It should be understood that the toaster body 2 according to the present invention is related to the prior art, and for convenience of explanation and understanding of the technical solution of the present application, the toaster body 2 is further described as follows: the toaster body 2 has a toasting cavity, and at least one toasting slot 21 is provided at a first end of the top cover 12, which is in communication with the toasting cavity, so that a user can conveniently toast bread or other food from the toasting slot 21 into the toasting cavity by the toaster body 2. The toaster body 2 and the safety heating device are independently operated and do not affect each other, and for convenience of operation and use by a user, the side plate 13 may be provided with an operation panel 14, and the operation panel 14 may be provided with a first operation button 141 for controlling the operation of the toaster body 2 and a second operation button 142 for controlling the operation of the safety heating device.

Furthermore, at least one elastic element 4 for providing axial elastic force is arranged on the lower side surface of the safety heating element 5, the elastic element 4 preferably uses a pressure spring, the lower end of the elastic element 4 can be directly fixed on the inner side surface of the bottom cover 11, and the elastic element 4 provides upward elastic force for the safety heating element 5, so that the safety heating element 5 is attached to the lower side surface of the glass panel 6 as much as possible to reduce heat loss between the two, and the heat conduction capability from the safety heating element 5 to the glass panel 6 is improved. In one embodiment, the elastic element 4 comprises at least one compression spring, the upper end of each compression spring is fixedly connected with the lower side surface of the safety heating assembly 5, and the lower end of each compression spring is sleeved on a support column 3, the lower end of which is arranged on the inner side surface of the bottom cover 11.
The safety heating assembly 5 specifically includes: a support base plate 51; an insulating support plate 52 disposed on the upper side of the support base plate 51, wherein a set of routing holes 521 are disposed on the insulating support plate 52, and the insulating support plate 52 is generally made of mica; a reflecting cover 53 disposed around the periphery of the insulating support plate 52, the reflecting cover 53 having a heat reflecting surface having a concave arc shape inside to reflect heat toward the glass panel 6; the plurality of insulating clamping plates 55 are arranged on the insulating supporting plate 52, the insulating clamping plates 55 are generally made of mica, at least one clamping buckle 551 is arranged at the lower end part of the insulating clamping plates 55, clamping grooves are formed in corresponding positions of the insulating supporting plate 52, the insulating clamping plates 55 are buckled in the clamping grooves of the insulating supporting plate 52 through the clamping buckle 551 at the lower end part, so that the insulating clamping plates 55 are fixed on the insulating supporting plate 52, and at least one wiring clamping opening 552 is formed in the upper end part of the insulating clamping plates 55; the two ends of the heating wire 56 are connected with a power supply through a group of wiring holes 521, and each part between the two ends of the heating wire 56 is respectively clamped in the wiring ports 552 of different insulating clamping plates 55, so that the heating wires 56 are respectively and uniformly arranged on the insulating supporting plate 52 as much as possible to ensure that the glass panel 6 above the insulating supporting plate 52 is uniformly heated.
As can be seen from fig. 4, the lower end edge of the reflecting cover 53 is pressed and fixed by the insulating support plate 52, so that in order to fix the upper end edge of the reflecting cover 53 to form a stable structure, a cover 54 is further disposed on the outer side of the reflecting cover 53, and the upper end edge of the reflecting cover 53 is supported and fixed by the cover 54. The lower end edge of the cover 54 is fixedly connected with the supporting bottom plate 51, the upper end edge of the cover 54 is bent outwards to form a step portion 541, and a fixing hole is formed in the step portion 541; the upper edge of the reflecting cover 53 is also bent outward to form a connecting part 531 arranged horizontally, and is connected with the lower side surface of the glass panel 6 through the connecting part 531 arranged horizontally; the connection portion 531 has at least one downward extending lug 532, and the lower end of the lug 532 is inserted into the fixing hole in the step 541, and the lower end of the lug 532 is bent to fix the housing 54 and the reflecting cover 53 together by the lug 532.
As mentioned above, since both the cover 54 and the reflecting cover 53 are fixedly assembled together by the lugs 532, the lugs 532 have a certain height, meaning that there is a gap between the cover 54 and the reflecting cover 53; in order to prevent heat loss due to the heating wire 56 from leaking out of the gap between the connection portion 531 and the glass panel 6, the present invention provides a heat insulating ring 57 at the end of the connection portion 531, wherein the heat insulating ring 57 is made of a heat insulating material such as heat insulating cotton, the upper end surface of the heat insulating ring 57 is flush with the connection portion 531 so as to be able to be attached to the lower surface of the glass panel 6 as much as possible to prevent heat loss due to leaking out, and the lower end portion of the heat insulating ring 57 is located in the gap between the cover 54 and the reflection cover 53 to prevent heat loss due to heat exchange between the cover 54 and the outside air.
Furthermore, a temperature sensor 58 may be disposed in the middle of the insulating support plate 52 to detect the working temperature of the safety heating element 5, where the temperature sensor 58 is matched with the control circuit board, for example, when the temperature sensor 58 detects that the working temperature of the safety heating element 5 reaches a preset value, the control circuit board cuts off the power supply so that the heating wire 56 does not generate any more heat. It will be appreciated that when the heating wire 56 is energized to generate heat, heat is conducted to the periphery by air, the heat is mainly conducted to the glass panel 6 above the insulating support plate 52, and after another part of the heat is conducted to the heat emitting surface of the reflecting cover 53, the heat is reflected by the heat emitting surface toward the glass panel 6, so that the heat energy loss is smaller and the heat energy efficiency is higher. Furthermore, the user can directly perform cooking operations such as barbecue, egg frying and the like on the glass panel 6, and can also use the existing cooking pot and the like to be placed on the glass panel 6 for various cooking operations such as cooking, and the glass panel 6 is planar, so that the glass panel is easy to clean, has the characteristic of good applicability, and can be matched with various heating cups/heating pots to use, and has the characteristic of 'no cup picking' or 'no pot picking'.
