10. Cooking appliance according to claim 9, wherein the channel width L of the second transfer channel (3) is between 5mm and 20 mm.

The cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein the appliance body (10) comprises an outer shell (11), a heat-preserving cover (12) and an inner pot (13) which are arranged in sequence from outside to inside, and the first overflowing channel (2) is formed between the concave part (225) of the heat-preserving cover (22) and a turned-over edge (131) of the upper part of the inner pot (13); and/or, the cooking appliance further comprises:
a second cover body (50), wherein the first cover body (20) and the second cover body (50) can be arranged on the appliance body (10) in an exchangeable mode.
