钠、琼脂、卡拉胶、制冷胶中的一种。
